This is a crown jewel in UK! Boutique hotel with fantastic service and hospitality. So friendly and world top notch professional service that only another 5-star hotel in Kensington London can compared to (in other words, other 5-star hotels can’t even reach such high standard). I got butler service. Front desk Hannah is very friendly and helpful with sweet smiles. Greeted by GM and was guided to see some suites. Breakfast is gorgeous. Suite is clean with top brand kitchen facility. You can’t find a better 5-star hotel at this room rate. I’ll definitely come to stay here again and again. Thanks so much for your great service!

What a wonderful experience at Regency House Restaurant. From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. The food was outstanding – beautifully presented, full of flavour, and showcasing real creativity. Whether you’re looking for a relaxed brunch, lunch with friends, or an evening dining experience, Regency House delivers on every level. It is a fantastic new addition to Belfast’s ever-growing food scene. A special mention must go to Chef Chris McClurg, whose passion, talent and creativity shine through every dish. His menu is a true celebration of quality local produce, delivering exceptional flavours with a modern touch. Chris has created a food offering that Belfast can be incredibly proud of, raising the bar and adding something truly special to the city’s dining scene. What truly makes this place special, however, is the people. Alice, Matthew and Louise provide the warmest of welcomes and genuinely exceptional service. Their passion, professionalism and attention to detail ensure every guest feels valued, making the whole experience even more memorable. Belfast continues to raise the bar for hospitality, and Regency House is a shining example of that. Wishing Chris, Alice, Matthew, Louise and the entire team every success. We had the most wonderful experience here- both the appointment and luxury of the rooms and shared spaces, as well as the over the top staff - including Isabell. We will highly recommend this lodging to anyone visiting Northern Ireland.

This is a lovely, elegant hotel, in a beautiful Regency townhouse across from a park, near Queen’s University. The breakfast was excellent and the room was spacious. However, what sets this hotel apart from others is the staff. The customer service was superb. The staff is professional, friendly and helpful. They made us feel extremely comfortable. Special acknowledgment to Max and Vicky who went out of their way to make us feel welcome.

From the minute you arrive until you leave the experience is exceptional. The welcome is warm ,the food gorgeous,the courtyard spa a treat and the location perfect. The wonderful Isobel at reception could not do enough for me and I have no doubt that if you decide to stay here that she will add to your stay also.

Myself and my friends had an absolutely fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were beyond amazing – friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They went above and beyond to make a birthday celebration feel truly special, with really thoughtful touches. The whole experience was seamless and memorable, and it was clear the team really cares about their guests. Can’t thank them enough for making such an important occasion so enjoyable. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

All I have to say is wow! My partner booked Regency house to celebrate our anniversary and to say I was absolutely blown away is an understatement. The area which the premises are is absolutely lovely. The location is great to go and explore areas of Belfast and is close to the Queens university which is a must see due to the beautiful architecture. Initially he had booked a standard room through *********** but upgraded the room directly. We ended up stopping in the courtyard suite. It had a large living area that was so beautifully decorated including a gorgeous fire and well equipped kitchenette, a lovely decorated bedroom with the comfiest bed I've ever slept in and a lovely bathroom with free standing copper bath. A nice little extra was the little secluded private courtyard. The premises were spotless and the house keepers provided a daily cleaning service to such a high standard. The rooms were very quiet and we were not disturbed at all during our stay. The staff were absolutely amazing and before we arrived my partner had arranged a variety of extras with the staff. We had private airport services and arranged a game of thrones tour transfer, huge shout out to Robert who did the majority of our transfers. He was really friendly and knowledgeable about the area so made the transfers very engaging. We arrange a in room massage with Stacey again this was amazing and the personal touches were lovely the massage was tailored to our requirements and Stacey was so professional and friendly. Breakfast was served in room and we also opted for in room dining which again was such a lovely touch and allowed us to enjoy the room. We did have some feedback on the food and this was taken on board immediately in a positive and reassuring way and following this there was such a significant improvement. The breakfast has such a varied menu and was pick as much as you can. Definitely kept us full for the majority of the day. The premises also contain a wellness center comprising of hot tub, plunge pool, gym and sauna. We were able to book this out privately and this was such a lovely touch. We were also able to order drinks to the area which added to the overall experience. We also had a drink in the drawing room which had a lovely atmosphere and the drinks were really good. Everything was very reasonably priced and definitely value for money. Nothing was ever too much and we were made to feel so at home and welcome. Thank you so much to Kiera, Isabella, Hannah and the rest of the staff who looked after us during our stay. This place will hold a special place in our hearts and we cannot wait to come and visit again.
