โรงแรมให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเองตั้งแต่ก้าวเข้ามา พนักงานต้อนรับที่ฟรอนต์ก็บริการดีและเป็นมิตรมาก เช็คอินรวดเร็วทันใจ ห้องพักตกแต่งสวยงามและหรูหรา เตียงนอนนุ่มสบาย หลับฝันดีตลอดคืน รอบๆ โรงแรมมีร้านอาหารเยอะ เดินทางสะดวกสบายมาก ถ้าได้มาเที่ยวอีกจะต้องกลับมาพักที่นี่แน่นอน!

I booked Hanyuan because it is within walking distance to my folks home. And my grandma used to work at Nanjing Agricultural University, which the hotel is affiliated with. I read others’ reviews and knew it is an old facility. I did not have unrealistic expectations. We arrived late at night. Taxi driver dropped us off at the side entrance that has numerous stairs to the door. We had lots of luggage. As we got out of the cab, we saw some staff member in the lobby looking out. Instead of coming out to help us, he walked away. My husband, myself and our seven year old all carried/dragged multiple items up the stairs to get into the hotel lobby. We checked in and decided that we would need to add a bed for the kid. House keeping came quickly to set up the bed but was reluctant to provide pillows for the additional bed. I had to repeatedly ask before they agreed to bring an extra pillow. Don’t understand why there is such resistance to equip the additional bed with pillow- after all, we did pay for the additional bed. Everything else was pretty good during our first three-day-stay. We then went away to visit families elsewhere for a week before coming back to this hotel. This time, our car drove onto the ramp at the front entrance. As soon as we entered the building, lobby manager came to offer us help. He helped us deliver luggage to our room. We are very appreciative of his assistance. We ran into some issues at the front desk this time. They asked for our passports again and took our pictures for a second time. When I mentioned that we were just here a week ago and all information was taken already, we were told that all information has been erased as we checked out. When we checked in/out the first time, we informed front desk that we were making the hotel our base camp and will be coming in and out a few times. It’s strange that they would delete our information and redo everything all over again. Again we need to add a bed. House keeping brought a roller bed which has a stained mattress pad. I asked them to bring a clean one, they said they could not. They said they didn’t have any clean pads. They said the only option is to remove the pad and put the sheets directly on the mattress. They further suggested that since the sheet is clean, dirty pad doesn’t matter and that every mattress pad under bed sheets has urine stains. His words made my stomach turn but I was too tired to fight so they went ahead put sheets on top of the mattress pad that has a big yellow stain. Again I asked for pillows for the additional bed, they refused at first, upon my insistence, they agreed to bring pillows. They also took out a blanket from the cabinets under television and put it on the bed. When the seven year old was ready for bed, I opened the blanket and realized it’s cover is dirty. It’s dusty and has multiple stings of hair on it. I called house keeping, a lady quickly bought over a clean duvet cover for the blanket but refused to take away the dirty one. She insisted that we keep the dirty duvet in the closet. I did not understand her rationale but there isn’t anything I can do. So that dirty duvet cover stayed in the closet. Maybe I should not have come back to this hotel.

Five-Day Stay in Nanjing Check-in Experience We arrived early at around 6 AM due to the difficulty of booking train tickets during the holiday season. Although check-in was at 3 PM, the staff kindly accommodated us with an early check-in for an additional fee. Accommodation We stayed in two types of rooms during our visit: Single Room - Spacious and located in a peaceful, quiet area of the property. RV Room - Situated near the camping area where families and friends gather around a large bonfire for singing, BBQ, and games. **Ratings** Staff: 8/10 - Friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Shuttle Service: 10/10 - The driver was exceptionally pleasant and always smiling. Since my daughter has asthma and walking long distances is difficult for her, we frequently requested shuttle service between locations. This was especially helpful as ride-share drivers typically drop off at the entrance, which is quite a walk from the rooms and facilities. Breakfast: 10/10 - Excellent variety of traditional Chinese dishes. They were accommodating when my husband requested takeout. Cleanliness: 10/10 - Both rooms were clean, including the beds, towels, and bathrooms. As my daughter’s asthma is triggered by dust, I was pleased that the rooms were clean enough that she didn’t experience any sneezing or symptoms. We all slept well for the entire five days. **Things to Consider** It’s highly recommended to have your own car, as the property is quite far from the city center. If you enjoy nature and outdoor activities, this place is ideal. Activities include: - ATV rides - Fishing area - Playground (note: adults are charged rather than children, so it’s more economical for only one adult to enter) - Small animal area featuring rabbits, ostriches, and llamas (15 RMB entry) - Train ride (30 RMB) The coffee shop has a wonderful atmosphere and aesthetic appeal, making it popular for photos. The property itself is spacious and perfect for leisurely walks. There’s also a temple nearby, approximately 20 minutes away by car. **Challenges We Faced** My daughter developed a fever and experienced diarrhea during our stay. When I called the front desk for help, the staff member wasn’t very accommodating and suggested my husband go buy medicine. This was difficult for us as foreigners who don’t speak the language well. I felt sad and helpless, especially when we couldn’t get any taxis or cabs to pick us up. We wanted to take her to the hospital, but no cabs were available. However, the next morning, a staff member spoke with me who was extremely kind and accommodating. They even offered to drive my daughter to the hospital, which I declined because we needed to catch our train and she was feeling better after taking medicine. They drove us to the South Railway Station and thoughtfully gave my daughter bags and drinks. It was a very kind gesture that we truly appreciated.

