GGreat AThis is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again.

SSORAYYAExcellent hotel service , the location was great and only 15 min walk to the city centre . This will be our go to hotel in belfast . Also close to the titanic museum. The restaurant was very good and all the staff were very friendly.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, making us very welcome.
Parking was £18.00 for 24 hours at the value park, with the hotel discount.

ผผู้เข้าพักFrom the moment we stepped into The Hampton at Hilton Cental we were made very welcome. The check-in was a pleasure and very efficient. We were allowed up to our rooms early. Th e staff could not be more pleasant and helpful. The room was spotless 404. The bed was very comfy. The towels were fluffy and plentiful. The shower was fab. The breakfast staff were very helpful to find us a table very quickly even though the dining room was very busy.
Breakfast very tasty. I’m not at all surprised that the hotel has won Staff awards. We ll be back.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe location is super. The breakfast buffet is good with lots of choices and hot food. Cleanliness needs to be improved as we found an insect (a silverfish) in the bathroom. No toothbrush, toothpaste, etc. (Be prepared!) It was hard to pump the shampoo, shower gel out. Family room is spacious. Can get hot in the summer (bring your own electric fan! No fans or air conditioners in the rooms.)

ผผู้เข้าพักWe had a fantastic stay in The Malone. Lovely spacious room. Great breakfast, lovely bar food. Great to have free parking too. Nice relaxed hotel The hotel is located in a lovely area in Belfast, just around the corner from Queen’s university, Ulster Museum & the Botanic Gardens . Easy to walk to the town centre too. . All staff at the hotel were so friendly & helpful. I would highly recommend The Malone Hotel.

Mmarycon buagayanThis is my second stay at the Clayton Hotel, and overall, the experience was pleasant and the accommodations were comfortable. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, and the hotel offers good value for an overnight stay.
However, I observed that the reception staff could benefit from being more attentive and proactive in assisting guests. On several occasions, it seemed that guests were not immediately acknowledged, which can leave an impression of inattentiveness — particularly for international visitors.
My previous stay was three years ago, and I was hoping to see some improvement in this area. Consistent professionalism and warm hospitality at the front desk would significantly enhance the overall guest experience. I look forward to seeing positive changes on my next visit.

I had a pleasant stay at ibis Budget Hotel Belfast. The hotel is in a very good location, close to the city centre, shops, restaurants, and public transport. It is easy to reach and convenient for travellers.
The room was clean, simple, and comfortable, perfect for a short stay. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was neat and well maintained. The hotel staff were friendly, helpful, and polite during check-in and throughout the stay.
Breakfast was basic but good for the price. Overall, this is a good value-for-money hotel if you are looking for a clean, affordable place to stay in Belfast. I would recommend it for solo travellers, couples, or short business trips.
