The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I sincerely thank the entire CatBa Oversleep hostel team for your work, your love for what you do, and your complete dedication. Your care for each guest, your attentiveness, and your kindness! If fate brings me back to this island, I will return to you without hesitation!

ฉันพักที่โรงแรมนี้ได้อย่างมีความสุขมาก พอมาถึง ผู้จัดการก็อัพเกรดห้องให้ฉันเป็นห้องวิวภูเขาพร้อมระเบียง ซึ่งฉันประทับใจมาก! เขาเสนอบริการจัดทัวร์และมอเตอร์ไซค์ให้ฉันด้วย เขายังจัดการเรื่องรถรับส่งไปนิญบิ่ญให้ด้วย อาหารเช้าน้อยไปหน่อย แต่อร่อยมาก! ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ในส่วนหลักของเมือง แต่ต้องเดินผ่านตรอกเล็กๆ ถึงจะไปถึงถนนเส้นนี้ ฉันรู้สึกปลอดภัยในฐานะผู้หญิงที่เดินทางคนเดียว ถึงแม้ว่าอากาศจะค่อนข้างมืดก็ตาม ทำเลที่ตั้งเงียบสงบเหมาะแก่การนอนหลับ และเครื่องปรับอากาศก็ทำงานได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยม

Even the hotel was well maintained and everything was quite new, the location is a bit far away (you can rent bikes on the hotel, for a very reasonable price) Since it was tet festival in Vietnam, the breakfast was limited, the woman didn’t speak English, but she was very nice!

ห้องพักกว้างขวางดีครับ มีพนักงานที่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้ แต่คิดว่าที่พักอาจจะเพิ่งเปิดใหม่ ทำให้การบริการบางอย่างอาจจะยังไม่เข้าที่เข้าทางนัก อย่างไรก็ตาม โดยรวมแล้วก็ยังประทับใจมากครับ ที่นี่มีสระว่ายน้ำด้วย วิวทิวทัศน์ก็สวยงามมาก ครั้งหน้าถ้าได้มาอีก ก็คงจะกลับมาเลือกพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนครับ

รีวิวโรงแรมวิวพอยต์อันห์กวน เกาะกั๊ตบา เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ ดิฉันมีโอกาสได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมวิวพอยต์อันห์กวนในเกาะกั๊ตบา และต้องบอกว่าเป็นประสบการณ์ที่น่าประทับใจมาก โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในบริเวณที่เงียบสงบ ทำให้รู้สึกผ่อนคลายหลังจากเที่ยวชมความสวยงามของบริเวณโดยรอบมาทั้งวัน ทำเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ เดินเพียงไม่กี่นาทีจากท่าเรือ และใกล้กับหาดกั๊ตโค ทำให้สะดวกในการเที่ยวชมสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ห้องพักที่ดิฉันพักนั้นกว้างขวางและสะอาด มีวิวที่สวยงามทั้งจากระเบียงและคาเฟ่บนดาดฟ้า การตื่นขึ้นมาพบกับทิวทัศน์ที่งดงามเช่นนี้เป็นไฮไลท์ของการเดินทางของดิฉันอย่างแท้จริง พนักงานของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก พวกเขาเป็นมิตร เอาใจใส่ และพยายามอย่างเต็มที่เพื่อให้การเข้าพักของดิฉันสะดวกสบาย พวกเขาช่วยจัดหาการเดินทางจากฮานอยไปยังเกาะกั๊ตบา และยังจัดทริปเที่ยวอ่าวฮาลองที่ยอดเยี่ยมให้ดิฉันอีกด้วย อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมอร่อย มีให้เลือกหลากหลาย รวมถึงไข่ที่ทำตามสั่งซึ่งอร่อยมาก บรรยากาศโดยรวมของโรงแรมให้ความรู้สึกอบอุ่นและเป็นกันเอง ทำให้การเข้าพักของดิฉันสนุกสนานยิ่งขึ้น ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมวิวพอยต์อันห์กวนอย่างยิ่งสำหรับทุกคนที่กำลังมองหาที่พักที่สะดวกสบายและน่ารื่นรมย์ในเกาะกั๊ตบา!

We needed somewhere for 24 hours, so we took a full-board option. Mistake! We were offered the same menu twice in the same day. The first time round our food came all at once so we could share, which was nice, and we drank only bottled water. In the evening, a similar thing happened, but the staff didn’t clear away the plates before we had fruit so the table was cluttered. We also asked for a bottle of water, but didn’t get one until my partner went to ask for it. As we were the only two guests in a huge dining room, this didn’t bode well. Breakfast was good and B and B would have been a much better option. The hotel itself is okay, and as it was winter it was empty, and we like it quiet so that wasn’t a problem for us. The AC in the bedroom didn’t get below 21 degrees in the night even though I set it to 19. We paid extra for a sea view but the small balcony was cluttered with plants and had no furniture on it. We weren’t asked if we had a nice sleep etc etc. Some staff members were okay, but many seemed totally complacent. Shame.

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

Bon hôtel pour le prix. Petit déjeuner moyen mais bon c’est pas cher donc il faut s’y attendre ! Attention, salle de sport inexistante (contrairement à ce qui est écrit).

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
