We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

such amazing hotel and service, the only comment that we have a corporate meeting that coordinated between the hotel and our company . and we have extra guest so it was so stressing that they asked to pay for the extras on time where sometimes we dont have enough cash or limits in our personal credit card they must have away to get preautherization or online payments to facilitate this process specially we are at the weekend. 

The hotel is very very nice and have good open space and the service is very good too, there is little few things wasn’t the best from reception service but it’s doesn’t effect how good is the hotel , and the food and food Service is very good. Oh room in dining is the best 👍

Great place great location i had a room with see view, only thing i would prefer to make a kids club

The hotel a bit old but our room was big, comfortable and very clean. Food was a great ! A nice surprise was a Michelin star chef at the restaurant.

โรงแรมสวย มีกระบอกแบบเก่าอยู่ตรงกลาง ห้องว่างรอบๆ ไม่มีห้องในห้อง สวย เก่าๆ รีโนเวทใหม่ เห็ดหลากหลาย แต่เป็นบ้านหรือเค้กแบบโบราณ กุ้ง กุ้ง ไม่ชอบเห็ดเลย ถึงจะไม่ดีแต่ก็เย็นมาก ร่วมมือกันมาก ไกลเกินขอบเขต สําหรับที่จอดรถ มีตําแหน่งพิเศษห่างจากดวงอาทิตย์ ไม่ให้ห้าดาว

สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกและสภาพแวดล้อมดีอย่างไม่คาดคิด สะอาด เป็นระเบียบ และห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่ แผนกต้อนรับมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก ขับรถเพียง 10 นาทีจากสนามบิน สะดวกมาก!

ห้องยังมีกลิ่นนิดหน่อย ไม่รู้ว่ามาจากแอร์หรือท่อไอเสีย แต่เสียงดังพอสมควร เพราะเช็คอินตอนเที่ยงคืนเลยไม่ได้เปลี่ยนห้อง เพราะเช็คอินตอนเที่ยงคืน โรงแรมที่จองซึ่งรวมอาหารเช้าแจ้งว่าไม่มีอาหารเช้า รีวิวแย่! - -

لدى الفندق موقع جيد ومواقف خاصه للفندق واسع موظفين ودودين يشكرون على سرعه اجراءات الدخول والخروج
