I stay here once a year as it is not far from the NEC in Birmingham. The location of the hotel is perfect as so close to the motorway but feels like you are in countryside as so quiet and relaxing. It could probably do with a little TLC as the some of the furniture in my room was looking a little tired but still very clean. The staff are lovely and helpful with good service. I have been to this hotel many times over the years and only used the swimming pool once which is the only downside to this place. I would not use again as not the relaxing hotel experience I anticipated as was very busy. Priority appears to be given to the paying public over hotel residents and the changing room was disgusting with used towels piled high on the floor. Staff were stood around having a laugh with their mates and had to interrupt to ask where to get towels then had to ask another member of the public how to open the lockers. I would continue to use this hotel but wouldn’t risk the swimming pool again.

Friendly reception. Good-sized room, comfortable bed. Quiet location (currently) by Millennium Point. Bus and tram stops right outside. Short walk from town.

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

This hotel building had marked its golden jubilee. Well maintain and upgraded. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast with variety. Walkable to symphony hall, ICC, Mailbox. Chargable carpark by 3rd party via staircase underneath. Highly recommend.

เราเลือกโรงแรมนี้เนื่องจากอยู่ใกล้กับโรงละคร Hippodrome และสถานีรถไฟ New Street ซึ่งทั้งหมดใช้เวลาเดินจากกันเพียง 5 นาที ห้องพักกว้างขวาง สะอาด และสะดวกสบาย เรามีปัญหากับเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องแรกของเรา แต่เราย้ายไปห้องอื่นได้อย่างรวดเร็ว อาหารเช้าดีมีตัวเลือกเพียงพอเพื่อตอบสนองทุกรสนิยมและความต้องการ

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.
