Overall, our stay was good. The room was clean, comfortable, and the amenities were satisfactory. The location was convenient, and we enjoyed our time here. However, the internet connection was very poor and unreliable throughout our stay, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, we could hear staff talking near the stairs close to our room early in the morning, and it woke me up. With better internet service and improved noise control, this place would be much better.

The hotel and the staff were wonderful. The staff saw to your ever need, they constantly greeted you with a smile and a kins word. The breakfast service was the most disappointing aspect of the hotel. The meal choices were so odd. We stayed for two 3 day stints (a total of six days), the breakfast was some sort of soup, either a sunny side up egg or a hard boiled egg; steamed rice; then what seemed like leftovers from dinner the night before - one morning it was chop suey (vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower; and carrots); another morning it was sardines, fish on cabbage; the only item that i would consider a breakfast food was their beef chorizo (but the beef chorizo was not tasty or seemingly fully cooked). I was surprised that there were no Filipino breakfast staples - tocino, longanisa, or even spam. I would say the breakfast menu needs to be reviewed.

Очень понравилось это место! Персонал невероятно дружелюбный и всегда готов помочь в любой ситуации — отдельное спасибо за отзывчивость и тёплое отношение. Завтраки были очень вкусные, а еда в столовой — недорогая и качественная, поэтому почти всегда питались именно там. Также удобно, что всё находится рядом. Из минусов — на всей территории отеля не работал Wi-Fi, поэтому приходилось пользоваться своими сим-картами. В остальном отдых оставил только приятные впечатления)) спасибо

The staff at the hotel were very accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable environment. Our first room had issues with the AC, but the staff promptly addressed the problem by moving us to another room, which we appreciated. The location, however, is not very convenient as it is a bit far from the city center. Dining options nearby are limited, with no decent restaurants within walking distance. On the positive side, motorbike and car rentals are available, and the companies will deliver the vehicles directly to the hotel. The staff also assist in contacting these rental providers.

I travelled with my husband and our toddler. The room is spacious enough for a family of 3. The hotel staff was kind enough to allow early check-in since we arrived at Ozamis City earlier than expected and are just expecting to stay for the night to catch an early flight the following day. I could say this hotel is good for budget travelers and perfect if you want to stroll around the city, there are also many food choices in the surrounding blocks. The room's cleanliness is not superb, though we already managed our expectations since it is a budget hotel. It's just 10mins away from Ozamis airport by the way. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. 🥰
