I booked 1 queen bed but was provided with two single beds put together. Anyway, the beds and pillows were very comfy. There was no laundry service. Reception staff was helpful to locate and provided me an address to a nearby self-service laundry shop. A good Bluetooth speaker system was available in the room.
Overall good service provided by front desk, generally clean and decent breakfast spread.
Booked the single room but haven’t slept on a single bed in a while, so needed time to get used to- that’s on me.
My main complaint is the illogical and not adult-friendly layout of the toilet. FYI- I’m a 1.7m average built Asian man. See the super narrow gap to squeeze through to get to the toilet bowl? One definitely needs to have physical contact with the sink or the shower wall to reach the toilet bowl, making it unhygienic and a terrible experience.
Also, right leg has no space beside the toilet bowl and need to be “rubbing” against the shower wall, making the experience a terrible one in an otherwise pleasant stay.
Location very near to airport, however the night reception staff is not friendly, when I'm requested to fill out my details, he prepared the room key card and just throw it at the table counter. This action is very disrespectful. Before we left the checkin counter, he special mention the my room has paid, ofcourse, I book it myself.
ผผู้เข้าพักI felt very anxious and scared. This hotel definitely needs to state on their website that their location changes during the winter. My actual accommodation was at Nature Hotel Walde sruhe, located in the mountains. The original hotel was dark and only the intercom was working, so I was really worried when they asked me to call a taxi to come to another hotel. I was confused and didn't know what to do, but a local woman happened to be passing by and helped me out. Don't get misunderstand, the hotel I stayed at was great, the rooms, the food and the staff were great. When I arrived that hotel by taxi and I said this is so bad experience, they said me No problem. It was probably a better grade than the original hotel. But the problem is not there. The location I booked is different from the actual location, that's the big problem! The visitors who come here in winter are probably mostly people who travel by car. If I had booked this place just to relax and enjoy a holiday, I would have been very happy, but I had a schedule that needed to be on time. I chose a place within walking distance to Oberstdorf Station and the ice rink, and booked it. That was my selection criteria. No matter how nice the hotel is, if it's in the mountains I wouldn't choose it. Luckily, there was no snow for a few days after my arrival, so I made the 40 minute walk to the ice rink in the morning. However, it was dark at night and the road was steep, so I couldn't walk there. My friends were worried and sent me the hotel. On the third day, the slope in front of the hotel was frozen and I slipped and hurt my hand. I had been negotiating with Trip.com for a long time, but I couldn't get in touch with them and they told me I couldn't change the hotel. However, due to an injury to my hand, I was unable to continue and was able to cancel the remaining days of my stay after speaking with the Trip.com representative and the front desk staff over mu phone. I had planned to stay somewhere that was easy to walk to, but the time spent negotiating left me exhausted. You are too careless about people who are not used to steep snowy roads. Please think more about the importance of location. Please be sure to write any changes in hotel location!
