Great location near shopping and beach. The room was small and tired.  Definitely seen better days. The common facilities were very nice and the staff was wonderful.

This was the best location for Tangiers, right on the door step of the wonderful beach and Mall with just a short taxi ride to the Medina and Old Town. This was ideal for us as we took our mum who is elderly and found it a bonus that everything was quite close. In terms of service, that could be improved as one of the days we got back to our room which had not been cleaned or tidied at all. In terms of facilities, it would have been great if there was a spa in the hotel as we where there for a chillaxed holiday and that would have been the icing on the cake. The staff was friendly and anything we needed they tried their level best to deliver, one staff in particular who did this was Tahar, he was excellent.

Great hotel Great location We asked for shampoo and shower gel as it was empty. This was not topped up. We asked again it was not done. We had to ask again the next day and made sure the housekeeper got it. This is thenonly negative otherwise the hotel is great.

服務：前台入住花了一個多小時，找不到訂單，經理過來不問情況，直接對我發脾氣，讓我走，説我不尊重他們，給錢也不讓住，第一次遇到這種蠻不講理的服務人員。我衹是問了一句，我等了一個小時了，你們要多久能處理好。

Hôtel très bien situé (avec vue sur la marina), propre, très bien entretenu. Le personnel est au petit soin et très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est également de très bonne qualité. Un très grand Merci à M.BERRADA, directeur de l'établissement pour nous avoir offert une chambre supplémentaire car nous avions réservé deux chambres de 2 personnes avec lit d'appoint (pour des ados) mais les chambres étaient trop petites pour accueillir ces couchages. Très bon geste commercial, très apprécié. Je recommande vraiment sans hésité.
