I recently stayed at this hotel and had a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. From the moment I checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. They were attentive, professional, and always willing to help with even the smallest requests. It really set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful amenities that made the experience both comfortable and relaxing. The bed was soft yet supportive, the linens felt fresh, and the overall setup of the room made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, ensuring everything was spotless and perfectly organized. The location of the hotel was also very convenient, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and local attractions. Whether I needed a quick bite or wanted to explore the area, everything was within walking distance or a short ride away. Another highlight was the breakfast. The selection was impressive—fresh fruits, pastries, hot dishes, and great coffee. It was the perfect way to start the morning. The dining staff were friendly and kept everything well-stocked and tidy, even during busy hours. Throughout my stay, everything felt smooth and effortless. The hotel’s atmosphere was peaceful, the interior was aesthetically pleasing, and all the facilities were well taken care of. It’s clear that the management and staff take great pride in maintaining a high standard of service and cleanliness. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, this hotel offers an excellent balance of comfort, convenience, and exceptional hospitality. All that I was okay the shower was had a leak so the shower stayed wet whatever like some hot water too but you know most mostly important I was just a good stay

Very interesting hotel with history. Visited every floor to check out background of the hotel. It was like a museum. Good 5 min walk to Mortgage event ctr. Resturants & pubs around. No parking facility for hotel but parked bout 5 min from place on W. Monroe where you can go in and out. Some parking facilities you can't go in and out for one price. Yes I would stay their again as the staff was very friendly & easy to talk to.

โรงแรมใหม่มาก เตียงนอนสบายมาก อ่างอาบน้ำในห้องน้ำก็ใหญ่มาก ห้องใหญ่ ไฟสว่างสบายมาก ทำเลอยู่ใจกลางเมือง ที่จอดรถไม่ฟรี ประมาณ 20 มีดค้างคืน อาหารเช้าคือสตาร์บัค ความร่วมมือและร้านอาหารแบบบิสโทร ไม่ใช่อาหารเย็นที่เหมาะสม แต่ควรรับประทานอาหารเช้าแบบเบาๆ คุ้มค่าเงิน!

มาเที่ยวและเยี่ยมชม Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend และ Lake Powell โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ห่างจากสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ เพียง 10 นาทีโดยรถยนต์ มีลานกว้างใกล้ๆ มีอาหารอร่อยๆ มากมาย ห้องพักก็โอเค สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและอุปกรณ์ทันสมัยและเป็นไปตามสิ่งที่คุณคาดหวังจากโรงแรมฮอลิเดย์อินน์ มีนักท่องเที่ยวชาวจีนจำนวนมากเข้าพักในโรงแรม และพนักงานต้อนรับก็เป็นมิตรมาก แต่ก็มีข้อบกพร่องอยู่สองประการ: 1) ไม่มีอาหารเช้าที่กินได้มากนัก 2) ม่านบังแดดไม่สามารถปิดได้ รางม่านจะยื่นออกมาถึงหน้าต่างเท่านั้น และดึงขึ้นได้เต็มที่เฉพาะม่านโปร่งเท่านั้น และประสิทธิภาพในการป้องกันแสงก็อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยรวมแล้วก็โอเค ไม่มีปัญหาในการพักสักหนึ่งหรือสองคืน

สิ่งที่สวยงามที่สุดคืออาหารเช้า เราเปรียบเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นๆ ที่เราเคยพักมาก่อน ที่นั่นมีแค่ซีเรียล แต่ที่โรงแรมนี้มีไข่ต้ม มัฟฟิน วาฟเฟิล โยเกิร์ต ข้าวโอ๊ต ครีมชีส ซีเรียล... ทำเลที่ตั้งค่อนข้างไกลจากสนามบิน เพราะเราไม่มีรถ ถ้ามีรถก็โอเค สุดท้ายคือเรื่องความสะอาด ฉันผิดหวังเพราะเห็นวิวสวยงาม ผ้าปูที่นอนและหมอนสกปรกมาก
