"Everything was good, the location is close to Queen University. Just the receptionist is a bit strange, while I checked in with my family, she kept checking and asking me how many people stay in the room, when I did the booking, I have selected the correct people with my five years old son. Apart from that, everything is super good."

"Booked at short notice, excellent location for what I needed,the staff on reception were excellent and very helpful and talkative.both in booking in and the following morning,booking out.the room was lovely,nice big comfortable bed,and nice bathroom.tea making facilities and good selection of channels on the TV.overall,a great hotel at a good price.wouldnt hesitate to use again.thanks to all involved.neil."

"The room was smart, clean. Amazing shower. Comfortable bed with white cotton linen. The location is great. It’s on the end of historic Sandy Row. Right by the grand central station trains and buses."

"It’s a Travelodge so you know what to expect. It’s functional without any frills, but that’s all we needed for a weekend stay. Reception staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean, but one grumble was the small window which did not open or allow much light into the room. The hotel’s location is superb. Easy reach of, well, everything.  Highly recommend a visit to The Crown and Fibber Magee’s pubs which are just around the corner. Take a visit to the Titanic experience and also St George’s Market."

"Great location, clean and tidy. My only negatives were the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, the beds are also only small doubles so not alot of room. We had a nice view looking out onto Belfast cathedral, as shown in the picture. Breakfast was good, with a good selection to choose from and a nice coffee machine. Overall, I would stay again but dont expect a good night's sleep."

"Sehr sehr schöner Aufenthalt, das Zimmer ist super groß und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der Self-Check in war auch unkompliziert und man konnte sich ein kostenloses Bier aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen. Die von der unter dem Hotel gelegenen Bar hat man auch überhaupt nichts mitbekommen, also für uns war es eine 10/10"

"A lovely hotel in a great location with friendly and helpful staff —- however there were so many small negatives that the overall experience was disappointing. The lift was not in service so had to use the stairs. Thankfully not a high rise and I was on the 1st floor. A huge, well decorated room was ruined by air conditioning and extraction units right outside the window which made for a loud and restless night. The frosted glass on the windows left the room dull. Black mold in the bathroom, large crack on the wall and dirty carpets did not help. Neither did the badly made bed and stiff coarse dressing gowns, which I had to look for and found squashed into a shelf in the wardrobe - and one had a large black stain on it. WiFi was very good but there were no usb / type C charging ports. TV was tiny in comparison to the size of the room and kept losing its signal. I also noted a blown lightbulb, but I guess this could have happened at any time. Breakfast was also disappointing, although the sausage was delicious and the highlight. They did provide a small gluten free option too, but I’m not sure if GF bread and non dairy milk is sufficient in and of themselves. The hotel claims a 4* rating and for that I would have at least expected tea/coffee table service. Instead I got it myself from a coffee machine. The coffee itself was very strong to the point of being undrinkable. Finally while speaking with staff it emerged that the Trip price, which supposedly included a huge discount was actually way over the standard price for a room with this hotel."

"Great hotel and services, however could do with more amenities such as basic toiletries and slippers or bathrobe. Was surprised that it was not included in the deluxe room and was only available for a more expensive room which makes no sense because it’s suppose to be a 4 Star hotel. Other than that everything was great. Friendly staff, cleaned regularly and were super helpful. Had breakfast on the first day, it was okay, could be better with more variety."
