Premier Inn Belfast Titanic Quarter

Location is good. The room was spacious. Would prefer a harder bed. There’s a mall beside the hotel hence there are some food options.

Lovely modern room, well designed, comfortable beds. Staff very attentive and friendly .waterfront location. Perfect location for titanic exhibition and a short walk into the city. Spar shop on the doorstep and nandos, five guys very close by. This is a great value hotel thoroughly recommend it.

Disappointing stay. Given the wrong room initially,which wasn't particularly clean. Moved to the room that I had paid for but it was queried by staff and no apology offered. Not the usual upbeat pleasant staff. The room, however was fantastic and a more personable member of staff was on in the morning when we left. Didn't have food there.

The accommodation was close to the city airport, Titanic Museum and W5. We had booked 2 rooms, one for a family of 2ad, 2ch which was nice and spacious with 2 single beds and a double and it was clean and tidy. However my Mother In Law was in the 2nd room and her toilet had not been cleaned. She said that the water was brown and the bowl filthy! We mentioned this to reception who promptly moved her to another room which was much better. We stayed 3 nights over New Year and upon checking in we booked 2 x meal deals and an extra breakfast (we had a meal booked at Zizzis on the 1st evening so we couldn’t book this online at the time of booking as it automatically applies to all 3 nights) we were told that they had a reduced menu due to lack of deliveries and could not guarantee what items would be available for breakfast. Anyway the next morning we went down for breakfast and they did not have us on their list, despite booking the previous night. Thankfully we were able to get a table but unfortunately there were no sausages and they were not replenishing the cooked items very quickly at all, nothing seemed to be out at the same time so it was very disappointing. However, this did seem to improve for the following 2 mornings, although they still never managed to get a delivery of sausages. That evening our family came up to meet us and stay at the PI with us for the 2 remaining nights. We sat in the bar and asked what time they started serving food, only to be told that they were already fully booked from 6-7pm. We had 4 young children and a baby with us so could not wait until after 7pm, I had asked the receptionist on arrival if we needed to book into the restaurant and we were told that we didn’t and it was ‘walk in’ so we were again disappointed in the miscommunication. We ended up going around the corner and had a meal in Nando’s instead! Whilst the staff didn’t seem to be consistent in providing correct information they were all very helpful, friendly & did their best to ensure that we were looked after. Despite all the problems we had during our stay it was a good comfy hotel, nice and quiet and suited our needs. Maybe if we stayed at a different time of year they may have more staff on.

2 staff members in for the whole hotel. Waited 20 minutes just to get my room key activated. Then once I had walked round the whole ground floor of the hotel and saw no staff I had to go into the kitchen to get a porter who activated my card. No bar staff. No food available as no staff to cook, served or take payment for it.
