ถือว่าเป็นที่พักที่ดีเลยครับอยู่ท่ามกลางเมืองเล็กๆขึ้นมาบนเขาผู้คนน้อย ธรรมชาติเยอะ มีวิวทะเลสาบที่แสงสาดส่องยามกลางวัน หรือจันทร์ส่องยามราตรี แชะห้องก็ใหญ่มากเกินกว่า 2 คนอยู่ด้วยซ้ำมีทั้งเตียงปกติฟูกนอน พื้นที่นั่งพื้นแบบญี่ปุ่น และออนเซ็นในโรงแรมที่ผิดเที่ยงคืนก็น่าประทับใจมาก ตอนแรกที่เรามาถึงก่อนพนักงานหนุ่มดูไม่สนใจเราเท่าไร ทั้งที่เราเข้าใจว่ายังเช็คอินไม่ได้ เราแค่ต้องการฝากกระเป๋าไว้ก่อน เลยแอบหักคะแนนบริการ แต่ตอนเช็คเอาเจอพนักงานที่มีความสูงวัยหน่อย เขาดูกระตือรือร้นมาก ผมประทับใจมากเลยครับ ขอบคุณจริงๆที่มาเป็นพนักงานให้ตอนเช็คเอาทำเอาเปลี่ยนมูดไปเลย

ยกเว้นการรับประทานอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้าแบบมังสวิรัติโดยไม่มีเหตุผล โรงแรมบ่อน้ำพุร้อนโดยรวมก็ค่อนข้างดี แต่ใครอยากไปโรงแรมบ่อน้ำพุร้อนเพื่อทานอาหารมังสวิรัติบ้างคะ หลังจากกลับมา ฉันติดต่อแพลตฟอร์ม Ctrip เพื่อถามเหตุผลว่าเป็นปัญหากับตัวแทนที่สั่งหรือมีปัญหากับโรงแรมหรือไม่ ข้อเสนอแนะนั้นรวดเร็วมาก ฉันโทรศัพท์ไปหลายครั้งในสองวันเพื่อรายงานความคืบหน้าและยินดีคืนเงินส่วนหนึ่ง แต่พวกเขาไม่เคยบอกเหตุผลที่เราต้องการทราบเลย

I don’t understand why someone would leave a negative review due to their own negligence. Trip.com clearly mentioned the additional 300-yen tax (I assume this is the onsen tax) per person, yet they still claimed they were “scammed.” My overall experience at Hotel Euro City was wonderful. The staff were extremely nice and helpful, and the shuttle bus service was amazing. If you want to get to the hotel easily, check the shuttle schedule on the hotel’s homepage so you don’t have to walk from the station. They run it every day at 9:00, 9:30, 10:00, 15:15, 16:15, 17:15, and 18:15 from “Nikko Station Hotel Classic,” right next to JR Nikko Station. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the onsen in the backyard was great. It’s true that the room had a mild smell, but I assume it was due to recent pest control (it smelled like pesticide). Just open the windows for a while and it goes away. Breakfast was okay—not as fancy as in the advertisements, maybe because it wasn’t peak season. Overall, I think this is a very good choice, especially if you’re traveling with family. 自分の不注意が原因なのに、なぜ悪いレビューを書くのか理解できません。Trip.com にはきちんと「1人あたり300円の追加税金（おそらく入湯税）」と明記されているのに、それでも「だまされた」と書く人がいます。 私のホテル・ユーロシティでの滞在はとても快適でした。スタッフの皆さんはとても親切で、シャトルバスのサービスも素晴らしかったです。駅から歩きたくない場合は、ホテルのホームページでシャトルバスの時刻を確認すると良いと思います。毎日、JR日光駅のすぐ隣にある「日光ステーションホテルクラシック」から 9:00／9:30／10:00／15:15／16:15／17:15／18:15 に運行しています。 部屋は広くて快適で、裏庭にある温泉もとても良かったです。確かに部屋には少し匂いがありましたが、おそらく害虫駆除をした後の匂い（殺虫剤のような匂い）だと思います。窓を開けてしばらく換気すればなくなります。 朝食は普通で、広告ほど豪華ではありませんでしたが、ハイシーズンではなかったためかもしれません。全体的に、特に家族連れの方にはとても良い選択だと思います。

