Our stay at Landison Longjing Resort Hangzhou was so memorable and absolutely magnificent that highlights remain sharp, vivid, and immensely uplifting. As tea lovers, it would have been lovely enough to be back in deciduous forests with bursting red maples and bright yellow Ginko trees accentuating autumn colors surrounding the beautifully manicured Longjing (Dragon Well) tea plantations that rest quietly within the hills of the peaceful landscape so very close to the resort—next to and just across the street, in fact! However, our trip’s joys skyrocketed with our stay at the Landison. The staff was totally fantastic! Exceptional service in every way. Working with a phone translator Tracy, Brandy, Wen Yi (I hope his name is spelled correctly!), and Chris provided patient, attentive, and thorough care, concern, and heartwarming attention as they fully considered and answered our many daily questions on where to go, what to do, how to get there and back. (We were thrilled to use the excellent public transportation in and around Hangzhou. The hotel is just meters from the bus stop of two main lines. These buses provided easy connections to other main lines linking us to much of the rest of the city) Staff also guided us where to buy excellent tea, which turned out to be right there at the hotel, as well as from other lovely teashops nearby! Landison’s breakfast menu, included in our booking, remained the same throughout our stay and never disappointed. Every day we enjoyed a large selection of beautiful, delicious food that included fresh fruit, vegetables, egg dishes of differing styles, rice, dim sum, pastries, and our go-to each day: a piping hot bowl of noodles, prepared to order by the chef standing behind the varied selection of noodles and fixings! There was so much fresh, delicious, interesting, vegetarian cuisine we can’t account for the entire extensive buffet. The dining staff was totally incredible with their refined, careful, complete attention. Dining Room Manager Xu became our dear, memorable friend, offering us sweet, caring personal attention and comfort throughout our visit. We couldn’t help feeling disappointed when we didn’t see her the day before we were to leave. When we returned to the hotel for the evening and saw her through a dining room window, we popped into the area to say hello and a magical connection manifested that only world travel can provide, when the distance between two vastly different cultures disappears under the glow of human kindness, warmth, and connection. She provided such outstanding delight for us that our hearts hurt when we had to say goodbye to her. When she translated on her mobile phone, “looking forward to seeing you again,” we smiled broadly and added a very hopeful nod in agreement. Extra lovely perks included nightly delivery of a delicate, nourishing white mushroom soup to keep us warm and help us sleep, a specialty of the establishment. It was tasty and nurturing every day! The housekeeping staff was amiable and friendly, mutually acknowledging and appreciating the human relationship!  In addition, the parking area staff offered cheerful, welcoming, and happy engagement with us throughout our stay. Our extraordinary stay at the Landison is the kind of experience that highlights the vast benefits of world travel where the barriers of worldly concerns and tensions can fade away or even disappear into the significant and transformative mix and engagement with a time and place different from where we come from or know habitually. Where one realizes that, although time and place may differ considerably and provide many positive catalysts for meaningful change, the human heart and mind are inextricably linked together by way of mutual desires for happiness, well-being, safety, expression, and connection, however that may unfold in its immeasurable arrangements. โรงแรมอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟความเร็วสูง การคมนาคมสะดวก และยังมีเส้นทางรถประจำทางไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ห้องพักสะอาดมาก เครื่องนอนดี อาหารเช้าเยอะ เกี๊ยวกับบะหมี่อร่อยดีกาแฟรสชาติดี คุณสามารถช่วยซักผ้าหรือซักเองได้และมีเครื่องอบผ้าบริการนี้คุ้มราคามากในวันที่ฝนตก

房间干净，风景好，但服务、体验感、性价比一般。 This place is designed for the 'gram, not the 3000 RMB/night experience. The room is beautiful, you've seen that already, but here's my genuine experience that I hope helps set your expectations. Overall, bare minimum service. There is no proper front desk reception, and I had to remind them to set up the butler group chat the day before arrival because there were no instructions. Upon arrival, the main door was locked. Someone eventually came and brought my luggage up to the room, and that was it. No friendly chats, no personal touch, no estate introduction or tour, no other instructions, just a few pre-set WeChat images. The butler is quite responsive on chat but often provides incomplete answers. Service at breakfast was cold. No one welcomes you when you walk in, and there was no proper introduction to what was available. There was only one staff member at breakfast. He eventually came over and asked which main dish I'd like. There was no mention of Western vs. Chinese options until I overheard someone else's order. Most of the time he was standing at the kitchen entrance using his phone loudly, which made it hard to get his attention. The loud phone noise made the experience quite unpleasant, as I was hoping for a relaxing, quiet breakfast. Food options are very limited for a solo traveller. I ordered ******* for every lunch and dinner. I was quite hungry in the late afternoon and looking forward to the savory snacks in the afternoon tea set. I ordered them to my room and was told the ”chef had a family emergency” and could not prepare the fries and popcorn chicken, though I later saw someone else having the complete set in the lobby. :/ I saw another review a few months back giving feedback that there was no floor mat near the hot tub area. Even though they always respond to negative reviews the same way, saying they will improve, the problem was unfortunately not fixed. You only have one floor mat at the shower area and have to remember to bring it across the room to the hot tub area, or you'll be dripping wet on a slippery floor when you exit the tub. Soundproofing is bad. There is a road right next to the room, and you can hear occasional cars passing by. During my stay, farmers were harvesting bamboo, and you could hear the loud truck engines (which sounded like excavators) and them talking loudly. Mad respect for farmers, just highlighting the downside of the location that you dont see in the nice photos. The whole experience was strange because it felt like other guests were there for photoshoot over an actual hotel stay experience. You could see beautifully dressed ladies posing at every corner of the estate. Nothing wrong with that, just not something I'm used to. The experience is not without positives. The room I stayed in 【云渌】 had an insanely beautiful view, which was what I came for. It directly faces the bamboo forest and mountains. On good days, you'll probably be able to see a nice sunset. The room was clean and had great, thoughtful amenities, including Le Labo toiletries, a small pack of laundry detergent, eye masks, earplugs, and a Dyson hairdryer, to name a few. I also loved the huge private balcony it came with. I was really looking forward to this stay, but coming from another 民宿 I absolutely enjoyed, the service here was a stark contrast. This place has so much potential if they could brush up on the professionalism of the service crew to match the aesthetic and pricetag. I sincerely wish them well and hope the service can be improved.

