EXCELLENT AFFORDABLE ACCOMMODATION. My mother checked in a couple of days just before Christmas as she had to undergo an important medical check up at the Cebu Doctors Hospital which is just a two-minute walking distance away. This hotel is the newest addition to hospitality facilities within the Capitol Site area. Although dubbed “mini” in size, the room is visibly spacious for double occupancy, provided with very clean private toilet with hot and cold bath, open type clothes cabinet with shelves for things, and a built-in safety deposit box. Their dining area, which is accessible by stairs or by elevator at the second floor, serves free breakfast, affordable combo meals, and free drinking water to fill the pitcher in the hotel room. The dining hall also has a billiards table and entertainment area. Being located in the heart of the bustling City of Cebu, a traveller can transact business with nearby Government offices, stroll and score one’s favorites at popular shopping malls of Ayala, SM, and Robinsons, dine at restaurants just beside the hotel, and explore notable tourist spots within and beyond the city. For those traveling with vehicles, there is also a huge and secured parking area located just obliquely across the hotel. Highly recommended for family, workers, students, and business travelers alike who value excellent affordable accommodation.

The location was good.. Near to IT Park and Ayala Mall. 7/11 is at the ground floor. Many restaurants and cafés nearby you won't get hungry. Room size is actually big and spacious for 1 person And clean . The food was good though it was limited to 3 dishes. However, 1. I stayed for 2nights and nobody cleaned up my room even though I put the sign outside the door. There was a cleaner I met at the ground floor though. 2. The bathroom hot shower is not functioning so i have to deal with the cold water in the cold room 3. The water is stocked on the floor after bath and it won't completely subside even the next days. 4. The blanket is too thin . I recommend to bring your own blanket next time 5. The aircon looks old and dirty and it was soooo noisy. 6. My room is near the elevator and 100% you'll hear the indian students/residents shouting and playing before and after riding the elevator. 7. The wifi is toooo slow and the room has limited mobile signal too. Good thing I still managed to finish my online class even though the signal was on and off. Anyways, it was a good experience to stay in a budget hotel.

เจ้านายเป็นกันเองมากและทำเลที่ตั้งสะดวกมาก ใช้เวลาเดินเพียง 2 นาทีถึงร้านนวด โดยเลี้ยวขวาใน 711 ข้างร้านนวดก็มีร้านซักรีด ฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมคุณสามารถเช่าสกู๊ตเตอร์ได้ในราคา 500 เปโซต่อวัน โดยรวมแล้วเป็นสถานที่ที่ฉันอยากจะไปพักอีกครั้ง

It's a good hotel for the accessibility sa malls . The room has enough space for 2 people only. The hot and cold shower was functioning however the tv is not working. It can't connect to any channel. Maayos din naman ang aircon but then after a few moments (around 10 mins) after turning on the aircon there was water dropping from the ceiling. We have to move the bed para di mabasa. After moving the bed, di nalinisan ang ilalim ng kama. If you plan to stay, buy your own water for drinking. Di sya provided. It was a good stay all in all. Maybe I'll try to book again here.

Wonderful Stay — Peaceful, Clean, and Budget-Friendly! I stayed here for 7 nights and had a very satisfying experience. The place is quiet and peaceful, which makes it perfect for rest and relaxation. You also have a good sense of privacy during your stay. The hotel is budget-friendly but still very clean and comfortable. The food was very good and staff are all accommodating and friendly, especially Sir Bobby in the kitchen, he’s very kind and always helpful. The housekeeping team also did a great job keeping my room neat and tidy every day. Overall, I’m very happy with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable, clean, and peaceful place to stay.
