Lacks overall 5 Star Service , we checked in around 9PM and as well during the day no one is standing next to the entry to help out or greet , reception is hidden , water comes in plastic bottles at room temperature, no other welcome snacks and you need to call for a toothbrush. Had been in other JW and Westin and was treated like a queen , but overall this time in Valencia is more a YMCA self service check in feeling . We liked the space in the room and that the windows could get partially opened. Would try a different 5 star in Valencia next time .

Estancia excelente! La atención fue perfecta, el personal muy amable, la habitación amplia, limpia y muy cómoda. El servicio impecable. Recomiendo este establecimiento sin dudarlo.

We love this hotel, it’s in the a great area & you can walk to most places for the sight seeing. Plenty of good Restaurents & tapas bar around. Plenty of cathedrals around the corner. Hotel is very nice and the staffs are very helpful. The only criticism is the bathroom is a bit small in compare with the size of our room. We will definitely go back to stay again if we ever visit Valencia in future.

The rooms are better than pictured. Honestly very very nicely designed. Great room amenities too. The staff have been great, attentive and friendly. The gym is average, or below average but fine. The spa area is decent but sauna is in need of refreshing. They could use a renovation in the whole spa and gym area.

Great location close to everything in the old town and walkable to many good restaurants. We rented bikes and they stored for us in their garage. Easy bicycle ride to the park, the beach, the aquarium and shopping area. Cute hotel, rooms not big but comfortable. Excellent service.

Sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in perfekter Lage, die Zimmer großzügig und elegant eingerichtet. Der Frühstückssaal, der gleichzeitig als Restaurant und Bar fungiert, im Stil der 20er Jahre auch sehr schön. Lediglich der Service beim Frühstück ist eine größere Katastrophe. Wir mussten an allen vier Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes länger als eine halbe Stunde auf eine Tasse Kaffee und ein Glas Wasser warten. Manchmal bekamen wir auch gar nichts - trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage. Das Frühstück selbst war sehr fein und lecker.
