Здравствуйте! Персонал по- русски не говорит, раннее заселение за дополнительную плату невозможно. Персонал медленный, номерной фонд ооочень старый и дряхлый. К сожалению, на сайте фотографии нн соответствуют номерам отеля. Отель полностью вегетарианский, единственное что радует это самое близкое к пляжу месторасположение из всех отелей которые рядом. Не уверен, что ещё раз поеду в этот отель и уж тем более не буду советовать друзьям.

The first thing I will say about this hotel is that it is great if you want to be able to stay at a hotel and relax there. The location is very isolated and its quite, tucked against the river. Its a beautiful scenery. However, if you stay here you will need some form of transport (I hired a bike for 500 rupees a day) in order to get yourself around. The hotel was clean and the swimming pool was good. It had a bar area and the breakfast was nice. The balconies that are attached are great for sitting in the evenings. I went here during off peak season and enjoyed it, but you 100% need to hire a bike in order to explore the surrounding areas.

It was easy. Simple. Convenient! Helpful staff. Especially Bari 🙏. Raul was great help too! So happy for this stay here and can’t wait to come back

Красивая территории, хорошее расположение, терраса с видом на заросли побережья, в новый год был отличный вид на все салюты побережья. Отель делал и свой салют. Расположен на удалении от дороги, звуков дороги не слышно. Есть свой СПА. Бассейн, территория с 12 шезлонгами - всегда хватает. Заказ на еду и напитки примут прямо у шезлонга. У бассейна играет легкий джаз, поэтому музыку, доносящуюся с прибрежных клубов, не слышно. Отличная альтернатива пляжу. Питьевая вода в номерах, кому важно, в многоразовых бутылках. Дополнительное спальное место - матрас, толстый, удобный. Персонал очень доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Завтраки - достойные, голодным не уйдёшь. На заказ делают омлет и яичницу. Единственное пожелание к отелю - заведите, пожалуйста, кофе-машину :)

При бронировании был указан номер с балконом, по факту в предоставленном номере «балкон» так называемый был, но использовать его не представлялось возможным, так как он не был оборудован для этого, отсутствовали стулья и стол, вид выходил на забор, не было даже элементарной сушилки для купальных принадлежностей, хотя отель расположен на берегу моря и предполагает купание. Как потом сушить купальники- загадка. Приходилось выкручиваться своими силами. В номере в течении дня стол жидкий скрежет, этажом выше, на крыше проводились либо ремонтные работы, либо там размещался персонал, и всё время по полу двигали тяжелую мебель, в обед ребенок спать не мог , да и в целом при таком музыкальном сопровождении в номере находиться не возможно. Каждую ночь в 1:30 мы с семьей просыпались от криков и смеха. Как позже мы догадались, у сотрудников заканчивалась смена и они шли в свои апартаменты и отдыхали, создавая такой шум для постояльцев. Мы были вынуждены несколько ночей подряд звонить на ресепшен и просить устранить шум. Воду отель предоставлял не в упакованных бутылках, а в открытых стеклянных , в которые вода заливалась сотрудниками из каких больших пластиковых бутылок. Конечно же после использования такой воды , мы всей семьей отравились. Несомненным достоинством отеля являет мяч его территория, красивые пальмы, близость к морю, но всё это не достаточно ухоженное.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location is superb—just a minute's walk from the sea, making beach access incredibly easy. We were very impressed with the grounds; the territory is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a peaceful retreat. Our twin cottage was perfect: clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable for two. Having a lovely on-site cafe was a huge convenience, and stepping out brings you right onto Arambol's lively streets, full of shops and restaurants, all within easy walking distance. A small but highly appreciated perk was the two complimentary bottles of water provided daily. The only minor inconvenience we faced was that some of our European chargers didn't fit the sockets, but the reception staff were quick to provide an adapter, sorting the issue immediately. Highly recommend for a relaxed yet convenient Goan holiday!
