โรงแรม 4 ดาว ในเขตนครหลวง ไอซ์แลนด์

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างดี เดินเพียง 15 นาทีจากถนนเรนโบว์ เราจองห้องพักสำหรับครอบครัวไว้สามวัน ภายในห้องค่อนข้างกว้างขวาง การเช็คอินใช้เวลานานพอสมควร และพวกเขาก็ให้หมายเลขห้อง 444 แก่ฉัน ฉันถามว่าขอเปลี่ยนได้ไหม แต่พนักงานต้อนรับกลับปฏิเสธโดยไม่ลังเลเลย บอกว่าห้องทั้งหมดถูกจองหมดแล้ว ฉันโกรธมากที่ให้เขาดูเว็บไซต์ ***********/Ctrip ของฉัน แล้วถามว่าตอนนี้มีห้องไหนว่างบ้าง เขาบอกว่า ”อีกหนึ่งชั่วโมงค่อยกลับมา” ฉันไม่พอใจกับการบริการอย่างมาก อาหารเช้าก็พอใช้ได้ แต่ห้องพักแน่นไปด้วยกลุ่มผู้สูงอายุชาวยุโรปและอเมริกัน

Good location, decent service, comfortable beds and relatively quiet rooms so overall a pleasant stay at Midgardur. The hotel is well placed for exploring Reykjavik and the room itself was clean and comfortable. The main issue was the minibar setup. Drinks in the fridge have no prices listed, so it’s not obvious that it’s a paid minibar until you see the charge at checkout. To make things more confusing, some drinks placed on the bedside table do have visible prices, which makes it seem like those are the only items for purchase and the fridge items might be complimentary

All good. Service level excellent.  Perhaps just need to have more amenities like vanity kit, essential items like bathroom slippers in the room rather than we request for it at the front desk.  Otherwise all good.

We started our travel to Iceland by driving around Iceland in a campervan, so we were hoping for a relaxing hotel stay in Reykjavik at the end of the trip when we pre-booked. We were not disappointed by the Eyja Guldsmeden. The location was only a few blocks away from downtown where there were tons of shopping and dining options, and the hotel itself was beautiful. In the lobby, we grabbed (included) coffee in the mornings and a reasonably-priced drink for happy hour. The service at the front desk was friendly and cordial. The room itself had a nice view of the mountains and was warm and cozy. It was a great stay and we would definitely go back to this hotel again if we are ever back in Iceland! Our only difficulty, understanding this is mostly outside of the hotel's control, is that some of the sidewalks on the walk to downtown were extremely icy and slippery after a day or so of wintry mix that froze over. We had to be extremely careful making our way down to Laugavegur, which had much safer sidewalks. There were even a few buses and cars that couldn't make their way up or down the icy, hilly streets and had to work their way around. So if you are going in the Winter, be cautious and walk slowly!

Right next the airport and the drop off locations for car rental - literally a 5 minute walk. The room was fine, clean and comfortable. We were taking an early flight so booked this hotel for the convenience. Breakfast is available from 4am for those taking early flights.

Strategic location. Near Bus Station #9 which is easy to access for flybys pick up & drop off and all the tours pick up & drop off. Walking distance to many attractions and eateries. The room is okay, clean and tidy, has basic amenities.

อาคารหลักตั้งอยู่บนชั้นใต้ดิน มีเครื่องซักผ้าแบบบริการตนเองพร้อมเครื่องซักสามเครื่องและเครื่องอบผ้าสามเครื่อง ถนนหน้าอาคารหลักกำลังอยู่ในระหว่างการก่อสร้าง ดังนั้นการลากกระเป๋าเดินทางเป็นระยะทางหลายสิบเมตรจึงเป็นเรื่องท้าทาย โดยเฉพาะเมื่อต้องขึ้นเนิน ฉันแนะนำให้ส่งอีเมลแจ้งเตือนไปยังโรงแรม เดิมทีฉันจองอพาร์ตเมนต์สองห้องนอนพร้อมเครื่องซักผ้าในตัว เนื่องจากฉันขอใช้ลิฟต์ ห้องพักแบบเดิมจึงไม่สามารถให้บริการได้ โรงแรมจึงย้ายฉันไปที่ห้องสวีทในอาคารหลัก ซึ่งยังคงมีห้องนอนสองห้องและโซฟาเบด แต่มีขนาดเล็กกว่ามากและไม่มีเครื่องซักผ้าของตัวเอง ด้วยความช่วยเหลือจาก Ctrip โรงแรมจึงคืนเงินให้ 15% ของราคาห้องพักเดิมทันที ขอชื่นชมการบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip โรงแรมทำความสะอาดทุกวัน เติมชาและกาแฟ และเตรียมอาหารเช้าสำหรับวันถัดไปไว้ให้บริการ พวกเขายังอบขนมปังซาวร์โดว์สดใหม่ทุกวันอีกด้วย มีอาหารให้เลือกมากมาย!

Nice apartments in a very convenient location. I have stayed in the main hotel before and was impressed so chose the apartments for my trip this time. The staff are very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The two bed apartment had plenty of space, very well furnished and warm. The kitchen had everything you would need (apart from a microwave though). There was a smart TV with all the streaming apps. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom had soap and shower gel/shampoo. There is limited parking for the apartments but I knew that beforehand (to be expected in city centre). There is 4 parking spaces out the back you can use but parking on the street is free from 9pm-9am. Only downside is it was quite noisy which kept me up on Saturday night. Nothing they can control of course but something to note (it was fine rest of the week). Also for longer stays it would be better if more storage for clothes/luggage was available. Great stay regardless :)

Гарний готель. Дуже стильний екстер'єр. Готель дуже зручно розташований на шляху з аеропорту Keflavik до Рейк'явіку. Ми зупинялися в день заїзду в Ісландію та в два останні дні після подорожі по всьому острову перед поверненням додому. Гарний сніданок. Дуже важливо, що є свій ресторан, якій працює з 18:00 до 22:00, бо в Ісландії знайти поїсти після 17:00 це челендж ще той... Безкоштовний паркінг. Поруч (метрів 500 пішки) є супермаркет. Також поруч з готелем зупинка автобуса Аеропорт-Рейк'явік (50 метрів) для тих хто не орендує автомобіль. Дуже рекомендую, якщо під час бронювання Вас влаштує ціна на цей готель! З мінусів вода в крані пахне сіркою, але це ж Ісландія - країна геотермальних джерел!)) P.S. в готелі для відвідувачів є безкоштовно купальня з геотермальною теплою водою + сауна. Працюють до 22:00.
