เป็นการเข้าพักที่น่าประทับใจมาก ระหว่างการเดินทางจากยอร์กไปเอดินบะระ เราตั้งใจแวะพักที่เมืองเดอร์แฮมหนึ่งคืนเพื่อสัมผัสความโรแมนติกและความสง่างามของเมืองอังกฤษแบบดั้งเดิมแห่งนี้ โรงแรมอินดิโกแห่งนี้ดัดแปลงมาจากโรงเรียนเก่าแก่ในท้องถิ่น ดังนั้นรูปแบบดั้งเดิมจึงได้รับการอนุรักษ์ไว้อย่างดี ตั้งแต่ด้านหน้าอาคารไปจนถึงทางเดินและห้องพัก ห้องพักค่อนข้างกว้างขวางและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน พนักงานให้การต้อนรับและเอาใจใส่เป็นอย่างดี และอาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย ทั้งแบบบุฟเฟต์และแบบสั่งตามเมนู โดยรวมแล้วเรารู้สึกพึงพอใจมาก จะดีกว่านี้ถ้าเครื่องทำความร้อนในห้องอุ่นกว่านี้อีกหน่อย คิดว่าเราจะกลับมาที่เมืองนี้อีกแน่นอนในอีกไม่กี่ปีข้างหน้า ตั้งตารอการมาเยือนครั้งต่อไปของเรา

Absolutely wonderful. Id stayed at Durham Royal County before with my girlfriend. However she didn't come with ne this time due to reasons that she had. The staff at the hotel were lovely about it and made me feel better about tge situation and a lovely note and complementary drinks for me to come back to in my room. All I can say is thankyou and I'll look forward to staying with you again soon. Thanks Matthew

Fantastic stay after a trip to Beamish. Relaxing swim at the spa to cool down after a busy day, followed by dinner and drinks at a good choice of different restaurants onsite. Welcoming staff where we couldn’t fault our stay. Will be back and will recommend to family and friends.

Was a romantic get away, found that the drinks are expensive inside the hotel. we never ate at the hotel, as there is a couple of nice pubs close by. the staff were friendly, THe place is a bit of a maze but cool. they do run daily tours but its best if you book up in advance as when we tried to do day of the tour no availability. it is run via a 3rd party not the hotel itself.

Amazing stay. The customer service was impeccable from the off, very clean, all the necessary amenities, and a super comfortable bed and pillow.

The hotel has a very good location, which is definitely a plus and makes it convenient for exploring the area. However, we were disappointed by a few additional charges. Bathrobes are provided only for an extra £8, and the hotel parking is also paid, which was not very convenient and added unexpected costs to the stay.

First visit and it will not be last. Building is beautiful full of character. Sedgefield is a lovely village. However, the room we stayed in 416 needs soundproofing. When we went back to room on the night there was a loud constance noise like a furnace, on enquiring by staff I was advised room was next to kitchen its the extractor fans going. It did stop after evening service but was woken up early when they were put on again for breakfast and on constant till we checked out. On returning I will be requesting a room no where near kitchen.

Great place with a lovely classic pub. Room was spacious, might feel a little outdated but was clean and comfortable. Access to spa costs extra. Breakfast was good, would stay again.

We were very pleased with our recent stay. The accommodations were comfortable and provided a relaxing environment. The service we received was attentive and always delivered with a smile. We particularly enjoyed the convenient location and the overall pleasant atmosphere. We would gladly recommend this establishment to others.