My family and I totally enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean and amenities are really good. The service staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. The location is actually very good for tourist because it is very convenient to assess a lot of food and photo taking sceneries. The thing is, it is not exactly easy to find the taxi will only send you to a place nearby and then you would have to figure out how to go to the hotel. There are some rooms on the second level so it might be a bit tiring to climb up the stairs but we were fortunate to get rooms on the ground floor with a courtyard view. Do look out for mosquitoes but there are mosquito repellent provided. Breakfast is also provided, we had noodles and some condiments. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel. 第一次住道觀中，很新鮮，易道長非常耐心細心，給我們一路指導，我們是從驛站買票（住宿客人可享受住宿期間80元／人含遊覽車的優惠價，超值）辦好相關手續，坐車上到頂宮，根據易道長指引很快找到辦理入住的房間，辦好入住，選的房間是唯一能打開門看到上山的攝影房，由於最近常州下雨多，來的時候趕上山下陰天山上仙氣飄飄的時間段，雲山霧繞頗有身在仙境的感覺，雖然能見度不高也頗有一番風味，我們提前一天訂好了一人150的餐標，四菜一湯，米飯基本不夠就免費續，吃到了茅山有名的鵝肉還有清蒸鱸魚兩個素菜一大碗（小盆）紫菜雞蛋湯，味道我們吃很可口，感覺很不錯，吃完飯七點半左右，易道長還給我們安排了夜遊講解，文化歷史就着仙氣飄飄的感覺真有種身在仙境中的感受（提醒大家下山上温度普遍比山下低，要帶好保暖的衣服否則容易感冒哦），我們還提前訂了晚上十二點的頭香，這是衹有住宿客户可以享受的福利，真的超級贊，性價比也超級高。 第二天我們還喝到了江蘇省最高海拔的咖啡，配上素麪，感覺真的不錯。 退房前拍了幾張能見度還好的照片，真心推薦大家有機會去體驗一下，感覺超好，下次有機會我們還會再來的。

ฉันเพิ่งเปลี่ยนเครื่องจากซูโจวไปอู๋ซี และไม่ได้คาดหวังอะไรมากกับที่พักในคืนนั้น แต่ฉันไม่คาดหวังว่าจะจองโรงแรมคุณภาพดีขนาดนี้ในทริปแรกไปอู๋ซี ต้องบอกว่า Hanting สมกับเป็นโรงแรมเครือ Huazhu จริงๆ ทั้งสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและคุณภาพการบริการก็เสถียรมาก พนักงานต้อนรับสาว 2 คนก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับคลองโบราณ วัดหนานชาน และถนนอาหาร! ฉันแนะนำทุกคนให้มาพักที่โรงแรม Hanting แห่งนี้!

這家新店真的超出預期！出門走幾步就是東關街，離瘦西湖也很近，樓下遍地都是揚州早茶店，逛吃巨方便。 新店所有設備全是新的，一點裝修味道都沒有，房間打掃得乾乾淨淨，房間很智能。前台工作人員服務態度特別好，還貼心告訴我去哪玩不踩雷哪裡有好吃的。房間隔音也不錯，價格也划算，下次來揚州玩還選這家

這次入住體驗真的遠超預期，必須給個大大的五星好評！ 尤其是前台妹妹們，都態度超級好，而且服務沒得説，離夫子廟秦淮河超級近！！！ 從踏入大堂的那一刻起，就能感受到滿滿的服務熱情。前台工作人員不僅辦理入住迅速，還貼心地幫我升級了房型，並詳細介紹了周邊的遊玩路線和美食，讓人倍感温暖。 房間寬敞明亮，衞生打掃得一塵不染，床品柔軟親膚，躺上去就像被雲朵包裹一樣，對於我這種認床的人來説，居然一覺睡到大天亮，睡眠質量滿分！隔音效果也做得極好，完全聽不到走廊或隔壁的雜音。 酒店的配套設施也很齊全，早餐種類豐富，中西式結合，現煮的麪檔特別驚艷。健身房和洗衣房的設計也很人性化，出差或旅行都極其方便。 總之，無論是硬件設施還是軟件服務，這家酒店都展現了極高的水準。下次來這邊，這裏絕對是我的首選，強烈推薦給正在做攻略的朋友們！
