We had a great stay at Sheraton Lisboa! The location is super convenient—just a short drive from the airport and within easy reach of Lisbon’s main attractions. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed, with large windows offering beautiful city views. The bed? Super comfy after a long day of exploring! Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and check-in/check-out was smooth and efficient. We also appreciated the variety at the breakfast buffet—fresh, delicious, and something for everyone. Special mention to the spa and gym facilities—they were top-notch. After a full day of sightseeing, it was a treat to unwind there. Only minor downside was that the decor is slightly dated in some areas, but overall, it’s well-maintained and has that classic Sheraton charm. Would definitely recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Lisbon

I had an incredible stay and can’t say enough about the people here. The staff is exceptional—so professional and truly willing to help with anything I needed. I also want to give a special mention to the housekeeping team. My bedroom and bed were kept spotlessly clean every single day. Location a bit far from city center, and nearer to the airport. Very accessible to metro and bus. We use uber most of the time. Hotel room is a bit aged, but clean and nice , lobby is nice too. Housekeeping was done everyday but finished shower gel was not replaced, but was sent to us immediately after we called. Overall is nice and a good hotel to stay.

Lutecia has an excellent service, very clean, food is fab and room is very nice, bed is very comfortable and staff are so friendly and helpful. Everything is excellent on my point of view. Location is the best too and the place is easily accessible to shops and Metro! This hotel is highly recommended and if we will visit again Lisbon, Lutecia Hotel is my number one choice!

Stayed at Hotel AS Lisboa and overall had a good experience. The location is excellent, right next to a metro station, which makes it easy to get around Lisbon. The staff were polite and helpful during check-in and throughout the stay. The room was clean and functional, though a bit dated in design. Everything worked properly, but the furniture and decor could use some updating. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping maintained the room well. Breakfast was decent with a good variety, though not exceptional. It gets busy during peak hours. The main downside was some noise, both from the street and inside the hotel. Soundproofing could be improved.

A pleasant stay for 2 nights. Reception was very helpful and pleasant. Room was not ready when I check in at 4pm. And they offer me some nice butter cookies . Room was clean. Mattress was comfortable! When I had problem locking my room door, they send the hotel guy to help me look into the issue. It was coz I did not use enough strength to turn the knob to lock it. Case resolved immediately. While I did not require my room to be disturbed, they offered to change my towels. Nice gestures. Location definitely excellent, just above the metro station, Marques De Pombal. Very centrally located , near a huge park and near the city!!

I booked this hotel cause it a close location to many things around in Lisbon. While it is not a fancy hotel, it serves well for solo travellers and families. The room was very spacious and the AC worked well. The cleaning service came every day and left the room clean and fresh. Breakfast was included with our stay, and it was a usual hotel breakfast. You could pick from hot items such as scrambled eggs and meat products like beans and sausage or bacon. On one day they also had mushrooms. Then of course the bread variety and some pastry items such as croissant and muffins. Cheeses, yoghurt and fruits as well cereals were available. Eating breakfast at 10 AM usually filled us up for the day and we hardly ate lunch outside. The staff was friendly and when we requested an iron they provided that with no problem. The room had a small safe for valuables when we left for the day and plenty of storage space for the clothes and suit cases. The bathroom was very nice as well, lots of counter space and even a clothing line across the tub to hang some items to dry if you had to was a shirt or socks. The hotel is located across small soccer practice field so from our balcony we could watch people play some soccer games. Be advised the hotel is very close to the airport (about 10 min) so there was noise from planes but hardly noticeable. During our stay, 2 of the main elevators broke and were not usable but luckily we were on the second floor so taking the stairs was easy but they do have other elevators available. And for anyone not looking to leave the hotel for lunch or dinner, they provide plenty of dishes in their restaurant and bar area. But just a few steps around that area, you will find great places to eat such a Turkish restaurant with a 10 page menu I highly recommend to try.

I liked the Czar Lisbon Hotel. There are several eateries and supermarkets near the hotel. I could stock up on water and other essential stuff. It is also easy to hire Uber. Burger King and pharmacy is just opposite the hotel. Hotel also provided the travel adapter upon request. Hotel has a restaurant on the same level as the reception with a wide variety of food in the menu. The toilet is nice and huge for two.

A great stay at Altis Grand. Clean and spacious rooms with a very comfy bed. We requested a king size bed and the staff made sure this was accommodated for. The only problem we had was our room took a little while to be ready, even after check-in time but we were happy to just have a drink in the lobby bar and were given complimentary pastel de natas. The location is good, about 20-30 minute walk into the centre and 5-10 minutes from a metro station.

The breakfast is worth it with so many delightful choices. Brilliant location in Lisbon close to shopping, parks, and to sightseeing. Very easy to get around by taxi or uber. Will definitely be back!

This was my third time at the hotel and it has always been great. Even though checkin time was late, but they agreed to let us checkin earlier, since we had arrived from a 9h flight, at 6am, so at around 9am we got to the room without any extra charge. The room is comfortable, clean, the bathtub is great, and it is quiet for a good rest in between flights. The breakfast is great and luckily it starts at 4am, so people (like us) with early flights can still catch some food before leaving.
