สะดวกมากสามารถเดินจากสถานีเมดานได้ ฉันพักค้างคืนโดยไม่มีอาหาร เลยไม่รู้เรื่องอาหาร เมื่อเช็คอินจะต้องวางเงินมัดจำ Rp.300,000 แต่เราจะส่งใบเสร็จให้คุณ จุดที่พอใจ -ห้องมีขนาดใหญ่และสว่างด้วยหน้าต่างบานใหญ่ มันสะอาดและสะดวกสบาย ・แรงดันน้ำในห้องน้ำแรงและคุณสามารถใช้น้ำร้อนปริมาณมากได้ ・การไหลเวียนของอากาศของเครื่องเป่ามีกำลังแรง ถือเป็นระดับที่น่าประทับใจสำหรับเครื่องเป่าผมของโรงแรม ประเด็นที่น่ากังวล ・ไม่มีครีมนวดผม ดังนั้นหากคุณต้องการโปรดเตรียมมาเอง ・มีไนต์คลับชั้นบนไหม? ฉันคิดว่ามันคงจะเสียงดังถ้าคุณพักชั้นบนเพราะมีดนตรีสดตอนกลางคืน (ผมพักชั้น 6 โดยหวังว่าจะได้ห้องที่เงียบสงบแต่ยังได้ยินเสียงเบาๆ อยู่ครับ) ・ฉันต้องรอสักครู่ขณะเช็คอิน

Very beautiful hotel with very good location. Staff were friendly , just charged me 50k IR for losing my access card.  All in all, it is a beautiful hotel and I recommend it.

We are happy!!!!! The staff so kind and soft spoken.. we love the view… Masha Allah.. so beautifull.. event we stay at standard room, we also can get the beatiful view of Danau Toba.. the breakfast was delicious.. this is the first time im going to Indonesia and i can eat all the food.. excellent.. i also like the tour package for free…keep it up..next time if i going to danau toba again, i will stay at waterfall inside Taman Simalem Resort..in Shaa Allah

Wonderful stay – peaceful and comfortable We had a very pleasant stay at Emerald Garden Stay. The place is clean, spacious, and very well maintained. The environment is quiet and relaxing, perfect for resting after a long day. The room was comfortable, with good air-conditioning and strong Wi-Fi. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication very smooth. Location is convenient, with easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. Overall, a great experience and good value for money. I would definitely recommend Emerald Garden Stay to friends and family, and would be happy to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm and friendly attitude. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, which was appreciated after a long journey. My room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to rest after a busy day exploring Medan. I especially liked how well the room was maintained and the comfortable bed, which helped me get a good night's sleep every night. One thing that stood out during my stay was the hospitality of the hotel team. Whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they were always helpful and polite. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good selection of local and international dishes to start the day. The hotel's location was convenient for getting around the city, and overall it offered excellent value for the price. While no hotel is perfect, the combination of friendly service, cleanliness, and comfort made my stay memorable. Thank you to everyone at Grand Sakura Hotel Medan for making my visit enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medan.

เราพักที่เมดานแบบเป็นทางการและเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะมีข้อเสนอดีๆ เกิดขึ้น เราได้รับบริการระดับ 5 ดาวในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผลมาก เป็นโรงแรมที่บริหารงานโดยครอบครัว มีงานอีเวนต์ต่างๆ จัดขึ้นอย่างต่อเนื่อง หรืออย่างน้อยนั่นก็คือประสบการณ์ของเราในช่วงที่เราพัก มันไม่ใช่โรงแรมแบบที่เรามองหา แต่การได้รับการเอาใจใส่เป็นบางครั้งบางคราวก็เป็นสิ่งจำเป็น ฝนตกหนักทั้งสองวันที่เราพัก ดังนั้นบุฟเฟต์ ทำเลที่ตั้งใกล้กับศูนย์การค้า และการเดินทางที่สะดวกสบายจึงสะดวกสบายมาก นี่คือวิวทิวทัศน์อันน่าทึ่งจากห้องพักที่เราได้ดื่มด่ำกับสายฝน อากาศดี แห้ง และอบอุ่น

บริการดีมากค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับ คุณแอน บัง จูเลียส อธิบายและให้บริการดีมากค่ะ รปภ. ก็ดีด้วย บังเอิญว่าได้อัพเกรดจากห้อง Superior เป็น Junior Sweet โดยไม่ต้องเสียเงินเพิ่ม ห้องและโรงแรมทั้งหลังสะอาดและหอมมากค่ะ ดีมากค่ะ คราวหน้าจะมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกค่ะ

ครั้งแรกที่พักที่นี่ ชอบทำเลที่ตั้ง ใกล้กับซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตและร้านอาหารเบอราสตากี ระบบรักษาความปลอดภัยยอดเยี่ยม ชอบแท็กซี่บลูเบิร์ดที่รอรับอยู่ พนักงานต้อนรับเป็นมืออาชีพมาก แม่บ้านทำความสะอาดดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี มีสิ่งที่ต้องปรับปรุงในการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาสถานที่ สิ่งเดียวที่ทำให้ผิดหวังระหว่างการเข้าพักคือร้านอาหาร... บริการไม่เทียบเท่าแบรนด์ดัง เลือกอาหารเช้าก่อนรุ่งสาง/ซาฮูร์... ผิดหวังมากในเรื่องตัวเลือก ปริมาณ และคุณภาพ เติมเงินช้ามาก... ตรงจุดขายไข่... ต้องให้พนักงานไปอบรม

ห้องพักสวย ห้องน้ำสะอาด ให้ไปเลย 10/10 เลย ห้องสูบบุหรี่อยู่บนพื้น 6 ห้องไม่สูบบุหรี่ 3. สำหรับอาหารเช้า B. ไม่มีอะไรพิเศษจริงๆ จริงๆ แล้วสินค้าหลายรายการหมดสต๊อกแล้ว เหมือนขนมปังสำหรับอบ

It's our 3rd stays in 2026 😀😀. Every staff in the hotel is excellent. This time we choosed to stay at Rm 1615, unfortunately it was too warm weather on the day and air conditioning couldn't make it to level as we need, so we asked to replace another room for the next 2 nights, then all were very good as usual. Breakfast was still very good and with variety of choice. Of course, I just ate what I choose. No more taking a lot of images, all images were already in my past review😀😀
