โรงแรมที่อยู่ตรงทางเข้าเมืองเก่าอยู่ในทำเลที่ดีเยี่ยมและสามารถเดินไปถึงจุดชมวิวได้เมื่อเข้าไปในห้องจะได้ยินเสียงร้อง ”ว้าว” ทันที ทุกคนตกใจกับทิวทัศน์! ควิเบกเก่า อาคารรัฐสภา ถนนในเมือง แม่น้ำในระยะไกล และควันสีขาวที่ลอยขึ้นมาจากหลังคา ล้วนอยู่ตรงหน้าหน้าต่าง ทำให้มองเห็นได้ชัดเจน! นี่มันภูมิประเทศมหัศจรรย์อะไรเช่นนี้? - ความสุขเกิดขึ้นกะทันหันขนาดนั้นเลยเหรอ? - อย่าพลาดสระน้ำอุ่นกลางแจ้งบนหลังคาโรงแรม โดยเฉพาะในฤดูหนาวที่มีอุณหภูมิติดลบ 22 องศาเซลเซียส สระน้ำอุ่นท่ามกลางหิมะตกหนักจะให้ความรู้สึกเหมือนน้ำพุร้อนบนภูเขาจะดีมาก!

ห้องฉนวนไม่ดีมาก ฉันไม่ได้นอนทั้งคืนเพราะได้ยินเสียงคนในห้องนอนชั้นบนคุยกันทั้งคืน เสียงฝีเท้าบนพื้น ของหล่นลงพื้น และอื่นๆ ในตอนเช้าที่ทางเดินก็ได้ยินเสียงดังมาก เตียงและหมอนนอนไม่สบาย มีผมอยู่บนเตียงของฉันบนผ้าปูที่นอนเมื่อฉันมาถึง

แน่นอนว่ามันเป็นโรงแรมเก่าที่ไม่สมควรได้รับคะแนนเต็ม แต่เป็นสถานที่ที่ดีและสมเหตุสมผลพร้อมพื้นฐานของโรงแรมที่มีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน แม้ว่าอาคารจะเก่า แต่แผนกต้อนรับก็ทำงานได้อย่างถูกต้องและการทำความสะอาดและการรักษาความปลอดภัยก็ดีเช่นกัน ที่พักราคาแบบนี้บอกได้คำเดียวว่าพอใจครับ การเดินทางก็สะดวกเพราะอยู่ไม่ไกลจากสถานีด้วยรถประจำทาง ถ้าฉันไปเที่ยวมอนทรีออลอีกครั้ง ฉันจะพิจารณามาพักอีกแน่นอน

We booked two rooms at this hotel and overall had a pleasant stay. While finding the parking area was initially a bit challenging - we accidentally ended up on the highway adding an extra 15 minutes to our trip and we ultimately opted for valet parking instead. Although the location is a bit farther from the major tourist attractions, we found the setting peaceful, and one of our rooms had a lovely view. The rooms felt new, clean, and comfortable, making our two-day stay enjoyable.

I like the place, always stay there when I am in Montreal Everything went well.

Excellent hotel, reasonable prices, the room is squeaky clean, friendly hotel staff and very accommodating. I noticed only 1 minor thing, you have to pay for the parking spot per night. Generally it was a great stay. Will recommend and stay again soon.

Had to pay parking for 12$ even I checked in in midnight, also parking is hard. I explicitly ask Customer service to offer me free parking but they won't do. Holiday inn did that on the other day. I feel this place has no competitive rate though.

버스 터미널 이용할 거라 근처로 잡았어요! 공항 버스 타면 종점이 터미널이라 오기는 편합니다 ㅎㅎ 근데 밤에는 이쪽 길이 좀 으슥해요ㅠ 구조가 좀 이상해서 1층 2층보다는 1.5층, 2층, 2.5층 이런식으로 구성되어 있고 엘레베이터 타도 계단 이용해야 해서 큰짐이 있으면 조금 불편합니다ㅠ 그것 제외하고는 저렴하고 시내 이동시 용이하고 방 넓고 깨끗한 편이라 괜찮았어요! 나름 가성비 호텔 조식은 별 거 없어요.. 빵, 커피, 우유 정도.. ㅎㅎ 참, 방에 냉장고가 없어서 필요하면 조식 끝나면 여기 있는 작은 냉장고에 넣어둘 수 있습니다

We had the worst nightmare. We stayed from 30/5-2/6 then we checked out on 2/6 to Quebec and returned on 3/6. Obviously, the purpose of staying back at the same hotel was because we had a leave our luggage for a night. We did inform the staff and they were aware and no one told us we are not allowed to leave luggage’s overnight. So when we came back on 3/6 , the manager screamed over the phone and ask us to get out! I told him the staff did not tell us that we can’t. If we had known we won’t stay at the same hotel right? He could have inform us politely, anyway we already left the luggage so why the need to shout? Is that the way a manager treats the guests? Ridiculous. Actually we did had a pleasant stay. The staff at front desk was helpful, the food is great for breakfast, no complain. Nice decoration and quite clean but the manager really cannot make it.

Whilst the rooms are of a good size and the beds comfortable, the rooms need a lot of updating. The blinds did not fit the windows properly therefore letting in a lot of light at night, the safe did not work, the iron board leg had snapped leaving a sharp burr at one end and the toilet was not fixed properly to the wall. And because there are staff strikes ongoing, reception is regularly left unattended.  In the plus side, the restaurant in the lobby (which is not run by the hotel) is very good!
