Прекрасный отель, вежливые приятные люди на ресепшен, помогали во всем, спасибо! Отличное местоположение, все очень понравилось, небольшой минус, который подпортил впечатление - в первый день не положили полотенце для ног, во второй день не положили полотенце и для ног и еще два больших полотенца. А так все здорово, рекомендую!

Классный отель:) Чисто, расположение супер, завтраки вкусные и вполне разнообразные. Сервис на высшем уровне, очень красивые и культурные девушки и молодые люди стоят на ресепшен. Понравилась косметика в санузле, зря взяла свои шампуни и кондиционеры.

체크인 할때 따뜻한 쿠키를 주셔서 환대받는 느낌이 좋았어요. 웰컴드링크정도는 받아봤지만 수제 쿠키는 첨이라 색다른 느낌이랄까 기분이 좋아지더라고요~~~~ 깨끗했고요,침대도 넓고 좋았어요.조금이지만 창문을 열수있어서 좋았어요. 메트로도 걸어다닐만 했어요.버스도 삼거리라 가는방향이 많아서 타기도 좋았어요.스파도 무료라 괜찮은거 같았어요~~~제가 원하는 탕은 없고,스팀사우나만 있어서 보고만 왔어요.

This Hotel is New but location wasn’t in the center of the city , it is 15 mins to drive or 45 mins to walk to central however there’s 5 mins walk away from Metro. The Room was clean, very clean, praise for their housekeeping!, Spacious and well- appointed. The bed was comfortable and the amenities provided were much appreciated. I booked a standard room w/out breakfasts or meal so no comment about the food. Overall, my experience at this hotel is rated 4star, I was pleasantly surprised by the level of service and accommodations provided at such a low rate. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to friends and family and look forward to staying with them again in the future.

Здорово! До этого останавливались в другом отеле, но нам в Авиатрансе не понравилось и мы решили поменять отель. И не прогадали! Цена чуть выше, но персонал - выше всяких похвал! Пару раз спросили, все ли хорошо у нас в номере? Завтрак хороший. Ребенок проспал завтрак и нам разрешили взять еду с собой в номер. В номере прекрасные халаты и косметика. Всего достаточно. Вода, 2 капсулы кофе, чай. До ближайшего обменника в магазине sas с хорошим курсом всего 300 метров. В кафе варят шикарный армянский кофе. Пожалуй, мы с удовольствием вернемся в этот отель еще раз, если будем в Ереване.

Хороший отель в центре Еревана, номера стандарт не большие , обычные но уютные ) отличный  wi fi на всей территории, большой открытый бассейн , сауна и отличный, большой тренажерный зал. Завтраки обильные , выбор большо , кофе вкусный ) Есть небольшие нюансы по сервису и персоналу, но обещали  исправится) Отель, после небольшого косяка сделал мне комплимент в баре а так же разрешил остаться в номере до 19:00 , за что огромное спасибо 🙏 Менеджеры и руководство отеля очень внимательные и отзывчивые.

ตอนแรกได้ห้องสุดท้ายชั้นล่าง ซึ่งต่างจากห้องในรูปโดยสิ้นเชิง เลยลงไปต่อรองและเปลี่ยนห้องเอง สุดท้าย Ctrip ก็ยอมเปลี่ยนทัศนคติ แต่พบว่าโรงแรมต่างประเทศส่วนใหญ่ที่ Ctrip และ Qunar จองไว้เป็นห้องสุดท้ายชั้นล่าง และห้องที่จองตอนจองก็เป็นห้องธรรมดา ไม่รู้ว่าราคาที่ Ctrip ต่อรองไว้ถูกหรือโรงแรมไม่สนใจรีวิวใน Ctrip กันแน่ เพราะผู้เข้าชมมีแต่คนจีนเท่านั้น พวกเขาสนใจรีวิวใน Booking มากกว่า เพราะคนทั้งโลกเห็นรีวิวได้ รูปที่ 1 คือห้องที่ Ctrip ให้เป็นครั้งแรก รูปที่ 2 คือรูปโปรโมต และรูปที่ 3 คือห้องที่ Ctrip เปลี่ยนใหม่ภายหลัง

ความประทับใจแรกพบจากแผนกต้อนรับด้วยวิธีที่เป็นประโยชน์และเป็นมืออาชีพ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและสะดวกสบาย โรงแรมไม่มีกาแฟ / ชาบาร์ ทําเลที่ตั้งดีมากคุณสามารถเห็นโบสถ์ Zoravor Surp Astvatsatsin ที่สวยงาม

โรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราพักในคอเคซัส! ขนาดห้องก็ใหญ่ ชอบบริการระดับมืออาชีพที่แผนกต้อนรับห้องพักสะอาดมากอาหารเช้าที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจหลังจากรับประทานอาหารเช้าสองวันในโรงแรมพนักงานที่เอาใจใส่มากในพื้นที่อาหารเช้าแม้กระทั่งนามสกุลของฉัน นั่นเป็นความประหลาดใจที่น่ารื่นรมย์ สนุกกับทุกช่วงเวลาที่นี่และเศร้าที่จะจากไป จะแนะนําให้ทุกคนมาพักอย่างแน่นอน!!!

I’ve never written a bad hotel review ever in my life, but unfortunately, here it goes. It’s a shame since other past reviews are very positive, but I need to be frank and honest about my experience and will be diving the ratings according to subcategories so that it is fair, since some aspects of the stay were great and some not so much. Check in process: 2 stars This is not the ‘typical’ hotel entrance where the lobby is on the ground floor. The floor in which you enter is 1/f. The floor of the hotel is 4/f, but this is clearly stated as a signage at the entrance (see photo attached). Upon arrival, I went towards the hotel entrance . There, I stood in front of an operating system, where guests would need to enter the hotel using a key fob. Of course, I wouldn’t have this key fob at hand at check in. There are no clear instructions in any language above the operator stating how you should call the receptionist using the operator to open the door for you (refer to attached photo). Thankfully, a passerby was kind enough to help me call the receptionist and asked her to open the door for me. It is also better to have mobile data at hand so you can communicate with the staff via whatsapp text/call if you cannot enter, since I think this is the faster means of communicating with guests. When I checked in, I explained my confusion to entering the building. I told the receptionist lady that I couldn’t enter since there are no instructions in any language above the operator. She then had the audacity to tell me that there ARE indeed instructions above the operator im English, and I should have followed it. Again, the photo I attached shows no such instructions, so I do not comprehend what she is talking about at all. Upon departure, I voiced out these issues, and the more reasonable receptionists said that they usually send these check in details via email, though I had not received such email(s). Noise level and disturbance: 2 stars My room had really thin walls and you can easily hear people passing through in the hallway. I got to a room with a balcony and up until 2 am, I still continuously heard 2 women talking loudly non-stop in the room next to me. To attempt to put a halt to this, I called the receptionist using the calling button thrice in my room, since the initial receptionist lady who checked me in said they provided 24 hour service, and to my dismay, no one bothered answering me. I had to personally take matters into my own hands and asked them to keep it down. Room and amenities: 5 stars In terms of amenities provided within the room and how it was renovated and all, it deserves 5 stars. It was clean and the amenities provided were plentiful for a short stay.
