โรงแรมที่ดีและสะอาด แต่ต้องอัพเกรดบริการ แม่บ้านทําความสะอาดห้องโดยไม่เติมสิ่งจําเป็น เช่น เจลอาบน้ําและเครื่องใช้ในห้องน้ํา

I booked 1 night stay here because I was heading to Hat Yai by train and thought this would be a good place to stay. However, the location is remote and nothing nearby so you are reliant on Grab even for food which will cost you more in delivery than the bcost of the food itself. With the benefit of hindsight, it would have been better to stay in the town of Padang Basar itself where food and drink would be available in walking distance and you are not too far from the border with Thailand. There is no restaurant on site but there is a Cafe which which offers basic stuff and, as far as I could make out, it not open all the time - hence my need to order food via Grab delivery. When you first turn the shower on for a hot shower, only cold water comes out, I waited a couple of minutes letting the shower run but it was still running cold so I went to Reception to ask about it. The young man at Reception initially said it was down to a Maintenance issue so I asked if it affects ALL the rooms or just mine. If only my room was affected then I should be moved to another room which had hot water in the shower. I said that I must best have a hot shower in the morning and the young man said he was the same as he also prefers to have a hot shower in the morning. The young man said he will try to find out before morning. A few minutes later, he came to the room and .said that we nust let the shower run for a few minutes and, sure enough, he was right as hot water started coming through. So, for the benefit of other guests, remember to run the shower for 5 minutes or so to get hot water. So, it was not a maintenance issue at all. On the positive side, after I ordered soup/food to be delivered by Grab, there was no crockery in the room nor any cutlery to eat the food with. The grab driver asked the hotel Reception young man for help and the hotel kindly provided a bowl and steel cutlery so I could have my food. This was very much appreciated so thank you to the young man at Reception who was on duty that evening.

โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักก็โอเค โรงแรมอยู่ใกล้กับท่าเรือกัวลาเปอร์ลิสมาก ทําให้เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีสําหรับนักเดินทางที่ต้องการที่พักค้างคืนก่อนขึ้นเรือข้ามฟากก่อน ความสะอาดของห้องพักค่อนข้างดี พนักงานให้ความช่วยเหลือดีและเป็นกันเอง ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือโรงแรมไม่มีลิฟท์ซึ่งอาจทําให้ไม่สะดวกสําหรับผู้เข้าพักที่มีกระเป๋าเดินทางหนักหรือปัญหาการเคลื่อนย้าย

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. Unfortunately, the lift was out of order during my stay

Good location.. large room.. parking space very limited.. extra towel request charge rm5 per pieces.. 1st impression.. smell cempedak fruit in the hotel.. staff should not eaten inside the hotel.. others ok.. hotel phone line no working.. we called reception using own phone

ใกล้ท่าเรือกัวลาเปอร์ลิส (เดินได้เพียง 300 เมตร ถ้าคุณไม่นํากระเป๋าเดินทางจํานวนมาก ถ้าไม่สั่ง E-hailing สําหรับ RM4 เท่านั้น) ห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่พร้อมระเบียงหันหน้าออกสู่ทะเล มีเตารีด น้ําแร่ กาแฟ และกาต้มน้ําให้ รวมอาหารเช้าแล้วดี (ข้าวผัด ข้าวต้ม เครื่องปรุงรส มาการี ขนมปังปิ้ง ปุลต ยีอร์ แพนเค้ก และแซมบัลบิลิซ ซีเรียล ผลไม้ กาแฟ และน้ําผลไม้) แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ฉันก็พอใจที่ได้พักที่นี่ ง่ายต่อการไปร้านอาหาร ikan bakar, มัสยิด, jambatan Kuala perlis, kg warna warning ฯลฯ ) พวกเขามีบุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารกลางวันสําหรับ RM15.90 ต่อคน

The first impression is really good, with the attentive staff. The location is very strategic, as they got parking provided for the customer. The cleanliness is excellent: - no weird smell or old smell - The room smells really nice - TV functions well even though the basic channel - The room is spacious enough, can still pray - Water pressure, is gooood - basic amenities are included - breakfast is delicious even though there are only 4 menus. It is enough,👍 Only no mini fridge. Overall is good, will recommend and repeat
