Beautiful newly opened hotel with very nice staff providing excellent service! We stayed at the Moon Boutique Hotel for one night while visiting Cat Ba island. The hotel is very well located on the town's main street and all sights on the island are easily accessible from this point. The room was large, stylishly decorated and had a very comfortable bed. Our favorite part of the hotel however was the staff! They went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and have a nice time on the island! They provided us great information about activities, prepared excellent welcome drinks and breakfast and always had a smile on their face. It was also very nice to see how well they worked as a team! Definitely the best hotel on Cat Ba!

Great experience staying here! Came with my parents and I and we really enjoyed our stay! This was by far the best value for our money hotel that we do that in Vietnam over the course of three weeks. Check-in fast. The apartment is large. An entire room with division of the sleeping area with glass door and curtain. Quiet apartment. There are 2 double beds. With a slightly too firm mattress. The living area is excellent for eating a meal for 2 or 3 people. The kitchen area is equipped to eat for 2 people. With microwave and large refrigerator. There are also pans and a pot, but they are useless because there are no stoves for cooking. A few hundred meters away there is a shopping center. And many shops within walking distance. Excellent apartment with very affordable price.

Conveniently located, we picked this hotel to do a one day boat trip to Alan Ha bay and a day in the National parc. Mattress was comfortable, room was clean and breakfast was good. The whole street was under big construction so it was noisy and dusty. Better to double check with the hotel to make sure roadwork is complete. Suggestion : 1. change body wash and shampoo as the one provided in our room smell bad, 2. Partner with a better motorbike rental company : we rent 2 different scooters through the hotel, both were in poor condition (damaged tyres, poor brake, empty tank, engine failure, smelly helmet)

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Nicely decorated room and very comfortable and funcional. The location is not great, it is bit far from the center and even more from the beaches. Staff is nice and helpful. The breakfast has some options but the quality is not the best. There is a rooftop bar and restaurant but it is not clear what are the open hours. We tried to get there in the afternoon and nobody was there.

Очень колоритный отель, выглядит как произведение искусства! Мы оставались всего на пару ночей, но даже пожалели об этом. Чисто, аккуратно, убирались каждый день. Завтрак с не очень большим выбором, но вкусный и можно найти что-то, чтобы не голодать. Бар наверху с небольшим выбором, но даже если коктейля нет в карте, то можно заказать микс на свой вкус 👌 Еду в кафе попробовали совсем немного, но то что приготовили - было супер 🔥 Бассейн был очень уж холодным, но чистый и не перехлорированный.
