Great stay, really helpful and friendly staff, highly recommend

Paying £25 a night, I craftily think and expect next to nothing these days! However, Tirana never fails to give blooming Good value even though basic stuff is broken or missing ! Clean comfortable bed and efficient air con are essential and indeed they were. The bathroom a bit disappointing with the  usual ‘screws missing out of the shower head causing grief to keep the ‘hot’ water falling in one place! The strangest smell emanating from the shower drain disappearing with water flow! Clean toilet and supplied quality soap! No safety rails on precarious stairs to level two, no receptionist in the two days , however informative notes on Wifi (v good) and entry! Value 8+/10 ☺️

Hotel Relax City Center Comfort Double Room Stayed: Feb 5-6, 2026 | Rating: 5/5 Location was spot on—5 minutes walk from Toptani Shopping Centre, right by a really fancy kenefa place, next to the big masjid, and surrounded by everything and all types of shops someone might need. Staff was really nice and helpful; they provided us with recommendations when we asked and even gave us a charger since we didn't have a European plug. The room was really nice and comfy, with ACs and heating within them—definitely worth £39 and we'll be visiting again!

Nice location, newly opened hotel, clean. A bit noisy around 9pm from the restaurant neighborhood, but it’s ok since it stops after 1030pm.

The room was okay and everything but they wouldnt let us use the AC. I turned it on at night cuz my kids sleep better when its cooler, and they came up the stairs and shut the power off to our room. We needed our phones charged for the next day as we had big plans the next morning and we woke up to them dead. Also, on top of no power and AC or wifi, they yelled at us for leaving 2 shopping bags of garbage. Saying she just rents the rooms, shes not a maid. I was unaware that there was public dumpsters on the streets- I thought they were business owned like in the states where if you put trash in it you get fined. She also got mad that I stripped the beds before we left and I think was saying she had someone coming in an hour and now she will have to make them wait. So the whole experience was of that of staying at someones house when they dont want you there. Also I paid a $10 deposit and they didnt return it.

El apartamento está muy bien. Es algo difícil de encontrar aunque con las indicaciones nosotros nos ubicamos a la primera. El problema si está en el acceso, que no es problema, es sólo que si no estás acostumbrado a cerraduras digitales y no te lo explican, te puede ocurrir lo que nos pasó a nosotros. La puerta de acceso con el código, lo metes, bajas el pomo y la puerta se abre (la principal). La del apartamento no, tienes que meter el código, subir la manilla y bajarla, entonces se abre. Si esto no te lo explican, tú metes código y bajas manilla (la puerta no abre). Lo solucionamos al momento con el anfitrión, así que problema cero. La comunicación con el anfitrión perfecta. Contesta a todo rápido y es de mucha ayuda y útil. El apartamento muy muy limpio y cómodo. Tiene de todo. Lo que no acompaña es el acceso a los apartamentos y el ascensor (viejo y con un estado en general de limpieza nulo y deteriorado) pero el apartamento no, está perfecto y lo recomendamos al 100% Ubicación excelente. Está en todo el centro de la vida de tirana. Si volviera a tirana me quedaría un par de días más. El baño muy limpio y había champú y gel. La cama blandita y muy cómoda. Y lo vuelvo a repetir, increíblemente limpio. Esto nos preocupaba pero las reseñas lo decían y es verdad. En resumen. Un 10 para el anfitrion y su apartamento.
