The Hotel is super good .. Everything are amazing.. But we face a scamming that we opened our safe to arrange some documents and cash then the housekeeping team arrived to cleanup … So i let them enter the room for cleaning but I didn’t close the safe since we are in the room in that time. The safe located inside the closet the one you can walk in .. After they finished the cleaning We find 200 USD from our cash in the safe .. The cleaning team put the new laundry bag right on the top of the safe (in that time it was open) and now body noticed us that the safe is open …!!! I submitted a complaint to the front office of the hotel …!!! And i I described the cleaning staff to them exactly, and who was the person who entered the wardrobe containing the safe...!!! They said they would investigate the incident, and after two days they contacted me again saying they had questioned the cleaning staff, who denied taking anything from our safe...!!! And of course, we didn't find anything... which is obvious because no one would confess in this way without being pressured. And here's the question: why didn't the cleaning staff warn us that the safe was open when they went in to put the new laundry bag on top of it?

We have stayed here multiple times and continue to return because of its affordable pricing, convenient location, and consistently clean rooms. The apartment offers good value for money, especially for travelers or families looking for a comfortable place to stay without spending too much. Overall, our experiences here have been positive, and the cleanliness standards have been reliable during our stays. This was my 6th nights stay with separate subsequent bookings due to unknown situation of our mum's conditions who was in nearby hospital. Everything of this hotel was good and convenient, especially the staffs. Not using the other facilities in the hotel at all apart from sleeping and breakfast.

Had a very pleasant stay overall. The concierge team truly stood out—they were professional, attentive, and always ready to assist, making the entire experience smooth from arrival to departure. The lobby is beautifully presented with a welcoming ambience, creating a great first impression. Breakfast offers a wide and varied selection, which is commendable, though there is still some room to further enhance the taste. The bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night’s rest, and the property is well maintained throughout, reflecting good upkeep and attention to detail.

It is a good hotel but needs to maintain its facilities. Food was good too. It says new normal but they are stuck at covid still with the barriers at the reception. Posters about covid are everywhere.

Nice resort with friendly service except that it does not have any fridge in room and AC but honestly not a big issue. Thank you to the hospitality of the staff at Mikie. Miss Emma and team. Front service, Ricky could be more polite when check in guest and also answering question before saying NO and not bothered attitude. Overall we had a pleasant stay.
