ห้องพักสะอาดมากและพนักงานก็ใจดีมาก ฉันขอแลกเงินเพื่อจะได้ใช้เครื่องซักผ้าหยอดเหรียญ ซึ่งพวกเขาก็ทำอย่างมีความสุข

โรงแรมดูเหมือนจะกำลังปรับปรุงและมีปัญหาอยู่บ้าง เราจึงจองที่พักไว้ที่โรงแรมฮิลตันที่อยู่ใกล้ๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวาง แต่น้ำฝักบัวค่อนข้างน้อย ขอแนะนำว่าถ้าขับรถไปเอง หาที่จอดรถใกล้ๆ ที่ถูกกว่าจะดีกว่า ที่จอดรถของโรงแรมแพงกว่าและอยู่ไกลกว่า โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี ไม่ไกลจากน้ำตก ตอนแรกคิดว่าน้ำในห้องจะเสียค่าน้ำ แต่ต่อมาก็บอกว่าฟรี

My mother in law stayed here for a night and said everything was fine. No complaints. Easy to find, clean.

Very good place to stay. Only thing is the bed is hard. That was my main problem with the room I had, so ask for soft bed. And the room only had an extension cord to charge my outlet across the room. Good thing I brought my long charger. It feels like no one is there besides you and host is very attentive to what you need.

Loved the service. The front desk team are super friendly and helpful. Here are the reasons why I'd rate 4/5: room cleanliness (we noticed stains), the lack of hair conditioner (bottle in the shower was empty), 1 tissue left in the tissue box (with no backup boxes), and we only got 2 sets of towels despite there being 3 people staying the night. Once I asked for the towels, they readily gave me them. It was just disappointing that I had to walk to reception to retrieve them.

The room is clean.Beddings are comfortable. Washroom is clean too. All the lights are in mood for a complete resting.The place is not noisy,you can have a relaxing rest before going to a long flight. The additional service of wake-up call is on point. Ms Rose in the lobby assisted us in check-in with all the information we needed.She is so accommodating. The free shuttle to airport is an add point too.Our driver is very helpful and always smiling.

The view is fabulous, big tv and comfortable mattress. This place was amazing and close to all the shops and restaurants close to the Well and convention Centre and CNntower it was awesome wel be back for sure

This is a great hotel overall. While on a busy street, the sound proofing is amazing (Well, windows don’t open at all; they are sealed) and consequently, a very nice experience. Also it is a relatively new building. Well kempt and we’ll taken care of!
