Esperava mais do hotel. Alguns pontos que devem melhorar: Os canais regulares da TV saiam do ar constantemente, a internet oscilava muito, a escadaria é suja e academia tem a sua aparelhagem antiga e quebrada. No restante tem um atendimento regular, o café da manhã é gostoso, porém com poucas opções e a localização é boa. Esse hotel precisa investir na sua estrutura no geral.

We had a nice stay at this property. The location is excellent, there’s a McDonald’s right next door and the beach is only a 5 minute walk away. The breakfast is very good. Smart TV is also very good which has YouTube, as well as Netflix and Amazon Prime already signed in. The room is small but functional, plenty of wardrobe space. The bathroom was okay, although there were lots of small insects in there. Overall for the price it was excellent.

Tudo muito bom: atendimento, localização próxima à praia, acomodação e café de manhã. Recomendo.

The stay was fine—nothing to write home about. But let’s be clear: this is five-star in theory only. Charging guests for coffee in the morning? Bold move. Nothing says “luxury experience” like being nickel-and-dimed for a cup of instant caffeine. Honestly, I’ve stayed at roadside motels with more generous hospitality. Maybe next time they’ll start charging for tap water too—just to keep the five-star illusion alive.

O hotel é bonito, bem localizado, área de lazer da piscina perfeito, cama boa, chuveiro e ar-condicionado funcionando perfeitamente, a limpeza era todos os dias pontuais as vezes eu nem queria mas as meninas tava lá kkk porém era uma coisa básica, só trocava as toalhas e lençol de cama, se tivesse lixo por exemplo embalagem de salgadinho de biscoito para descarte elas não recolhiam, coisas pelo chão roupa bolsas também tênis, não organizavam nada, já frequentei hotéis que as camareiras faziam realmente um serviço completo, e o café da manhã achei simples, por ser um hotel grande a área do café grande, não tinha muitas variedades, faltou inovar a cada dia nas refeições, era sempre as mesmas coisas.

O hotel fica em frente à praia de boa viagem , em uma ótima localização , perto de mercadinho , de lanches e do shopping. O café da manhã é bem variado , o quarto amplo e confortável . O sinal do Wi-Fi ficava instável e/fraco , mas fora isso , tudo muito bom. A piscina fica com vista para o mar. Super recomendo.

The location is good. We could.walk to the beach of Boa Viagem, but we are also on walking distance of a large shopping center a lot of restaurants. Most impressive is the service. The staff goes above and beyond to assist you with all kinds of personal issues.

O preço da alimentação e bebidas poderiam ser mais em conta. Uma long neck Heineken por R$17,60 e uma água de côco por R$12 eu acho demais.
