ครอบครัวผมไปเที่ยวน้ำตกไนแอการาเพื่อฉลองครบรอบ 20 ปีกับภรรยา ห้องพักดีมาก พักได้ผู้ใหญ่ 3 คนและเด็ก 2 คน ที่พักอยู่ห่างจากน้ำตกเพียง 15-20 นาที ทุกอย่างดีหมด พนักงานก็ดีมาก สิ่งเดียวที่เราแนะนำคือมีกาต้มน้ำร้อนในห้อง แปรงสีฟัน/ยาสีฟัน และรองเท้าแตะ/รองเท้าแตะสำหรับใช้ในห้อง ที่นั่นมีน้ำร้อนให้ด้วย แถมยังมีกาแฟและชาฟรีที่แผนกต้อนรับด้วย แถมยังมีไมโครเวฟสำหรับอุ่นอาหารด้วย โดยรวมแล้วประทับใจมาก! ขอบคุณ Days Inn มาก

The staff were very warm and kind, and I truly appreciated the common areas and facilities. However, I did experience a few issues with the room and the shower area: 1.The soundproofing in the room was quite poor. The magnetic sliding door made noticeable noise when opening and closing, and because the ceiling was not fully enclosed, conversations from other rooms could be clearly heard. In addition, the bed frame made loud sounds whenever someone moved or turned over. 2.For women, there were only two small shower stalls. The space inside was very limited, making it difficult to place any clothing. The showerhead was fixed, and the hairdryer only provided cold air rather than warm air.

We came for one night to shop Costco Windsor and then head back to the US. Location was convenient, hotel was quiet, Not many people were checked in the night we were there. Check in was fast and convenient. The only downside was there was no elevator so we had to walk upstairs to our room with all of our luggage. When we got there, the room was adequate and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast the following morning was pretty basic. We had toast with peanut butter and jelly, always a safe option. The best part of this hotel is that it is located immediately next door to Tim Hortons. Price was good and I totally would stay here again when I need to come back to shop Costco again.

Staff are very friendly and kind and helpful. Continental breakfast is good. Location is aboit 15 minutes walk to falls. Overnight parking is 22CAD

The facility and location is very good. It is very clean. If you need a kettle you have to ask and i did not know about this on my first day.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

Everything is good except location. It locates some 4 km from downtown. But you have everything within walking distance , supermarket, dollarama, numbers of restaurant etc. The best thing is the hotel provides free self serviced laundry but you have prepared your own detergent .

Hockey team was there and they were very loud I made many complaints as well as others but nothing was done. They were playing floor hockey in the halls, banging sticks together and hitting balls down the hall. As well as them running down the hall all night and up and down the stairs. They were jumping off the wheel chair lift in the pool and swinging the lift making it unsafe for my kids to play in the pool. And there was dog pool all over the hotel. Pool light was turned off so we could hardly see. Pool was cold. But other than that it was ok.