I visited with family and we really enjoyed our stay. We booked a two room villa and the booking came with four free classes: tea ceremony, sound bath, forest walk and yoga. We only joined the tea ceremony and sound bath but really enjoyed both. For food, the hotel restaurant served vegan food so we found a restaurant near the hotel; the food was good and it was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. The hotel room itself was spacious and the amenities were of good quality. The bed was very comfortable and we all had a good night sleep. Location is perfectly fine if you drive, but I imagine it would be a bit difficult to get to by public transport.

โรงแรมดีงาม สะอาดสะอ้าน เตียงก็นอนสบาย ที่สำคัญคือได้แช่น้ำฟินๆ คลายความเหนื่อยล้า ห้องน้ำเป็นชักโครกอัจฉริยะก็ดีงามมาก คุ้มค่ากับราคา แถมยังตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมือง เดินทางสะดวก ตอนเช็คเอาท์ลืมของไว้ ทางโรงแรมก็โทรมาแจ้งและช่วยส่งคืนให้ด้วย ขอบคุณมากสำหรับการเดินทางที่แสนสุขสบายครั้งนี้

เมื่อเดือนที่แล้ว ดิฉันมีโอกาสได้รู้จักโรงแรม Xinqiao (ซินเฉียว) ผ่านงานที่ทำ ซึ่งก็ได้ทำงานถ่ายภาพให้กับโรงแรมแห่งนี้ค่ะ ตอนทำงานประทับใจ Executive Lounge ที่ชั้น 9 มากเป็นพิเศษ หลังเลิกงานก็เลยอยากจะเข้าพักในฐานะนักท่องเที่ยวดูบ้าง ก็เลยเลือกห้องพักแบบ King Size Lake View ที่ชั้น 9 โดยเฉพาะเลยค่ะ ตอนเช็คอินถึงกับจำน้องผู้ชายที่เคยถ่ายรูปไว้ได้ด้วย เสียดายที่เขาจำดิฉันไม่ได้ 5555555 ห้องพักวิวสวยมาก บรรยากาศก็ดีเลิศค่ะ เดินลงไปแค่ร้อยกว่าเมตรก็ถึงห้างสรรพสินค้า Intime และ Jiebai แล้ว แถมแถวนั้นก็มีร้านอาหารเยอะด้วยค่ะ แต่ครั้งนี้ไปทานอาหารที่ร้าน Hangzhou Restaurant ครั้งหน้ามาอีกจะไปทานที่ Lake View Restaurant ที่ชั้น 17 ค่ะ อาหารเช้าก็อลังการมาก มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่เกินความคาดหมายของดิฉันเลยค่ะ ประทับใจมาก จะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอนค่ะ มีรูปถ่ายมาฝากด้วยค่ะ

民宿位於莫干山景區附近，環境比較安靜，因為是4月來住，游泳池還沒有水，圖書館的體驗還不錯，建議老闆對房間裏的佈置可以再實用一些，細節上稍微再改善一下，比如榻榻米上的懶人靠墊佔據了靠窗三分之二的空間，但靠墊上很容易落灰，不實用還佔據了屋內最佳位置。窗簾的遙控開關無效，窗簾勉強拉上，第二天卻被斜射進來第一縷晨光叫醒。馬桶坐墊上有幾處膠布貼過的粘漬痕跡，感覺不夠清潔。但總的來説，老闆還是很熱情的，忙前忙後提供了幫助，早餐也不錯。其實早餐的小酒吧，還是很有氛圍的，晚上的吃食比較單一，如能經營起來，應該挺不錯的。最後，祝願老闆生意興隆，把民宿經營的越來越好。

27Apr2026..ฉันได้เข้ามาพักที่นี่หนึ่งคืน เพื่อเตรียมตัว Check in ที่ Hangzhou International Airport แต่เช้าตรู่ของวันที่ 28 ตั้งนาฬิกาปลุก 05.00น. เพื่อออกไปสนามบินด้วยรถ Bus ของ รร.ที่ให้บริการ ฟรี+ Set box เป็นอาหารเช้าหนึ่งกล่อง...ขอชื่นชม 👌👍👏👏👏การให้การบริการของทาง รร. ไม่ว่า ฟรี Bus,Set box,รวมถึง ห้องพักที่กว้างขวาง สะอาดถูกอนามัย เพียงไม่มีหน้าต่าง แต่เป็นการนอนเพียงคืนที่ราคา 952.฿..ผิดกับสี่คืนที่ฉันนอนในเมืองที่ East railway station มากมาย
