During my recent stay at the hotel for a short getaway, I was genuinely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting guests with a smile and going out of their way to assist with any requests, making the experience feel warm and personal. The entire hotel was spotless and clearly well maintained, which added to the sense of comfort and relaxation. The lobby, in particular, left a lasting impression—it was spacious, grand, and tastefully decorated, creating a luxurious yet welcoming first impression. While the daily buffet meals became a little repetitive over time, I still appreciated the decent variety offered and the consistently good taste of the food. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay that I would gladly recommend to others.

Second time stay at Padma hotel very satisfied,clean hotel,big room, all staff are nice and helpfull,many atraction for guest and also Children, big swimmimg pool and like the yoga class in the morning..will come back again when go to semarang

Hotel is situated in a good location, but hotel is a bit old and needs renovation, the room have a old wed smell to it. But the staff was friendly and service was good, breakfast alot to choose from but quality was not so good. Better smaller selection but improve quality of food.

酒店開了很多年，應該是重新裝修過，有室外泳池和很大的前場花園，內部裝修也很漂亮，房間帶陽台，最邊上的房間會有遮擋，比較遺憾的是酒店普通房間沒浴缸。早餐不錯，服務熱情，臨走還延遲退房了。我們專門從酒店步行走小路去小雞教堂，可能20分鐘吧，叫grab比較方便，周圍沒什麼便利店。

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

Breakfast a la carte is very very nice, fresh fruit is also great The room is made up twice, very friendly staffs The location is amazing as you can see Borobudur from the Patio restaurant (where you will have breakfast) Amenity is truly lacking: no gym of its own, instead need to go to its sister hotel : Plataran Heritage, the shared gym is a dusty small room with one treadmill, one workout dumbbell set The spa also looks quiet old, we ended up going to another hotel for spa

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่บนภูเขา ห้องพักมองเห็นหมู่บ้านและบุโรพุทโธในระยะไกล ฉันตื่นขึ้นมาทุกเช้าด้วยเสียงนกร้อง และดนตรีอินโดนีเซียแบบดั้งเดิมของโรงแรมก็บรรเลงอย่างไพเราะดุจสายน้ำ ในช่วงบ่าย เสียงสวดมนต์จะดังมาจากเชิงเขา และในตอนกลางคืน การได้มองแสงไฟระยิบระยับเบื้องล่างภายใต้ท้องฟ้ายามค่ำคืนเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ผ่อนคลายอย่างแท้จริง สัญญาณ Wi-Fi ของโรงแรมไม่ค่อยดีนัก แต่นั่นคือจุดประสงค์ของการพักผ่อน คือการหลีกหนีจากโลกภายนอก ห้องพักตกแต่งในสถาปัตยกรรมแบบอินโดนีเซียดั้งเดิม มีเพดานและหน้าต่างที่โดดเด่น เตียงนอนก็นุ่มสบายมาก อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย ทั้งขนมปังปิ้งแบบตะวันตก ไข่ดาว ข้าวผัดและก๋วยเตี๋ยวแบบอินโดนีเซีย และน้ำผลไม้มากมาย รสชาติอร่อยทุกอย่าง โรงแรมยังสามารถช่วยจัดหาตั๋วขึ้นไปยังยอดบุโรพุทโธได้อีกด้วย บริการขนส่งและไกด์ก็ยอดเยี่ยม เป็นตัวเลือกที่ยอดเยี่ยมจริงๆ

Our stay at Amanjiwo was an absolute balm for the senses. The peaceful surroundings, coupled with the understated luxury and attentive service, created an unparalleled sense of calm. It's the perfect escape to truly disconnect and find serenity.

I recently had a delightful stay at Hotel Tentrem in Semarang, and I can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome, and their attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. The cleanliness of the rooms and restrooms was impressive, which is always a top priority for me when traveling. The hotel amenities, including the gym, were excellent and provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights for me was the delicious breakfast spread. The variety was fantastic, and the quality of the food was outstanding. I also want to give a special shoutout to Ibuk Elfi for her warm hospitality during breakfast. Her cheerful demeanor made our mornings even more enjoyable. As a coffee lover, I was particularly impressed by the skills of Mas Arafi, the barista. I thoroughly enjoyed the cappuccino, mocaccino, and café latte he prepared; each cup was a treat. His knowledge of coffee truly shines through in every sip.
