Ihre Bewertungen ＜ Actually, I had booked another hotel earlier which I needed to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances. The Norfolk Lodge is one of the very few hotels offering a gym, a ”mini gym”. For me an essential on any trip. The mini gym offered some cardio equipment of which only 1-2 were working properly and a few very light weights. Most disappointing was the extremely small single room, even smaller than in any (!) hotel in Japan's metropolis earlier this year. The smallest ever, that small that it was impossible to open my suitcase anywhere except on the bed! The breakfast was disappointing, too. Allways the same products, no variety at all. Luckily, there was at least gluten free muesli (for s.o. with coeliac disease) and gluten free toast on demand. Nevertheless, for instance only tin fruits and one sort of cheese etc. Positive, however, was the hotel's greatest asset, the staff! Very friendly and caring people, young, open-minded and very diverse from all abroad. As St. Hélier or Jersey in general are very expensive during the summer season, I won't complain about the price although it was very expensive (cheepest I could find was about 170 - 175 € per night).

I appreciated the location and the cleanliness of the environment. However, the service did not meet my expectations. We experienced an issue with the staff regarding the breakfast rule, which I found unfair, especially considering my positive experiences at other hotels. Based on this, I am uncertain about returning to this branch. I would like to note, however, that the Heathrow branch of this same hotel provided excellent service during my stay in December 2025.

ประสบการณ์การใช้ชีวิตที่ดีมาก แม้ว่าทําเลจะค่อนข้างไกลจากใจกลางเมือง แต่ราคาก็สอดคล้องกับจุดที่ราคาไม่แพง และสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก สิ่งแวดล้อม และการบริการก็ดี มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอยู่ข้างๆ และทะเลอยู่ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนซึ่งค่อนข้างเงียบ นําบาร์มาเอง แนะนํา～

ประสบการณ์ที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยมีมาในร้านอาหาร วันสุดท้ายของเราที่นี่ฉันทานอาหารเช้าจนถึง 10 โมงเช้าเมื่อเวลาอาหารเช้าสิ้นสุด ฉันถามพนักงานคนหนึ่งว่าฉันสามารถนําชาไปที่ห้องได้หรือไม่พนักงานก็ตอบว่าใช่ ลูกค้าท่านอื่นกําลังนําเครื่องดื่มและอาหารกลับบ้านด้วย ขณะเดินออกจากร้านอาหารพนักงานอีกคนเดินผ่านมาจ้องชาในมือ เธอก็ก้มตาอย่างน่าทึ่งและปล่อยเสียง ”tsk” ดังๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ ๆ

简I had a wonderful stay at Merton Hotel. The staff members are all polite, helpful and friendly. The breakfast service was absolutely fantastic, with great food and attentive service throughout my trip. The facilities were clean and comfortable, I would love to book this hotel again next time!

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนถนนใจกลางเมือง เดินทางไปและกลับจากสนามบินและสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวสําคัญต่างๆ ได้สะดวกมาก มีซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตชั้นล่าง  พื้นที่ห้องใหญ่กว่าที่คาดไว้ สะอาด และถูกหลักอนามัย มีห้องน้ําและอ่างอาบน้ํา หลังจากเล่นทั้งวัน คุณสามารถแช่ตัวเพื่อบรรเทาความเหนื่อยล้าได้ อย่างไรก็ตาม สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกเก็บเสียงของห้องค่อนข้างแย่ เสียงของทางเดินและห้องรั้วมักจะได้ยิน และคุณภาพการนอนหลับจะได้รับผลกระทบ 

We were very impressed with the facility. It was very clean and warm. The staff was very helpful in checking us in. Although we arrived an hour early, we were able to get into iur room with no hassle or extra fees. The lovation of the hotek was quite convenient as we were able to connect to major location seamlessly. We recommend

Angenehmes Hotel mit Pool und großem Garten, vorm Haus fährt der öffentliche Bus, perfekt. Das Frühstück (Buffet) war sehr gut. Das einzige, was mir nicht gefallen hat, ist eine seltsam laute Lüftung oder so, die stört und auch nachts läuft.

It was okay. Sauna did not work throughout the whole stay, second day jazzucci stopped working. Outdoor pool was filthy. Our room was missing bathrobes & slippers.
