ห้องพักใหม่และสะอาดมาก! ห้องน้ำออกแบบเป็นมุมเฉียงอย่างชาญฉลาด แถมยังมีโต๊ะเพิ่มอีกโต๊ะหนึ่งด้วย อาหารเช้าไม่ค่อยหลากหลายเท่าไหร่ แต่ก็อร่อย มีร้านเบเกอรี่ Rewe อยู่ชั้นล่าง ทำให้การช้อปปิ้งสะดวกยิ่งขึ้น ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม เดินเพียง 15 นาทีถึงย่านเมืองเก่า มีที่จอดรถสะดวก ไม่ต้องใช้กุญแจหรือบัตรห้อง แค่ใช้รหัสก็สะดวกกว่าเยอะ เช้าวันรุ่งขึ้น ประมาณ 8 โมงเช้า ฉันยังไม่ตื่นเลย มีคนผลักประตูเปิดออก น่าจะเป็นแม่บ้านที่กำลังทำความสะอาดห้องอยู่แน่ๆ พอเห็นฉันนอนอยู่บนเตียง เธอก็ปิดประตูแล้วออกไป

No cold water on floor as advertised in room . Didn’t / couldn’t find my booking when I checked in … had to hang around reception for ages for her to sort it out … apparently Trip.com fault for not informing hotel of my booking confirmation :-(

บริการต่ำ ไฟอ่านหนังสือดวงหนึ่งไม่ทำงาน ขั้นตอนเช็คอินใช้เวลานาน ประตูห้องน้ำปิดไม่สนิท จึงไม่เหมาะสำหรับการเข้าพักหลายคน นี่ไม่ใช่ข้อบกพร่อง แต่เป็นการออกแบบให้เป็นเช่นนั้น เนื่องจากเป็นการเพิ่มปัญหาจากเหตุการณ์ต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้น จึงทำให้มีค่าใช้จ่ายสูงมาก โดยรวมแล้วไม่คุ้มค่าเงิน

สินค้าตรงปกเป๊ะ แถมเกินความคาดหมาย ทำได้ดีมากค่ะ ผู้ขายบริการดีเยี่ยม ตอบเร็วและใจเย็นมาก ตอบทุกคำถาม สื่อสารกันได้ราบรื่นสุดๆ โดยรวมแล้วคุ้มค่าคุ้มราคามาก ประสบการณ์ที่ได้รับน่าพึงพอใจมาก ตรงตามความคาดหวังทุกประการ ครั้งหน้าถ้ามีโอกาสจะกลับมาใช้บริการอีกแน่นอนค่ะ แนะนำเลย!

Really nice hotel in a great location close to train station and main high street. Very clean and tidy. We only stayed on B&B basis but the choice and quality of breakfast food and drink was amazing. My only gripe, and it's a small gripe, is that there are no drawers in the room. Plenty of wardrobe space but no drawers so underwear and socks were stored in the safe. If that's not an issue for you then I would highly recommend.

It was a perfect choice for me - location safe and convenient (just a few mins off the highway but a short walk to grab delicious dinner nearby), parking was a must for me so that was great, room was nice, quiet and comfortable. Also liked the fridge in the room. I arrived after reception closed, just had to call the number to check in, my call was answered promptly and in English so that was super helpful :) there were a few other guests but I didn’t hear them in the other rooms. Could check out easily at 6am. I would definitely stay again.

สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมดีมาก แต่คุณสามารถบอกได้เลยว่ายังไม่ได้รับการยอมรับอย่างดีในด้านการบริการ แต่มันก็ไม่ใช่อุปสรรคและทุกการเริ่มต้นก็ยาก ;-) อาหารเช้าดีและเพียงพอ

Fint och rent rum, allt ser ganska nytt ut. Frukost var 10/10 - helt perfekt Den ända nackdelen är parkering som du måste betala extra eller leta efter en ledig plats på nån gata i närheten runt hotellet. Inte så praktiskt tycker jag

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก : ทันสมัยและครบครัน มีครัวและทีวี มีอ่างอาบน้ํา สุขอนามัย: โรงแรมใหม่มากและสุขอนามัยที่ดี สิ่งแวดล้อม: สิ่งแวดล้อมโอเค บริเวณโดยรอบเป็นย่านที่อยู่อาศัย แต่คนน้อย บริการ : ไม่มีคนดูแล เปิดประตูอัตโนมัติ การบริการก็ดีด้วย

ทําเลที่ตั้งดี ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากเพราะอยู่ติดกับสถานีรถไฟกลาง พนักงานที่โต๊ะเป็นกันเอง กลิ่นห้องน้ําเหม็นมากจนอาบน้ําไม่ได้ ฉันคิดว่าระบบระบายอากาศต้องปรับปรุง
