ทําเลเยี่ยม วิวจากห้องพักก็เยี่ยมมาก ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือราคาที่จอดรถที่โรงแรมเลยต้องใช้สถานที่อื่นสําหรับนั้น

The hotel and area was fantastic, however, service at the front desk and the restaurant was lacking. We took a long weekend break and were excited to try the beach club, however our experience was dampened by the service. Being made to stand around for 5 minutes, whilst being told we hadn't paid (when we had) was unnecessary and frankly embarrassing. The restaurant was the most disappointing part of the stay. I'm the evening service was slow, followed by having our order wrong twice and also dropped. Breakfast at the restaurant was lacking compared to cheaper hotels that offer continental. Small selection , nothing outstanding. When we ordered a cooked breakfast, it took 30-40 minutes to receive some eggs and pancakes although the restaurant was fairly quiet. However, the room, facilities, and the spa were fantastic. Beautiful and comfortable rooms. The beach club outside was gorgeous. The spa was perfect and treatments were, to quote my partner, 'one of the best massages of my life'. We're unsure if we would come back. Although the facilities were great, the service was mostly subpar and not what we'd expect from a harbour hotel.

We booked a 1 night stay for New Years Eve and were very happy with everything. The room with a view was lovely . Warm & with tea coffee facilities & a comfy bed. The staff were all very friendly & accommodating and breakfast was plentiful in a lovely dining area with fab views. My only small grumbles would be that the furniture in the room needs an upgrade and there was a £10 charge for the car park .

The location is perfect—right in the heart of Plymouth, close to the waterfront and local attractions, which made exploring the city effortless. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the genuine hospitality of the team. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. I highly recommend Leonardo Hotel Plymouth to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and exceptional service. I’ll definitely be returning!

這是第三次入住了，還記得10年前留學第一次和女朋友來的樣子，站在頂層河景房的陽台上看着英國少有的金色沙灘和河口景色。之後和父母也來了，這是我在英國住過的最有特色的房間，非常推薦頂樓的河景房。絕對物超所值。

ห้องของเราสะอาด แต่ไม่มีกลิ่นสดชื่น - มีกลิ่นเหม็นอับ เรายังหนาวด้วยผ้านวมบาง ๆ และไม่มีผ้าห่มพิเศษ เรามาถึงช้ามากและเป็นผลให้เราไม่กลับไปที่แผนกต้อนรับเพื่อขอผ้าห่มเพิ่มหรือขอเปลี่ยน ห้องพัก แต่แจ้งเตือนพนักงานต้อนรับเมื่อออกเดินทาง เราใช้สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเพื่อการพักผ่อน - สระว่ายน้ําค่อนข้างเย็น แต่มีขนาดที่ดีและสะอาด เราเคยพักในโรงแรมคราวน์พลาซ่าอื่น ๆ แต่ครั้งนี้รู้สึกว่าโรงแรมนี้ไม่เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานปกติ

Great location just a short walk away from the pier and 10-15 min drive from Babbacombe. Clean, cozy rooms with nice shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided. Fantastic, freshly made delicious breakfasts. Thank you Jonathan & Sade for such a pleasant stay!

Very clean and spacious rooms. Good service from the reception team. And highly recommended
