I had a great stay in this hotel. The only concern I had was the shower bec it’s kinda low on pressure. Hindi maganda ang distribution ng tubig so you end up using the faucet underneath it instead. Staff was very accommodating and facilities looks clean too. Thank you!
Good value for the price. Room faced SouthWest so got quite warm in the afternoon. Breakfast that was included is decent but not outstanding. Good location if you are planning to use public transportation since IT Park is a hub.
We just checked out, and our stay was truly wonderful! The staff were very friendly and accommodating from the moment we arrived until we left. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — exactly as shown in the photos. We also loved how peaceful the place was, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast was delicious!
Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 💖
Good service and the help desk is very helpful. Hostel is very near to the tourist spot such Fort San Pedro, National Museum of Philippines, Yap San Diego Ancesthral House, Heritage of Cebu and so on. Very stratergic location for travellers.
The room was basic but suited the price. There was no toilet seat and the water pressure was not consistent. The bed was a wooden box that made a really loud noise with every movement and on top was quite a thin memory foam mattress. The whole room was fine except the noise. Everything in the hallway could be hear as if it was right down your ear. The door cancelled out no noise and the hallway almost amplified everything. I do not know if it was guests or staff but we were woken u at 1am, 2am and 5am and the noise carried on until 8am when we left. The noise was totally unnecessary also, just loud footsteps, coughing, full volume speech, letting doors slam, just inconsiderate. Like I mentioned, the real issue is that you could hear all this as if it was right down your ear because of the door. Bring some earphones or cross your fingers and you'll be fine. Huge supermarket 1 minute away, good location for the South bus terminal, the room had a few marks but clean enough for the price.
SSharonCaillesThere is one staff that disappointed us. She gave us wrong room because i booked mountain view then what we got is a wall, she said the mountain is behind that wall, omg, how come?..but later on she called again and transferred us to another room with mountain view, ok fine. But what dissapoints us more is when she called again and said, that they will get the set of cups from our new room for the reason that we already used the cups on the first room that she gave us, and that makes me mad, is that a big thing? Because of that we never use their cups, instead we buy our own. When we confront her, she’s not apologetic but instead answering us stupidly. Another thing is their flat iron is for rent, 200 pesos every 1 hour of using it. We have many travels abroad and have checked in several hotels, Ist time in history that I encountered a hotel like that only in Cebu
ZzetaThe location is good because its near the terminal and you can find different restaurants near by, even a grocery store is just outside the hotel so its really convenient. The room is also clean and spacious. We book a studio type room so there’s a mini kitchen and a washing machine (but there is an extra charge if you want to use the washing). We dont have much picture inside the room but I included a picture outside the hotel and the view outside the balcony.
EElizaveta VThe hotel is located in a peaceful isolated place near the nice beach where you can get only if you stay in one of two hotel there or if you buy a ticket. The road goes through the woods so it is very quiet. You can grab a kayak at the hotel and explore the nearby empty beaches or do some snorkeling just in front of the hotel. The beach is located 3 min away, and there is a small rock with some places for jumping into the water, but the local officer said it is forbidden to swim and jump there.
There is a restaurant at the hotel, but it is quite pricey, the nearest place to eat is only bike or tricycle reachable. The luxe room is awesome, a lot of space and light, truly loved the big windows. Definitely recommend if you love quiet places and can drive a bike or a car.
ผผู้เข้าพักI like the ambiance of the lobby but the only problem is the door, the lock is not working. it’s not safe to leave the important belongings because the key card is useless. Thank you
ผผู้เข้าพักThe reception was already unfriendly. The bungalow was relatively poorly equipped, the remote control for the air conditioning was faulty, low water pressure in the shower, no pool towels, no toiletries apart from a microscopic bar of soap. The view of the countryside was beautiful, but we had already enjoyed it extensively on our three-hour drive from Dalaguete. The grilled fish was killed twice, once by the fisherman's hand and once by its stay in the freezer for several months. The vegetable soup tasted of nothing, actually, just like the fish, inedible. We were not asked for drinks and the water, which we were allowed to fetch ourselves from a dispenser, was a good 30° warm. There were no other guests, the musicless dinner, bathed in the glaring light of the CCTV, gave the impression of a graveyard - completely desolate. We were charged 1200 pesos for this outrage. The impression of poor gastronomic service continued seamlessly at breakfast and culminated in the impertinence of wanting to charge 50 pesos for a second cup of coffee. We had booked for three nights and paid 21.1 Kpesos. I've never had worse value for money in seven months in the Philippines! After the first night, we packed our bags and left the resort. I will refrain from praising the beautiful pool or the great view due to the miserable overall performance. No recommendation.
