After staying multiple times for week-long stays, I resided at the Grand Hyatt Al Khobar Residences for multiple months. The spa and pool (women's) is excellent and the service commendable. I had a generally great experience with the staff generous, patient, and always present to help. A few points of improvement: The staff at the spa is quite inconsistent with its performance with one of them having such long nails, she almost cut into my skin and the next person on her phone so often I am pretty sure the massage lasted 40mins instead of 60. Sakkara House needs the most improvement out of the hotel with the volume of the music and mainly the musician so loud you can barely talk let alone hear your own thoughts. Despite multiple attempts at lowering it, the staff didn't seem to know how to turn it down. The service is also incredibly slow and consistently mistakes orders or forgets them. The customer service is generally satisfactory although the staff seems to stick so rigidly by the rules that it becomes overwhelming (following you too closely at introductions in restaurants; not understanding simple orders that use a different word choice; long service wait; late turnover service).
