Overall good location, well refurbished, friendly staff, quick check in/out.  The only thing need to improve is the basement parking where your car maybe dirty by bird ****.

Stayed at Swiss-Belhotel Kuantan and it was such a relaxing experience. The environment is peaceful and perfect for a short escape from the city. The hotel is located right by the beach, so you get a beautiful natural vibe throughout your stay. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — plenty of space to unwind and enjoy. Hotel facilities are great, including a swimming pool, gym, kids-friendly areas, and dining options, all well-maintained and convenient for both couples and families. The highlight is definitely the view 🌅 You can catch both stunning sunrise and sunset by the beach, which makes it extra special. Waking up to the sea view and ending the day with golden sunset moments is just perfect.

From the moment we arrived, the check-in process was seamless and professionally handled, setting a positive tone for the entire stay. The residence itself exceeded expectations—the unit was impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and carried a warm, home-like ambiance that made settling in effortless. One of the standout features was the in-unit washing machine, complemented by an ample number of hangers—an understated yet highly practical touch that made longer stays especially convenient. Despite visiting during the holiday peak, the overall environment remained comfortable and well-managed, without feeling overly crowded. Parking was straightforward, with a designated lot and clear guidance provided, ensuring a hassle-free experience throughout. For families, the mini waterpark is a wonderful addition, offering both fun and convenience. The proximity to the beach further enhances the appeal, allowing for relaxing seaside moments just a short walk away. Additionally, having a convenience store right outside the residence adds to the overall ease and comfort of the stay. In every sense, this stay offers exceptional value. It strikes a perfect balance between comfort, functionality, and relaxation—truly embodying the essence of a “home away from home.” A happy mom makes a happy family 😊

2. Satisfactory With Room for Improvement The overall stay was decent, with the hotel offering a pleasant décor and a generally comfortable environment. Cleanliness met basic expectations, though certain areas could benefit from more consistent upkeep. Hospitality was polite but occasionally lacked promptness and attention to detail. With some improvements in service quality and housekeeping standards, the hotel could deliver a much better experience.

ก่อนจองก็อ่านเจอคอมเมนต์ไม่ดีมาบ้าง แต่คิดว่าพักแค่คืนเดียวเลยไม่ได้ใส่ใจอะไรมากนัก แต่กลับกลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ดีเกินคาดสำหรับเราค่ะ แม้ว่าวิวจากห้องพักจะไม่ได้สวยงามอะไรมากนัก แต่สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก ความสะอาด และของใช้ต่าง ๆ ถือว่าดีและครบครันเกินคาด เจ้าหน้าที่ก็ดูแลดีมาก ๆ ตอบข้อความเร็วสุด ๆ เลยค่ะ ถ้าใครอยากชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้น แนะนำที่นี่เลยค่ะ เพราะทำเลดีมาก สามารถขับรถไปไม่ไกลจากโรงแรมเพื่อชมพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นได้เลย คนไปดูเยอะด้วยค่ะ โดยรวมแล้ว ถ้าได้กลับมาอีกจะจองที่นี่ซ้ำแน่นอนค่ะ

Great! Easy check in even though we arrived late. Nicely decorated, clean and well equipped unit. Good local food within walking distance. Reserved parking lot provided in the building but we found it easier to park outside.
