We visited the hotel for our Duex Days event and overall had a pleasant experience. The valet parking was smooth and professional, and the hotel staff were generally polite and courteous. However, one aspect could be improved: flexibility at check-in. I was running a bit late, so my husband, who shares the same last name and was on the reservation, tried to check in ahead of me. Despite offering to send a photo of my ID and confirming the reservation details, the front desk staff insisted that I had to be there in person. I understand the importance of security, but a bit more flexibility or alternative verification methods would have made the process more convenient and guest-friendly. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we appreciated the service and atmosphere overall.

There are pros and cons to this place. This was a splurge for my last night in Vancouver. The thing that I was most excited about was the soaker tub with accompanying window with beautiful view. Well, whoever installed this particular tub was incompetent because it is backwards. It literally faces the wall. If you crick your neck to look out the window you will see a parking lot and buildings. Now if the tub was facing the way it should be you would simply be gazing out the window at a lovely view of the water and mountains. Additionally, the heated flooring in my room did not work. Next thought .. why would you make the toilet be in it's own room .. but with clear glass walls and door? Defeats the purpose. Sliding doors to a bathroom are also impracticable. Thankfully I was a solo traveler but if you're not, be forewarned! The service upon arrival was good. The lobby is small with not enough seating. Vacuuming outside my door at 8:30 am was a little jarring but thankfully I needed to be awake anyway. Upon check out, I informed them about the faulty floor heating and also said, ”While I know this isn't your fault and you can't fix this you may want to know that the bathtub in this room is backwards.” They didn't care lol. The airport shuttle was great. 👍🏼 Bed is comfortable. The robe and slippers were appreciated.

Our family stayed at the night on the last day of Labour Day long weekend, so we felt less busy. It’s a good stay for going to Botanical Beach at Port Renfrew. The Ella beach nearby is awesome for sunset. The room is spacious for four of us. We are happy to see lots tiny fishes and 6 seals playing in the hotel private harbour. We did not use the hotel pool coz it looks not so clean. However we enjoyed the complimentary 1 hr tandem kayak very much. See lots wild lives.

This hotel is huge and spacious. The suite had all amenities including a full kitchen and kitchenettes. It even had a comfy balcony and a cozy fire place. My kids loved the queen size sofa bed and the 42 inches flat screen TV. The washroom and bath were spacious and included shampoo, conditioner and body wash and enough towels. The king bed was in a separate room for privacy and this was one of the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The reception area is huge and all the different levels has restaurants and there was a heated pool. The hotel is located like 5 minutes from a grocery store, which was convenient and they had valet parking for just a few extra dollars. Right up the street had tje gondola and Whistler village  centre, which we walked even though we had our own vehicle. Overall, I would stay here again and I highly recommend this accommodation. The check in and check out process was smooth and the reception was polite and kind. We were actually given a welcome card along with chocolates, cookies and ice cream pkus bottled water ☺️ PS: My 70 year old mom went to the on site spa and had her first full body massage, she loved it!

Oak Bay Beach Hotel is an excellent place to stay. The hotel is very clean and well maintained, which made the experience comfortable and relaxing. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, making us feel genuinely welcomed throughout our stay. Overall, the high standard of hygiene and the great service really stood out.

