Great location, good size bedroom and very kind staff,highly recomended.Lots of food options nearby and the view of borobudur very good .The transportation is convenient.

I love this hotel so much, the staff are amazing and helpfull, the bed and pillow are really comfy. The room accros mine at 10pm was open their talked loudly and i complained to front desk,and the staff immediately asked them to closed their doors so i can sleep, thank you ciputra hotel.. and the location also the best

The hotel’s location is very convenient, as it is directly connected to a shopping mall, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and daily necessities without traveling far. This was especially helpful after a long day, since everything needed was just a short walk away. The room was comfortable and suitable for a relaxing stay overall.

A beautifully presented hotel, almost museum like, in the center of Surakarta. The breakfast buffet is wonderful, with Indonesian, Chinese and Western food. Walking distance to many sites, including Pasar Gede, Pasar Klewet, and the Keraton. Batik shopping and great coffee shops nearby. The best place to stay in Surakarta.

We had a nice experience staying at Grand Mercure Solo Baru! The location was perfect and reachable to all around the city. The room was really cozy. Cleanliness could be slightly improved as we could see signs of aging, including at the gym. But overall, we would come back!

Breakfast a la carte is very very nice, fresh fruit is also great The room is made up twice, very friendly staffs The location is amazing as you can see Borobudur from the Patio restaurant (where you will have breakfast) Amenity is truly lacking: no gym of its own, instead need to go to its sister hotel : Plataran Heritage, the shared gym is a dusty small room with one treadmill, one workout dumbbell set The spa also looks quiet old, we ended up going to another hotel for spa

Very nice resort with nice staffs. Restaurant food was tasty. Room size very good & amenities. Over my expectations, so I would have stayed 2 nights instead so that we can try the massage. Not much TV channels unless Netflix but I did not try. Location has to have own transport as it is away from town. Hope to go again. Just be aware of possible mosquitoes.
