ห้องพักยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับครอบครัวสี่คน ห้องด้านนอกมีโซฟาเบด ส่วนห้องด้านในมีเตียงใหญ่ กว้างขวางและเหมาะสำหรับครอบครัวชาวจีน เราสามารถทำอาหารและทำบะหมี่กึ่งสำเร็จรูปได้ ใกล้สถานที่ท่องเที่ยวและซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตโบนัสทุกแห่ง ขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้เป็นอย่างยิ่ง การเช็คอินและเช็คเอาท์สะดวกมาก ทำผ่านแอปได้ทุกอย่าง ห้องพักได้รับการทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เราไม่ได้สั่งอาหารเช้า แต่มีเครื่องดื่มและนมในตู้เย็น รวมถึงกาแฟแคปซูลและคอนเฟลก

Nice apartments in a very convenient location. I have stayed in the main hotel before and was impressed so chose the apartments for my trip this time. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The two bed apartment had plenty of space, very well furnished and warm. The kitchen had everything you would need (apart from a microwave though). There was a smart TV with all the streaming apps. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shower gel/shampoo. There is limited parking for the apartments but I knew that beforehand (to be expected in city centre). There is 4 parking spaces out the back you can use but parking on the street is free from 9pm-9am. Only downside is it was quite noisy which kept me up on Saturday night. Nothing they can control of course but something to note (it was fine rest of the week). Also for longer stays it would be better if more storage for clothes/luggage was available. Great stay regardless :)

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม 100/100 -ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม (ใจกลางเมือง + ทุกอย่างในบริเวณใกล้เคียง และ ** ไม่** เสียงดัง / ดังในตอนกลางคืน ยังสามารถเดินไปที่นั่นจากอาคารผู้โดยสาร BSI) -Super room (Superior Room ดีมาก หลับสบายมาก) -อาหารเช้าอร่อยพร้อมอาหารเช้าแบบอังกฤษ อาหารไอซ์แลนด์ (Fish Skye), Pastry และผลไม้สด ให้เลือกเยอะมาก ชอบมาก -คนน่ารัก -สปาและยิม รวมด้วย

ห้องพักดี มีทุกอย่างที่ต้องการ แต่ใช้เวลาสักพักกว่าจะอุ่นขึ้น เสียงดังนิดหน่อยถ้าพักฝั่งสนามบิน แต่หยุดประมาณ 22/23.00 น. และวิวจากหน้าต่างก็สวยมาก พนักงานเป็นมิตรและอธิบายทุกอย่างที่คุณควรรู้เกี่ยวกับพื้นที่นี้

เกินความคาดหมายของเพื่อนของฉันและฉัน! สภาพแวดล้อมและทัศนคติการบริการของโรงแรมดีมาก เมื่อฉันไปทางใต้ ฉันพบว่าพาวเวอร์แบงค์ตกลงมาที่โรงแรม เพราะทางใต้กลับมาและเปลี่ยนโรงแรม ฉันกังวลมากที่จะขึ้นเครื่องบินในวันถัดไป หลังจากติดต่อโรงแรมแล้ว พนักงานโรงแรมก็ช่วยเราส่งไปที่แผนกต้อนรับของโรงแรมอื่นที่เราพัก! ประทับใจสุดๆ! ! และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและสภาพแวดล้อมของห้องพักดีมากในไอซ์แลนด์

We had a pleasant stay overall. The check-in staff were extremely friendly, warm, and helpful, making a great first impression. The hotel is centrally located, which made getting around very convenient. Parking is available at the back of the hotel on a first-come, first-served basis, and we were fortunate to secure a spot. Breakfast offered a good selection and was enjoyable. The main drawback was the balcony door, which opens onto a shared corridor, so we weren’t able to leave it open for ventilation. Aside from that, a comfortable and welcoming stay.

Beautiful hotel and excellent location (I had a view of the main square and parliament building). The staff was very helpful, professional and friendly. Food in the restaurant was superb with selected dishes from the local cuisine. The Spa design has taken inspiration from Icelandic nature in both colours, materials and textures, and is a fantastic addition to the experience with thermal pool, steam room, sauna, cold mist/rain and cosy relaxation areas.  Would highly recommend choosing this hotel when visiting Reykjavik, or using it as a base when exploring further around.

Location was great, it was walking distance to most places. There was a really nice bar just opposite. Service staff were helpful and pleasant. The room I stayed in was quite small. I did not quite like the layout of the room. The TV was in an odd location too. The lighting in the room could be improved. There were stains on the toilet mirror, felt that these should be changed as it gives the impression that the toilet isn’t clean. Also, they could consider automating the doors and using key cards instead of actual keys.

The room is a good size, very clean, warm comforter, nice TV, clean bathroom. But! Poor lighting, no in-house telephone, no instructions for remote.  But,  the receptionist young man is full of information, very well spoken, and took care of my needs.  The breakfast, an avocado toast, and coffee were excellent. So good! I would recommend the hotel as its location is super.
