Brilliant hotel for business trips, with clean rooms, wonderfully comfortable beds and great showers. The staff are super polite and welcoming. The hotel carpark is small with space for around 20 cars but there is use of the municiple car park next to it. It is within a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets, restuarants and takeaways. Overall a great stay.

We booked at The Ridings for 1 night 29th August. The location is stunning and very quiet surroundings,  however, we were a little disappointed that the Hotel is under going refurbishment and we were not informed.  Upon entering the hotel there was no carpet on the floors and was just bare but the floors were in bad condition and also the ceiling was taken down exposing all the pipework metal tubing and wires.  It just did not give the luxury feel.  In the room it was clean and tidy but the carpet was straw carpet and did not have a nice feel following a shower.  It took an age to figure out how the lights worked in the room.  There was no telephone and the radio was a transistor radio.  We booked bed and breakfast but when we went to the restaurant we were told that we had not paid and as we were not on their list.  I obviously explained that we did pay and they contacted  reception who told them we had paid.  Unfortunately, we felt a little embarrassed as there were other people behind us.  It was not until we read the leaflet inside the room that told us it was under refurbishment.  I do feel this is something that should be pointed out in the very beginning. Overall, the location is amazing, staff friendly, breakfast was good but the hotel i feel let it down.  After all it was cheap for the night.  

Great location. Room was very clean. However, bathroom toiletories need a good refill, it wiukd be great to have hand loation/ moisturiser in the toilet. Staff was friendly and polite. I wiuld def comeback again.

We had a truly wonderful stay & would like to sincere thanks to the hotel manager - his name is Charlie & the entire team for making our visit so enjoyable. The manager’s professionalism, kindness & attention to detail were exceptional. It was clear that they genuinely care about every guest’s experience, that level of dedication was reflected throughout the hotel. The staff were welcoming, attentive & always ready to help with a smile but just a single receptionist made me unhappy anyway we really enjoyed & extended our stay for few more days. The hotel was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and exceeded my expectations in every way. Many thanks for creating such a memorable stay. I truly appreciate all the hard work & hospitality, I look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommended! Oh the location just 15 min drive to Harry Potters, an hour drive to Windsor Castle many restaurants with delicious food walking distance nearby…

For an overnight stop the hotel suited us just fine and the price suited our budget just fine. Taking the above 'measures' one at a time: Location: this really depends on the purpose of a travellers trip. For us it was ideal, just ia mere 10km south of where we need to be by 09.00 the next morning. Having said that, a description that it is located in a Motorway service area, at the most remote position would have helped. Our arrival was considerably hampered by direction from the A1M, some construction works, poor lighting and road markings around the parking area. It is worth noting that a car parking fee applies. Cleanliness: No complaints on this score. The bathroom arrangements are showing their age, but everything worked just fine. Servie: Check-in was straightforward with a very pleasant receptionist doing his best to make our arrival flawless. Facilities: The lack of hotel parking caught ne off-guard. You need to park in the public parking area of the Service Area. See also my comment on the bathrooms above.

It’s in a SA near Stansted . All the staff working there are very friendly and helpful. The room is sparkling clean and check in and out were very quick and easy.

เราเพิ่งมาพักที่โรงแรมฮันตันพาร์ค สองคืน ห้องพักมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน สะอาด มีเครื่องนอนน่ารัก เราใช้สระว่ายน้ําเล็กไปหน่อยเพราะปาร์ตี้ 20 คนอยู่ที่นั่นเมื่อเราไปถึงเราถูกจํากัดไปยังพื้นที่สระว่ายน้ําสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในการเปลี่ยนนั้นผสม แต่มีห้องแยกต่างหากให้เปลี่ยน อาหารเช้ายุ่งมากระหว่าง8.30 ถึง 9.30 แต่จัดการได้และนําเสนอได้ดีกับพาสต้ายุโรปที่คัดสรรมาอย่างดี อาหารเช้าปรุงสุก ซีเรียล น้ําผลไม้ต่างๆ ชาและโคฟเฟอี้ โรงแรมอาจน่าทึ่งเพราะตั้งอยู่ในสถานที่ที่สวยงามและเป็นอาคารที่น่ารักซึ่งสามารถปรับปรุงด้วยการบํารุงรักษาทุกวันของอาคารและพื้นที่สาธารณะพนักงานมากขึ้นเพื่อให้การบริการที่ดีขึ้นและการอัพเกรดสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเพื่อการพักผ่อน

โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สะดวกมากสําหรับการเดินทางไปและกลับจาก M1 (นั่นเป็นเหตุผลที่ฉันเลือก) เหตุผลเดียวที่ฉันไม่ได้ให้ 5 ดาวสําหรับทําเลที่ตั้งคือถ้าคุณชอบเดินเล่นในหมู่บ้านใกล้เคียงบางทีอาจเป็นอาหารบาร์และเครื่องดื่มแล้วทางเท้าไม่มีอยู่ในสถานที่และคุณต้องระวังในความมืด แต่นั่นไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรมและเนื่องจากโรงแรมแห่งนี้ได้รับการจัดตั้งขึ้นอย่างชัดเจนสําหรับลูกค้าธุรกิจที่เดินทาง ฉันคิดว่าคนส่วนใหญ่จะขับรถเพียงไม่กี่นาทีไปยังบาร์ท้องถิ่น ซึ่งมีชีวิตชีวากว่าบาร์ของโรงแรม นอกจากนั้นทุกอย่างก็เรียบร้อยดี พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือและสุภาพและอาหารเช้าก็อร่อยและอิ่ม และห้องพักก็ดีมากเช่นกัน โดยรวมแล้วโรงแรมนี้ทํางานได้ดีสําหรับฉันในโอกาสนี้ฉันยินดีที่จะแนะนํา
