Very affordable price and decent cleanliness. The location is a bit off since it’s on an inner street and the road going there is a bit bumpy, but the stay itself was comfortable. D The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bed was super cozy! The mattress, pillows, and comforter were all good quality, so I slept really well. The room and bathroom were spacious, and I liked that the room had a balcony. The aircon worked well for a good night’s sleep. There’s also a small gym on second floor, but don’t expect much as this a budget hotel. Breakfast was simple but good, the chicken tocino was especially good for me. Overall, definitely worth it for the price you pay.

Me and my partner, enjoyed the pool and how clean and convenient the location was.. so easy to book a grab to anywhere. The price was justifiable. Although their resto/bar has a breakfast cut off you can still enjoy a nice breakfast in their cafe. The lobby and other parts were was extremely instagramable. Perfect for a short staycation.

We had a good stay at Parkland. The room was comfortable, the air conditioning worked well, and the TV was a nice addition. Having a restaurant on site was also very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay, and we would consider staying here again.

The place is okay for its price. But the comfort room is a bit dirty. Location wose is okay as well. Service is okay-ish but for improvement.

I had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the front desk staff are exceptionally friendly, and the location is excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Half an hour taxi from gensan kcc . Staff happy and helpful, clean comfortable room ,clean stoney beach , pool and spa not clean due to thier holiday season . Food is simply yummy and affordable