เราปิดท้ายช่วงปิดเทอมฤดูใบไม้ผลิด้วยการพักผ่อนสุดสบาย 3 วัน 2 คืนที่ Four Seasons Resort Whistler และมันก็ตรงกับความต้องการของครอบครัวเรา 4 คนพอดี ห้องพักเยี่ยมมาก – สะดวกสบาย มีสไตล์ และสะอาดเอี่ยมอ่อง วิวภูเขา? สวยงามตระการตา ทำให้การพักผ่อนสนุกสนานยิ่งขึ้น สระว่ายน้ำอุ่นกลางแจ้งและอ่างน้ำวนเป็นที่ชื่นชอบของทุกคน และเด็กๆ ชอบกิจกรรมปิ้งมาร์ชเมลโลว์ที่จัดขึ้นทุกวันเวลา 4-6 โมงเย็นเป็นพิเศษ มันเป็นกิจกรรมครอบครัวที่สนุกและอบอุ่นมาก! โต๊ะปิงปองก็ได้รับความนิยมเช่นกัน แม้ว่าจะดูเหมือนจะมีคนใช้เยอะมากก็ตาม อาหารเช้าก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน – บุฟเฟ่ต์มีให้เลือกหลากหลายอย่างน่าทึ่ง และเราก็ประหลาดใจที่ได้พบคาเวียร์จากบริติชโคลัมเบียในวันนั้น เป็นของอร่อยที่ไม่เหมือนใคร! ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือห้องเด็กเล่น – มันเล็กไปหน่อย โดยเฉพาะในช่วงเวลาที่มีคนเยอะอย่างช่วงปิดเทอมฤดูใบไม้ผลิหรือฤดูร้อน มันดูจำกัดไปหน่อยสำหรับเด็กๆ ทุกคนที่หวังจะใช้มัน ถึงอย่างนั้น พนักงานก็ทำได้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก พวกเขาเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีสุดๆ แถมยังใส่ใจในรายละเอียดเล็กๆ น้อยๆ เพื่อให้การเข้าพักของเราพิเศษยิ่งขึ้น โฟร์ซีซั่นส์ วิสเลอร์ ตอบโจทย์ได้ดีเยี่ยมจริงๆ เรากลับไปพร้อมความรู้สึกสดชื่นและกำลังพูดถึงช่วงเวลาที่จะได้กลับมาอีกครั้ง!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลทองติดกับรถไฟใต้ดินสายเอ็กซ์โป ทำให้การเดินทางสะดวกสบายอย่างเหลือเชื่อ ฉันสามารถเดินไปยังธนาคารกลางแห่งประเทศจีน (RBC) และธนาคารแห่งประเทศจีน (Bank of China) ได้ ร้านอาหารและแหล่งช้อปปิ้งก็ยอดเยี่ยมเช่นกัน มีถนนช้อปปิ้งสุดหรูอยู่ทางขวามือของโรงแรมเพียง 50 เมตร ทำให้การช้อปปิ้งเป็นเรื่องง่าย แม้ว่าอาหารเช้าจะมีไม่หลากหลายนัก แต่ก็สดใหม่และดีต่อสุขภาพ พนักงานทุกคนตั้งแต่พนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานต้อนรับ ไปจนถึงพนักงานร้านอาหาร ต่างเป็นมิตรมาก การมาถึงโรงแรมตอนห้าทุ่มและออกไปซื้อขนมที่เซเว่นอีเลฟเว่นก็ไม่ได้น่ากลัวเลย แคนาดาค่อนข้างปลอดภัย

The room was a bit cramped, lacking a second bedside table, and the bathroom was very tight. The bed and bedding were excellent. It is nice to find a choice of thick and thinner pillows. The Courtyard cafe needs more seating. The parking fee was high. A few negatives but they are mostly outweighed by the excellent downtown location within walking distance of everything we had planned to see and do. We would probably book this hotel again and would recommend it to friends.

เราพักที่นี่ 5 คืน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยม หรืออาจจะดีที่สุดในแวนคูเวอร์เลยก็ว่าได้ อยู่ติดกับสถานี Waterfront ซึ่งมีทั้งรถไฟฟ้าลอยฟ้า เรือโดยสาร รถประจำทาง และรถไฟ นอกจากนี้ยังอยู่ติดกับ Canada Place ซึ่งมีบริการรถรับส่งฟรีไปยัง Grouse Mountain และสะพาน Capilano คุณสามารถมองเห็นเรือสำราญ เครื่องบินทะเล และเฮลิคอปเตอร์จากห้องพักได้ด้วย เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีก็ถึง Gastown เพื่อชมนาฬิกาน้ำ สิ่งที่ดีที่สุดคือ เมื่อคุณซื้อแม่เหล็กติดตู้เย็นของแวนคูเวอร์ โรงแรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของอาคารที่เป็นสัญลักษณ์ของเมือง พนักงานเป็นกันเองมาก ห้องพักของเราสะอาดอยู่เสมอ หากจะมีข้อติก็คือ ฉันไม่ค่อยชินกับการที่รถเข็นของแม่บ้านจะวางอยู่ตรงทางเดินตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงในโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาว นอกเหนือจากนั้นแล้ว การเข้าพักครั้งนี้เกือบจะสมบูรณ์แบบเลยทีเดียว ชอบวิวจากห้องพักของเรามากด้วย