Wir waren total begeistert von unserem Aufenthalt im Kaniyu Onsen. Die Hinfahrt ist alleine schon ein Jochen Schweitzer Erlebnis! Mit dem Zug von Kita Senju nach Kinugawaonsen (1,5h), dort in den Bus nach Meotobuchi (1,5h) und dann in den Onsen Shuttle (20min). Ohne Japanisch zu können vor Ort buchen, abenteuerlich! Klappte aber alles tadellos, auch dank der sehr hilfsbereiten Frauen in der Tourist-Info und welch eine wunderschöne Landschaft während den Fahrten! Im Onsen angekommen wurde ganz gut Englisch gesprochen und alles ausführlich erklärt. Hier ganz wichtig für uns war: Tattoos sind von Haus aus toleriert, man solle allerdings auf die anderen Besucher Rücksicht nehmen. Heißt möglich dann baden wenn niemand anderes im Becken ist oder es mit einem Handtuch bedecken. Wir sind erst sehr spät ins große Gemeinschaftsbecken gegangen. Vorher waren wir nur in den kleinen Becken, dort wird man nicht sehr gesehen. Das Abendessen ist ebenfalls sehr außergewöhnlich. Man muss sich als europäer darauf einlassen und für mich, der kein Fisch isst hat es ein wenig Überwindung gekostet. Trotzdem sowas erlebt man nur einmal, deswegen machen sie es mit!! Wir fanden es super und würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Danke für die schöne Zeit!

เรามาพักที่นี่เพื่อฉลองครบรอบแต่งงาน 20 ปี ห้องพักของเราเป็นห้องสไตล์ตะวันตก เตียงนอนสบายมาก ทำให้เรารู้สึกผ่อนคลาย น่าเสียดายที่อากาศมีหมอก เราจึงมองไม่เห็นทิวทัศน์ที่เราตั้งใจไว้ แต่เรารู้สึกว่าถ้าเป็นวันอากาศแจ่มใส วิวคงจะสวยงามมาก อย่างไรก็ตาม อาหารอร่อยมาก และน้ำพุร้อนก็ไหลออกมาจากแหล่งกำเนิดอย่างไม่หยุดหย่อน ซึ่งวิเศษมากจริงๆ เป็นการพักที่น่าพอใจมาก น้ำพุร้อนอาจจะเล็กไปหน่อย แต่คุณภาพของน้ำดีเยี่ยม และเราได้พักผ่อนอย่างแท้จริง และเหนือสิ่งอื่นใด การบริการยอดเยี่ยมมาก คำอธิบายสุภาพและเข้าใจง่าย และด้วยการบริการที่น่าประทับใจของพนักงานทุกคน ทำให้เรามีความสุขกับการพักตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ขอบคุณที่ทำให้การฉลองครบรอบแต่งงาน 20 ปีของเราเป็นความทรงจำที่ยอดเยี่ยม ครั้งต่อไป เราอยากจะมาในวันที่อากาศแจ่มใสเพื่อชมวิวที่สวยงาม ขอบคุณมากค่ะ

The Knot Utsunomiya is a brand‑new hotel (opened December 2025) with a prime location directly opposite Utsunomiya Station, and it does feature a stylish café and restaurant. However, my overall stay was disappointing. - Check‑in & Service: Staff seemed inexperienced and a bit confused. When I requested extra pillows, I was told only one extra could be provided because the hotel “does not have so many pillows,” which felt unusual for a new property. - Lobby & Atmosphere: The lobby music was very loud, making the space feel noisy rather than welcoming. - Room Design: The room looked spacious at first glance, but the layout wasn’t practical. The table was tiny, leaving little space to put personal items. It felt like the design prioritized appearance over usability. - Noise Issues: Soundproofing was poor. I could hear conversations from the next room and even snoring at night. In the morning, housekeeping staff made loud noises while cleaning other rooms, which disturbed my rest. - Positives: The café and restaurant are nice, and the location opposite the station is extremely convenient. Overall: While the hotel is new and well‑located, the service, noise control, and room functionality need improvement. Hopefully, with time and experience, The Knot Utsunomiya will refine its operations and deliver a more comfortable stay.

ห้องพักสะอาดใช้ได้เลยค่ะ แต่โรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่า ตึกใต้โอเคอยู่ แต่ตึกหลักบางโซนพรมมีกลิ่นอับๆ บุฟเฟต์ที่ให้มาก็ธรรมดาๆ ค่ะ บ่อน้ำพุร้อนรวมมีบ่อเล็กๆ กลางแจ้งด้วย น้ำร้อนไปหน่อย แต่แช่แล้วสบายตัวมาก โรงแรมมีชุดยูกาตะกับรองเท้าแตะให้ด้วยนะคะ มีสำหรับเด็กด้วย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเก่าหมดเลยค่ะ

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมใกล้กับสถานี JR และป้ายรถเมล์มาก ชั้นล่างมีห้องชาบริการฟรีตลอดวัน (ชาเขียว, ชาอู่หลง, ชาเขียว, กาแฟ) อาหารเช้าของโรงแรมมีให้เลือกหลากหลาย และสามารถเลือกไม่รับอาหารเช้าได้ หากต้องการ ข้างสถานี JR มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตขนาดใหญ่ที่สามารถซื้ออาหารเช้าล่วงหน้าได้ สามารถแสดงใบยืนยันการจองโรงแรมที่เคาน์เตอร์ศูนย์ข้อมูลที่สถานี JR เพื่อซื้อบัตรโดยสารสองวันในราคา 1,150 เยน
