The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! เราประทับใจกับโรงแรม ห้องพัก และการบริการมาก! ห้องพักมีเตียงขนาดใหญ่ ห้องน้ำดี บริการทำความสะอาดดี มีผ้าเช็ดตัวสำหรับใช้บนชายหาดให้ อาหารเช้าดีและมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย (แพนเค้ก เบคอน ไข่ ผัดหมี่กับข้าว เฝอ ผลไม้และน้ำผลไม้ ฯลฯ) บริการเสริมก็มีประโยชน์มากเช่นกัน เราใช้บริการซักรีด (กิโลละ 40,000 บาท) จองสกู๊ตเตอร์ (วันละ 100,000 บาท) จองล่องเรือชมอ่าว และจองรถบัสกลับฮานอยที่แผนกต้อนรับโดยตรงโดยไม่มีปัญหาใดๆ ผู้จัดการแผนกต้อนรับพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก เขาให้เครื่องดื่มเย็นๆ เมื่อเรามาถึงและแนะนำสถานที่โดยรอบให้เราฟังสั้นๆ เรายังได้รับน้ำและน้ำผลไม้เพิ่มเมื่อเรารอที่ล็อบบี้ ขอบคุณ! พนักงานคนอื่นๆ ก็เป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดี พวกเขาพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อช่วยเหลือเรา เมื่อเราไม่พอใจกับทัวร์เรือ (ไม่ตรงกับที่อธิบายไว้) เขาก็ติดต่อกับบริษัทและเสนอส่วนลดที่ดีให้เรา อีกทั้งเมื่อเราได้ใช้สกู๊ตเตอร์เพียงไม่กี่ชั่วโมง เขาก็ลดราคาให้เรา 50%

โรงแรมใหม่มาก เพิ่งเปิดเมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม ซึ่งเราก็ได้เข้าพักตั้งแต่เดือนนั้นเลย การตกแต่งสไตล์โมเดิร์นและทันสมัยดีมากครับ แต่ในห้องพักยังมีกลิ่นใหม่จากการตกแต่งค่อนข้างเยอะ (พนักงานได้นำกากกาแฟมาให้ช่วยดับกลิ่น) ดังนั้นแนะนำว่าถ้าจะเข้าพัก ควรเลือกห้องพักแบบมีระเบียงจะดีที่สุด การบริการของโรงแรมดีมากครับ เพียงแต่ไลน์อาหารเช้าจบเร็วไปหน่อย คือ 9:30 น. ก็เก็บแล้ว มีสองจุดที่อยากให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุงคือ หนึ่ง ฟิตเนสควรมีน้ำดื่มบริการ และสอง โคมไฟแขวนหัวเตียงในห้องพักอยู่ต่ำไปหน่อย ทำให้เดินชน/ชนศีรษะได้ง่ายครับ

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Чисто. В номере есть принадлежности для душа и чайник. На кухне можно набрать питьевой воды. Красиво вокруг и чистый воздух. Горы, птички, бабочки Два больших окна с прекрасным видом!! . Приветливые хозяева. И говорят по английски. Есть кафе прям в отеле, довольно большой выбор блюд и приемлемые цены. Возможно заказать экскурсии и трансфер, чтобы добраться до города. Можно арендовать байк. Будьте внимательны, на острове не работают приложения с такси, поэтому или нужно брать байк в аренду или заказывать такси через отели или на улице ловить. Отель все таки находится далеко от всего. Единственный большой минус - плохая шумоизоляция в номерах. Слышно очень сильно всех соседей.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

-Nhận phòng nhanh, lễ tân thân thiện và nhiệt tình. -Phòng sạch sẽ, tiện nghi đầy đủ và thoải mái, gần aeonmall. Lần nào về Hải Phòng tôi cũng đều ở đây, giá cả hợp lý☺️

Останавливались в отеле в середине марта 2026года. Номер ”Премьер”. У отеля отличное месторасположение к пляжам, можно дойти за 10-15 минут неспешным шагом. В марте еще не пляжный сезон, вода около 22 градусов, но нас это устраивало, тем более что на пляжах практически никого не было. Об отеле. Отель похоже уже пережил свой лучший период, но в номере чисто, оснащение на уровне. Завтраки нормальные, два типа фруктов, ну и стандартный шведский стол без излишиств. На две-три ночи порекомендую.

Most positive point is very useful location! This hotel is closely from bus line, and easy to go to drink to somewhere! So cost and performance is very great! And following picture's bar was very good. I recommend this place to go to drink somewhere.
