The best hostel of my entire trip! From the cleanliness of the rooms and comfortable beds to the kitchen and the wonderful staff—everything was perfect! I spent 11 nights at this hostel and didn't want to leave at all. At Oversleep Cat Ba, I was an important guest. my bed linen was changed every three days (or sooner at my request). There were always fresh towels at reception. Delicious food and the nicest chefs. At reception, you can resolve any issue. From renting a bike to withdrawing cash (I transferred money to a Vietnamese bank via Q-code and they kindly gave me the entire amount in cash) No stress or complications. I extended my reservation several times and didn't have to change beds; they organised everything for me. Sensitive and responsible. Papa - here are my words of love from the bottom of my heart, for your care. For every morning and evening When I came to the pool bar, I always smiled when I saw you! Thank you for your kindness. For making me feel at home away from home (this is not just a slogan, it is the motto of the entire hotel. The rooms and beds - a separate love Nowhere else have I found such comfortable and ergonomically correct beds Not only a locker, shelf, lamp and socket, but also a large amount of space on the side of the bed where you can conveniently lay out your things (and hide your backpack in a large locker under the bed) No mess and always clean. Clean and functional showers and toilets. Plenty of space, no unpleasant odours. Importantly, there is space to work. The bar has enough space for fun evenings and for work. Uninterrupted Wi-Fi, excellent speed. The hostel observes quiet hours. For breakfast, I always asked for extra bread with my meal, and I was never refused. In the end, I didn't even have to ask; the staff knew me and offered me bread themselves. So nice! Thank you! I sincerely thank the entire CatBa Oversleep hostel team for your work, your love for what you do, and your complete dedication. Your care for each guest, your attentiveness, and your kindness! If fate brings me back to this island, I will return to you without hesitation!

โรงแรมใหม่มาก เพิ่งเปิดเมื่อเดือนกรกฎาคม ซึ่งเราก็ได้เข้าพักตั้งแต่เดือนนั้นเลย การตกแต่งสไตล์โมเดิร์นและทันสมัยดีมากครับ แต่ในห้องพักยังมีกลิ่นใหม่จากการตกแต่งค่อนข้างเยอะ (พนักงานได้นำกากกาแฟมาให้ช่วยดับกลิ่น) ดังนั้นแนะนำว่าถ้าจะเข้าพัก ควรเลือกห้องพักแบบมีระเบียงจะดีที่สุด การบริการของโรงแรมดีมากครับ เพียงแต่ไลน์อาหารเช้าจบเร็วไปหน่อย คือ 9:30 น. ก็เก็บแล้ว มีสองจุดที่อยากให้ทางโรงแรมปรับปรุงคือ หนึ่ง ฟิตเนสควรมีน้ำดื่มบริการ และสอง โคมไฟแขวนหัวเตียงในห้องพักอยู่ต่ำไปหน่อย ทำให้เดินชน/ชนศีรษะได้ง่ายครับ

โรงแรมนี้ยอดเยี่ยมมาก! ห้องพักของเราสะอาดมากและสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกก็ยอดเยี่ยม Linh จาก Rumba Reato นั้นยอดเยี่ยมเป็นพิเศษ เธอยังช่วยเราใช้คะแนนของเราสําหรับอาหาร พนักงานบางคนไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรนักและผู้จัดการ Rumba ค่อนข้างหยาบคายในอาหารเช้าทําให้เรารู้สึกไม่เป็นที่นิยมแม้ว่าจะแค่ 8 โมงเช้าก็ตาม อย่างไรก็ตามโดยรวมแล้วนี่เป็นโรงแรมที่ดีและฉันหวังว่าผู้จัดการจะเรียนรู้ที่จะอ่อนไหวต่อแขกมากขึ้น

Hotel buffet spread is nice and quite a variety. Bed is comfy and hotel is clean. Hotel downstairs got eatery and brew beer restaurant with food. Overall, i am very satisfy with this hotel. The staff are friendly as well.

Просто замечательное место, новый отель, прекрасный вид! У нас был номер с одним окном прям на скалу , а другое окно с видом на воду и корабли!!! В номере все необходимое, даже сейф! В лобби бильярд . Завтраки отличные, сытные. На пятом этаже выход на крышу с зоной для отдыха , столики и мягкие подушки, можно посидеть, поесть, пообщаться! Обслуживание отличное, все вежливо и культурно!👍Рекомендую!!!!

