All staff were excellent always very helpful, facilities need refreshing hotel needs sprucing up, gym equipment tired and ripped Pool small. Chairs in the bar area either dirty or broken, very busy hotel trying to be too many things to too many people. Tried to book Spa on Saturday or Sunday both full. Breakfast basic to say the least. It was a shame, as once again the staff made our stay.

ทําเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมดีมาก สามารถเดินไปยัง Bullring และร้านค้าและร้านอาหารส่วนใหญ่ แต่ที่จอดรถค่อนข้างเดินผ่านพื้นที่ที่ไม่ค่อยดี แถมที่จอดรถที่ใกล้กว่านั้นไม่ได้ 24 ชั่วโมง คืนหนึ่งหลังอาหารเย็นที่เสร็จแล้วสาย ฉันพลาดเวลาปิดที่จอดรถและต้องจอดที่ลานจอดรถที่อยู่ห่างออกไป ในส่วนของความสะอาดห้องพักโดยรวมสะอาด แต่ผ้าเช็ดตัวไม่สะอาด ออกจาก 6 คืนที่ฉันพักที่นั่น 3 คืน ฉันต้องขอเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัวเพราะผ้าเช็ดตัวใหม่ที่ใส่ในห้องของฉันมีคราบต่างๆ

This hotel was perfect for an overnight stay fir work the bed was extremely comfortable room Very bright and clean reception was lovely the lady on night shift very chatty and welcoming Breakfast was perfect nice spaces and food choice of food fully recommend this hotel and credit to the manager

Overall good, the room looks a bit dated and the AC was not working so had a warm evening. The shower took about 5 mins to work but overall good for the money.

It was a good decision to stay at this hotel. Location is very idle with loads of shopping amenties around. Excellent reception services and they accommodated the additional day stay at the property. Under building car park with a reasonable price for 24 hours. Lovely room facilities and amazing breakfast with so many things to eat from. Must recommended.

Great location – about a 5–6 minute walk from the train station, and Chinatown is right outside the hotel, so it’s very convenient for food and getting around. The room was quite spacious, which was nice since I stayed here with my partner for a Valentine’s Day trip. That said, the facilities feel a bit outdated, and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom weren’t very stable.

This hotel was fabulous, definitely recommend the stay. Staff are friendly, rooms kept clean, lots of things to do if you do not want to travel outside the hotel. Would 100% recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for the perfect break.
