9月の半端なく暑い時期フェニックスでしたが、冷房も効いていて問題なく過ごせました。口コミで廊下等の冷房が効いていなくて暑いというのを見たので心配でしたが、普通に効いていて暑いと感じる事はありませんでした。部屋も綺麗で良かったです。 空港から電車で1駅ですし、無料送迎バスもありますのでアクセスはとてもいいと思います。 今回は利用しませんでしたが、送迎バスの担当の方もいつでも言ってね〜ととてもフレンドリーな方で良かったです。空港に近い割に騒音もなく、快適な滞在でした。

Amazing Stay! Housekeeper Jacob is super nice. Clean room and fair enough breakfast included. Good coffee. Highly recommended if you’re gonna stay in this neighborhood in Phoenix.

โรงแรมใหม่เอี่ยมที่ยอดเยี่ยมศิลปะและทําเลที่สมบูรณ์แบบ! ร้านอาหารเช้าและบาร์น่าสนใจจริงๆและมีตัวเลือกมากมาย ห้องของฉันอยู่ที่ชั้น 6 และมันก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกัน!

I had a fantastic experience staying at the Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Phoenix Downtown. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The location is unbeatable, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and public transport—perfect for exploring the city. The room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night's sleep. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the USB charging ports and the coffee maker in the room.

overall clean and in a good location. staff was friendly and very overall a good experience. only lacking part was that we only received 3 towels even though there was 4 of us in the reservation.

อย่างอื่นโอเค อย่าพูดถึงที่จอดรถในโรงแรม! valet42 ที่จอดรถอยู่ชั้นล่าง สวนสาธารณะด้วยตนเองอยู่นอกอาคารสํานักงานของคนอื่น ๆ ชัดเจนว่าพวกเขาคิดค่าบริการเพียง 20 วันเท่านั้น โรงแรมต้องเรียกเก็บเงิน 32😓😓😓🤬🤬🤬 ไม่สามารถเข้าใจวิธีการจ่ายค่าธรรมเนียมเพิ่มเติมส่วนตัวนี้...