ห้องพักน่าทึ่งมาก วิวจากระเบียงชั้น 14 ช่างน่าทึ่งจริงๆ มีห้องครัวในห้อง แต่เอาไว้โชว์เท่านั้น เพราะคุณอาจจะโดนปรับถ้าใช้ไมโครเวฟด้วยซ้ำ 😂 วันหนึ่งเราต้องขอผ้าเช็ดตัวและน้ำสะอาด เพราะลืมไว้ตอนจัดห้อง โรงแรมใหญ่โตมาก ดังนั้นการเดินทางไปและกลับจากสระว่ายน้ำหรือร้านอาหารแบบเปิดโล่งจึงต้องใช้เวลาพอสมควร ไม่มีทางที่เด็กๆ จะไปไหนมาไหนคนเดียวในอาคารขนาดใหญ่แห่งนี้ได้ คลับสำหรับเด็กเป็นเพียงห้อง ไม่ใช่คลับโดยเฉพาะ เกมในห้องคลับสำหรับเด็กนั้นแพงอย่างไม่น่าเชื่อ ดังนั้นเราจึงไม่ได้ใช้เลย วิวจากร้านอาหารในอาคารที่สามนั้นน่าทึ่งมาก หากคุณไปถึงที่นั่นเร็วพอที่จะได้ที่นั่งริมหน้าต่าง บุฟเฟต์อาหารเช้าก็โอเค แต่ถ้าคนเยอะ อาหารก็จะหมดอยู่เสมอ มีอยู่ห้องหนึ่ง! กาแฟสำหรับ 400 คน ดังนั้นคุณต้องวิ่งไปมาทั่วร้านอาหารขนาดใหญ่แห่งนี้เพื่อตรวจสอบว่าเติมหรือยัง เราเคยทานอาหารกลางวันแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ ซึ่งแย่มาก ด้วยราคา 1.7 ล้านดอง คุณจะไม่ได้น้ำดื่มเลย แต่ต้องซื้อแยกต่างหาก และเด็กๆ ก็ไม่มีตัวเลือกให้กินมากนัก อาหารก็หมดอีกเช่นกัน ดังนั้นคุณต้องเดินขึ้นเดินลงหลายครั้งเพื่อตรวจสอบว่าอาหารถูกเปลี่ยนใหม่หรือไม่ และต้องเลี่ยงฝูงชนระหว่างทาง ไม่ใช่ประสบการณ์ที่ดีเลย โรงแรมไม่สามารถช่วยจองหรือแนะนำทัวร์ได้ เว้นแต่คุณจะจองทัวร์ ซึ่งมีราคาแพงเกินไปและมีให้เลือกน้อย สระว่ายน้ำของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมากสำหรับเด็กๆ ของเรา! โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักก็ดี แต่เราจะไม่กลับไปที่โรงแรมนี้อีก

The hotel is located in a fantastic and beautiful place, in a small village surrounded by mountains. It is very quiet and peaceful here. The rooms meet all the basic requirements, the staff is very kind and helpful, and the food is delicious.

The hotel was very nice. Great location and view (sunset from the rooftop bar is fantastic). If it wasn't for the construction in front of the hotel, this hotel would be the bees knees. It is close to our tour operator and mini markets. The staff so helpful and informative. Jong, one of the managers, organised a taxi for us to take us from our tour in the harbour to our speedboat to take us to Ha Long City. The speedboat driver organised the taxi driver to take us to our hotel in Ha Long City. It was well organised for us at half the price that we paid to get to Cat Ba Island. We were taken advantage of in the beginning of the Cat Ba Island adventure as unknowledgeable tourists, but we were treated so well on our departure trip from Cat Ba Island thanks to Jong.

I needed a place to stay when the ferries closed due to a typhoon and this was a neat spot to find on short notice. The comment I am making is based on the amount of money being paid for Vietnamese standards so the room has everything you need and the bed is comfortable, however I felt the blanket was quite thin. The menu for food was only in Vietnamese. There are snacks and drinks in the room that are cheap, but I was hesitant on the bottled water when I had seen it was opened already and I wondered if it was just refilled instead of being a new bottle? The reception staff were very kind, helpful and lovely to speak with. The breakfast was small in variety and the English Breakfast I got was what I feel a way to save costs by giving ham instead of bacon? Again only due to the price being paid did I expect something of better quality in some regards. However I am grateful for a place to stay when I was stuck. There are restaurants nearby, a very good western bar with good food and lovely local vietnamese seafood spots. It is in walking distance to the beach.
