We booked last minute because the price was so good we couldn’t resist. First time staying here over night but have eaten at their dinner buffet here about 13 years ago. The room was so nice and so was the shower and bathroom. We had the view of the lighthouse and the ocean which was super nice. Breakfast was included with our hotel voucher and it was the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. So many options and I got so full and didn’t even get to try everything unfortunately. I’d definitely stay again since I don’t live too far from there. Just need to find certain days when prices are under $100 when usually they’re at least $250 minimum without breakfast being included.

The check in was very easy, as was finding the location along of the villa on the beach. The condo/villa is absolutely stunning with a view of the ocean that cannot be beat. We appreciated the gorgeous sunsets, the pool and soaking tub on the 2nd floor balcony, and the outstanding views of the beach and island (Yojima) in the distance. The beds were some of the most comfortable we slept in while in Japan. We deeply appreciated the amenities - breakfast and food delivery (sausages, veggies, fresh bread, eggs and drinks) upon arrival, and found the layout of the house was fantastic for our family of 5. With two sleeping areas downstairs (kids), and an upstairs master bedroom (parents), we had MORE than enough space. One thing we would have liked about the location description online is an understanding that there is VERY little near by in terms of restaurants, convenience stores, etc. Depending on the weather, not much is walkable within 15-20 minutes. We ate at the Taco Rice restaurant, and walked 30 minutes to a local supermarket, and we drove the other places we needed to go. Also, the general impression we got from the website was that you can access the beach directly from the villa - sort of a, ”walk out to the sand” idea. You cannot. There is a 6-foot wall that separates the bottom floor of the villa with the actual beach area (needed for water level rising during storms, we get that :))... but there is no way down without jumping, nor a path to the beach (from our #3/C Villa, at least). We ended up jumping down the retaining wall using their small gate, walking around to a local business area that had a clear path, and accessing the beach that way. This was fine, don't get me wrong. Also, while the view is spectacular (and it really is), there is a TON of rebar from a former construction project (unfinished, we asked around) that sticks up out of the ocean at low, or extremely low tide (both of which we experienced while visiting - the extremely low tide happens each new/full moon, we were told). When this occurs, the beach stretches for 550 yards. We were able to ”walk and explore” (careful of course of the coral!), but for 1.5 days, we had a view of tons and tons of rebar sticking straight out of the sand, that stretched for 100s of yards in each direction. Again, this did not ruin anything, but it would be nice to know when booking a pricey room. I think the views are outstanding, given the timing you take the photo :) Overall, we would likely not stay again for the price, but it was a relaxing and splurge-y way to get that Okinawa sunset in at the end of long trip (5 weeks) in Japan. We are grateful for this adventure and my shared experience in this review is simply to help families understand more about the property. We traveled in mid-July. Thank you!

โรงแรมนี้แนะนำสุดๆ เลยค่ะ ห้องพักไม่เล็กเลย แต่สะอาดมากๆ ชอบอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำที่จัดเตรียมไว้ให้มาก การเดินทางสะดวกสบายมากๆ มีรถไฟฟ้าอยู่หน้าโรงแรม และใกล้สถานีขนส่ง เดินออกมาใกล้ๆ ก็เจอร้านสะดวกซื้อ 2 ร้าน ร้าน Toritama ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนอร่อยมากๆ พอเดินเที่ยวมาเหนื่อยๆ ทั้งวัน กลับมาแช่ออนเซ็นที่โรงแรมคือสบายผ่อนคลายเต็มที่เลย โรงแรมมีลูกค้าคนท้องถิ่นค่อนข้างเยอะ

Review of Onna Resort, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Onna Resort for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Spacious resort– Very roomy and comfortable, easily fits 7–8 people. Perfect for families or groups of friends. • Clean and well-maintained – The entire resort was spotless and felt well cared for. • View exactly as shown in photos – Stunning ocean view that matches the listing. Great for enjoying sunrise and sunset. • Beach nearby – A beach is within walking distance. While it may not be the best in Okinawa, it’s still nice for a stroll or quick swim. • Washer and dryer setup – Includes both a washer-dryer combo and a separate dryer, which is especially handy for drying towels and clothes after swimming. • Well-equipped kitchen – Good selection of cookware and appliances for preparing meals. • Private and quiet surroundings – Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Inconsistent check-in information – The email offered early check-in, and a staff member via video call said I could check in at 2pm. But when I arrived, another staff said it was 3pm. This communication gap should be addressed. • Missing basic items – No cups or glasses were provided, obviously an oversight by the cleaning staff. • Limited towel supply – Towels are provided strictly based on headcount. Given the proximity to the beach, it would be more convenient to offer a few extra towels without needing to ask. • Limited Coffee Supply - The resort provides coffee bags based on headcount as well, which was insufficient for guests who consume two or three cups daily. A more generous and considerate coffee supply would enhance the experience. • Insufficient tableware – Only two large plates were provided. It would be more practical to include additional small dishes, rice bowls, and condiment plates (e.g. for soy sauce or wasabi), especially for guests who plan to cook. • Lack of basic cooking ingredients – It would be helpful if staple items like cooking oil, salt, and pepper were provided to make meal preparation more convenient. • No power outlets near beds – Most sockets were located low on the wall and away from sleeping areas, making it inconvenient to charge phones or devices overnight. • Weak Wi-Fi signal in places – Internet connection was spotty in some areas of the villa, although it offers several wifi spots within the resort, but still weak

