I had a truly wonderful experience during my stay at Scandic Holmekollen. The hotel boasts a relaxing ambiance and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding area. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to assist with a warm smile. The combination of the serene atmosphere and the helpfulness of the staff made my stay truly enjoyable. 設施：古老的酒店，位置在奧斯陸市中心，步行到市政廳，遊船碼頭，幾分鐘。早餐特別豐盛，三文魚，各種培根，香腸，堅果，還有馬卡龍。馬卡龍在超市賣，65挪威克朗三個，相當於45人民幣三個，一個15元。在這個酒店隨便吃。 衞生：特別乾淨，雪白的床品，毛巾浴巾。 環境：奧斯陸市中心 服務：很棒，很熱情，專業。我們到的早，不能入住，就寄存了行李。晚上剛到前台辦入住手續，還沒説要取行李，寄存的行李就被服務員直接送到我手邊。這得多精心觀察客人啊。完美

เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีเยี่ยม สระว่ายน้ำใหญ่ บาร์มีวิวเมืองที่สวยงาม และห้องออกกำลังกายก็ใหญ่เช่นกัน น่าเสียดายที่มีลู่วิ่งเพียงเครื่องเดียวที่ทำงานได้ 4 เครื่อง แต่ก็ยังมีความเป็นไปได้อื่นๆ อีกมากมายที่จะรักษาความฟิตได้

ทิวทัศน์น่าทึ่งมาก! นอกจากนี้ยังสะดวกสบายมากในการทำงานล่วงเวลาในเลานจ์ส่วนกลางในเวลากลางคืน ห้องเล็กมากและไม่มีลิฟท์และเป็นโรงแรมเก่าแก่มากอุ่นกว่าและมีสระว่ายน้ำ แนะนำให้ขับรถไปที่นั่นเพื่อความสะดวก

Mostly great, especially the concierge was very helpful, good food and nice look. Location is best part right in heart of so much stuff. A few miscues among rest of staff were odd for nice hotel.

Hôtel est très bien placé entouré de forêt  Petit dernier au top Par contre de la vaisselle de room service est restée entreposée toute la journée à notre étage dégageant une forte odeur. C’est vraiment dommage pour un hôtel de 5 étoiles. Sinon séjour très apaisant.

Decor is excellent and the theme of the rooms is cohesive and smart. Excellent gym but pool was an additional cost, unless you have a suite. This was a disappointment and gives the place a cheap feeling.  There were lots of additional events being held at the hotel which gave the place a noisy and overly busy feel. Often large groups of party goers waiting for lifts at night. Corridors are also quite busy and noisy. There is a feel that hotel guests are a necessary afterthought when these events are held. Staff ranged from very nice to indifferent and sometimes even disdainful.  Overall I wouldn’t describe this hotel as peaceful or a place that makes you feel at ease.
