We upgraded to have breakfast for $60. The hotel upgrade is to executive and free appetizer. So we got 4 free appetizers for free. Perfect location in downtown Houston. We”ll stay again next time. Their breakfast are really good as well
The first room I checked into had an air conditioner that was as loud as an airplane engine. There was also no phone in the room, so I had to walk to the front desk to report it, and then they arranged a room change. The second room they gave me was clearly much smaller than the one I originally booked, but since I had a child with me and four suitcases, I didn’t bother asking for another change. The worst part is the air conditioner is still broken — it isn’t noisy, but the temperature keeps fluctuating between too cold and too warm.
I originally selected a room and was given something different without any explanation. When I did inquire about it the staff member was very nonchalant.
Had paid $14 extra for parking and all the parking was the same. Never said anything about paid parking and a $50 deposit. I wish all this was put in writing up front. So when I paid for the room, plus parking, and a extra deposit in ONE transaction.
The room was great, wonderful view, bed/bedding was comfortable, shower was amazing.
Customer service in the morning wasn't all that great.
ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is ideal, in downtown Houston, a few blocks away from the convention center and discovery park. The building is beautiful and historic with a gorgeous lobby, comfortable chairs, a cafe/latte/cappuccino machine, and cute restaurant open for breakfast lunch and dinner. I was on the 12th floor in the rusk house portion of the building which had very nice rooms that were ideal for single people. There was a coffee maker but no fridge, which I did not miss. The bedding was beautiful and had daily housekeeping, nicely appointed products in the bathroom. I had a four night stay and loved everything about the space. I would highly recommend it especially considering how much cheaper it is than other hotels.

ผผู้เข้าพักโรงแรมก็ดี ข้อร้องเรียนเดียวที่ฉันมีคือฉันมี Do Not Enter/ Do Not Disturb
