"โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีและสะดวกมาก พนักงานที่ห้องอาหารเช้าของโรงแรมให้ความช่วยเหลือและต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดี มีข้อบกพร่องบางประการที่ควรปรับปรุง เช่น พื้นห้องพักไม่ได้รับการทำความสะอาดอย่างเหมาะสม มีฝุ่นบนโต๊ะข้างเตียง ผ้าเช็ดตัวมีกลิ่นเหม็น และน้ำอุ่นสำหรับอาบน้ำตอนเช้าไม่ร้อนพอ"

"First room – Deluxe Room: Unfortunately, the room was quite disappointing. It was dusty and dirty, with hair, a fake eyelash, lots of dust, and quite a lot of gecko droppings. 😅 Not sure if it’s because the hotel is quite far into the countryside or the room wasn’t properly cleaned before check-in. After a few hours, we requested to change rooms to the Presidential Suite and honestly, what a big difference! The Presidential Suite was superb, spacious and very comfortable. Highly recommended, especially for Malaysians who need a comfy place to rest after an 8-hour journey from Banda Aceh. 🥹❤️ The view is absolutely amazing! Pagi-pagi, suasana sangat tenang dan sunyi, with the beautiful sound of the azan and zikir in the background. Truly peaceful and calming. 🌿 A few things could still be improved, especially basic facilities like providing an iron in the room. But overall, the Presidential Suite was superb and highly recommended for this area! The view and peaceful atmosphere are definitely worth it.