หญ้าใกล้ๆ กันจะมีแมลงเยอะ ในบางมุมของห้องพักโรงแรมมีใยแมงมุม  พบแมลงที่หัวเตียงก่อนเข้านอนและผ้าปูที่นอนมีคราบสีเหลือง  เสียดายมีแมลงเยอะจนใช้สระว่ายน้ําไม่ได้เลย  แนะนําว่าทางโรงแรมสามารถจัดหาของไล่แมลงได้บ้าง ราคาโรงแรมไม่ถูกและทําเลไม่สะดวก  นึกไม่ถึงว่าไม่มีใครช่วยขนกระเป๋าไปที่ห้องหลังเช็คอิน อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกน้อย ถ้าคะแนนเต็ม 10 คะแนน อัตราส่วนราคา/ประสิทธิภาพสามารถดีกว่า 6 คะแนนเท่านั้น

1. อาหารเช้าเป็นไฮไลท์เลยค่ะ มีซุปเต้าหู้โอกินาว่าอร่อยมาก แถมยังมีพาสต้าหมึกดำอีกด้วย ทานได้ถึงสิบโมงเช้าเลยนะคะ 2. ห้องพักไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่คิดค่ะ ค่อนข้างเล็ก ขนาดเท่าโรงแรมแบบประหยัดเลย 3. ผ้าปูที่นอนบางมาก ครั้งแรกเจอผ้าปูที่นอนขาด พนักงานที่แผนกต้อนรับช่วยเปลี่ยนผ้าปูที่นอนให้เรียบร้อยเลยค่ะ 4. ที่ทำการไปรษณีย์ข้างโรงแรมเป็นอีกหนึ่งไฮไลท์ค่ะ น่าไปเดินเล่น 5. สามารถเดินไป Don Quijote ได้ด้วยค่ะ 6. ใกล้โรงแรมยังมี Yoshinoya ซึ่งเป็นร้านที่ไม่ค่อยมีในโอกินาว่าเท่าไหร่

ข้อดี: 1. ห้องใหญ่มาก! เคยพักโรงแรมในญี่ปุ่นมาหลายครั้งแล้ว แต่ห้องนี้สามารถกางกระเป๋าเดินทางขนาด 28 นิ้วได้ถึงสองใบ! แถมยังมีเก้าอี้ให้นั่งสองตัวอีกด้วย! ราคาไม่ถึง 400 เยน และเมื่ออัตราแลกเปลี่ยนลดลง ราคาที่จ่ายจริงก็ถูกกว่าตอนจองอีกด้วย 2. สวยงามมาก! โรงแรมใหม่มาก ระเบียงบนชั้นดาดฟ้ามองเห็นทัศนียภาพของเมืองนาฮาทั้งหมด (ระเบียงปิดตอนสี่ทุ่ม) มองเห็นรถไฟ Yui Rail เข้าสถานีอย่างช้าๆ บรรยากาศสบายมาก! วิวสวยมาก! 3. บริการดีเยี่ยม! แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะไม่มีน้ำร้อนให้ (มีกาต้มน้ำแต่เรากลัวไม่สะอาด) เมื่อเราถามพนักงานต้อนรับ พนักงานก็ช่วยเราขอน้ำร้อนจากบาร์กาแฟให้เป็นพิเศษ 4. สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน! มีเครื่องซักผ้า 6 เครื่อง เครื่องทำน้ำแข็ง และเครื่องจำหน่ายสินค้าอัตโนมัติ สะดวกมาก การเช็คเอาท์สามารถทำได้โดยตรงผ่านทีวี ไม่ต้องไปที่แผนกต้อนรับ ซึ่งดีมาก 5. อยู่ใกล้กับร้านค้าเนื้อวัว Ishigaki Beef เดินไม่ถึงห้านาที มีร้านปิ้งย่างมากมายในบริเวณใกล้เคียง ข้อเสีย: 1. มีเสียงรบกวนบ้าง เนื่องจากหน้าต่างหันออกถนน แม้จะปิดหน้าต่างแล้วก็ยังได้ยินเสียงมอเตอร์ไซค์วิ่งผ่านเป็นบางครั้งในตอนกลางคืน โชคดีที่เรานอนหลับง่าย แต่ถ้าใครที่อ่อนไหวต่อเสียงรบกวนควรพิจารณา 2. ทำเลที่ตั้งปานกลาง แม้จะอยู่ใกล้กับร้านอาหารเช้าและร้านปิ้งย่างที่เราอยากลอง แต่ก็ค่อนข้างไกลจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้าและถนน Kokusai Dori เราได้ส่งกระเป๋าเดินทางจากสนามบินไปโรงแรมโดยตรง และตอนกลับก็เรียกแท็กซี่ไปสนามบิน (ประมาณ 70 เยน+) เลยไม่ได้รู้สึกถึงความลำบาก แต่ถ้าต้องลากกระเป๋าเดินทางไปเอง อาจจะรู้สึกเหนื่อยได้? ตอนไป Kokusai Dori ก็โอเค แต่ตอนเดินกลับโรงแรมหลังจากเดินเที่ยวแล้วรู้สึกค่อนข้างเหนื่อย 3. ไม่แน่ใจว่าเป็นแบบนี้ทั้งโอกินาวาหรือไม่ แต่รู้สึกว่าผลิตภัณฑ์บำรุงผิวที่ได้จากแผนกต้อนรับเจือจางมาก และบรรจุภัณฑ์ก็เปียกง่าย บีบออกมาได้ไม่เยอะแต่ก็หกเลอะเทอะไปหมด ไม่ค่อยชอบเท่าไหร่ โดยรวมแล้ว สำหรับฉันเอง ทั้งราคา ทำเล และสภาพแวดล้อมดีมาก ครั้งหน้าก็จะเลือกพักที่โรงแรมนี้อีกครั้ง
