I am very pleased with my visit to Hailiang Plaza Hotel (Zhongshan Road Metro Station). Good location in the center. Nice, helpful staff. Good daily services and cleaning. The hotel is conveniently located right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the metro station, shops, and local attractions. This made it very simple to explore the area and enjoy everything the city has to offer. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and ready to help with any request, which created a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. The daily cleaning service was reliable and thorough, keeping the room fresh and pleasant throughout my stay. Overall, the combination of excellent location, professional service, and friendly hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly recommend Hailiang Plaza Hotel to other travelers and would be happy to return here again. Thank you very much for your hospitality and wonderful experience!

Friendly Staff: The staff were welcoming and made check-in easy. Smooth Check-In: Checking in was quick and hassle-free. Easy Commute: Though not downtown, getting to the center was simple with Didi. Yummy Breakfast: Enjoyed a tasty breakfast with a good variety. Big Room, Everything I Need: The room was spacious, and it had all the amenities I needed. Overall, a great stay. Minor drawback: Despite being a non-smoking room, some guests were still smoking inside, leaving a lingering cigarette smell. It would be beneficial for the hotel to allocate smokers exclusively to designated smoking rooms.

เอาล่ะ! กลับมาอีกครั้ง ฉันพักที่นี่ 4 วัน 3 คืน ขอบอกเลยว่าข้อดีของโรงแรมคือพนักงานต้อนรับคุณจูลี เอาใจใส่และทำงานอย่างกระตือรือร้นทั้งก่อนและระหว่างการเช็คอิน บริการรับส่งฟรี ทัวร์ทุ่งหญ้าฟรี! ขอบคุณมาก ๆ ค่ะ พนักงานต้อนรับกะดึกหรือทีมพนักงานรับสายไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลืออะไรเลย . . ข้อเสีย อาหารเช้าไม่ดีเหมือนเมื่อก่อน ไวไฟไม่แรงพอ แต่ใช้ได้ ไม่ปกติที่ตอนอาหารเช้าเสิร์ฟเสี้ยวแม่แกะ 2 ชิ้น! ชอบมาก แต่เชฟให้แค่ 2 ชิ้น ถ้าอยากกินเพิ่มต้องกลับมาอีก 2 ชิ้น!!!! แปลกจริง ๆ บริษัททัวร์ที่ล็อบบี้ค่อนข้างหยาบคายและไม่เป็นมืออาชีพ เราได้ทัวร์ทุ่งหญ้าฟรี 1 ครั้งและเสียเงินอีก 1 ครั้ง แต่ทั้งสองครั้งคนขับไม่เคยไปส่งเราที่โรงแรม . . ฉันควรจะให้คะแนนน้อยลงแต่ก็โอเค 4/5

Bad experience. The entrance automatic door closed suddenly and hurt my shoulder. At check in, the staff asked me to do the registration for them -- it's their job, not the customer! Design in the room was stupid -- faucet design is confusing and the hot/cold water is reversed. The ”city view” room with bathtub is stupid -- the view is only an ugly building across the street, and you need to close the curtains if you take a bath, so what's the point? Also the ”art” is so bad and tasteless. The light from the toilet is so bright, I had to unplug it to sleep... So many dumb problems here 😔

Everything was excellent. After a minor problem with one of the rooms we booked, they gave us a free upgrade to a much nicer room. Really, everything was terrific—clean, comfortable, and great service. We also enjoyed the little robot that delivered takeout to our room. :)
