Holiday Inn Express BELFAST CITY by IHG

The hotel was good. Location is good but they should work more on cleanliness. The room should be throughly clean before check in . In our cases there were some misses. Breakfast was good , they provided vegan sausages upon requesting For tea bags etc you have to ask them again and again they will only put 2 bags as standard

Located within walking distance to Queen's University Belfast and City center. With plenty of restaurant and convenient store nearby. Breakfast was awesome, generous spread. Private and secure car parking provide a peace of mind.

Amerikan breakfast only cornflakes🤔

The room was clean and tidy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast — there was a good variety of choices and the food was delicious. The location was also very convenient. The bed was fairly standard in terms of comfort, but overall we had a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The staff in the reception is very friendly and helpful as she allow us to have early check in. The room is clean & tidy and also very spacious as well. The bonus is the very good quality complimentary breakfast and free on site parking. Definitely come to stay in the future when visiting Belfast.

Excellent place to stay. The staff was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was amazing 👍👍👍

I felt this hotel was great value when you consider that they had free parking and a delicious breakfast buffet. All of the employees we encountered were so friendly and customer service oriented. I have to do a shout out to Alanna and Alexandria on the front desk. They did such a great job handing our two night reservation that was booked on two different booking sites. They also provided great information on how to orient us with downtown Belfast. I also have to comment on the breakfast buffet. Even with a busy bus tour that was dining at the same time we were, the buffet was well stocked and spotless, and the attendants made sure we had everything we needed. We would certainly stay here again. The rooms are clean and the beds are were so comfortable. This was a great place to call home as we explored Belfast!
