โรงแรมสวย เงียบมาก แม้จะอยู่บนถนนที่วุ่นวาย พนักงานทุกคนเป็นมิตรและช่วยเหลือดีมาก โรงแรมมีความปลอดภัยสูง ดังนั้นจึงไม่มีคนแปลกหน้าและแท็กซี่ผ่านได้เว้นแต่ได้รับอนุญาต อาหารเช้าเป็นความผิดหวังเพียงอย่างเดียวสําหรับฉันเพราะฉันคาดหวังความหลากหลายมากขึ้นเหมือนโรงแรมฮิลตันที่ฉันเคยพักมา ฉันจะยังคงอยู่ที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

โรงแรม 5 ดาว ทําเลที่ตั้งสวยงาม แต่จําไว้ว่าสําหรับตัวเลือกอาหารคุณจํากัดเฉพาะตัวเลือกอาหารของโรงแรม ราคาสูง แต่อาหารดี ตัวเลือกอาหารเช้า 1: บุฟเฟ่ต์ 2: ลาคาร์ท เราเลือกกล่องอาหารเช้าตามสั่ง คุณต้องมีรถในการขนส่งเพราะแท็กซี่ไม่ง่ายหากไม่มีความช่วยเหลือจากโรงแรม แท็กซี่ต้องมาจาก 22 กม ที่อยู่อีกต่อไปของ Bursa ห้องพักของโรงแรมสะอาดสะอ้านสะอาดและกว้างขวางพร้อมผ้าปูที่นอนสุดหรู ระเบียงส่วนตัวขนาดใหญ่เชื่อมต่อกับห้องพักเพื่อการพักผ่อน

The hotel is in a great location. You can use the thermal pools and spa until late hours, which is a big plus. I have stayed here twice, and both times I was very satisfied. The staff are genuinely attentive and helpful. The breakfast impressed me a lot — there was a wide variety of options. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Çok güzel  bir otel. Yalnızca klima sesi bazen rahatsız edebiliyor onun haricinde kusursuzdu.

We had an amazing experience at Mövenpick Hotel Bursa, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. From the elegant interiors to the warm hospitality, it truly delivers a 5 star experience in every sense. The location is excellent, close to downtown Bursa yet peaceful, with easy access to major attractions, shopping malls, and dining spots. The views of the city and surrounding mountains from our room were absolutely stunning, especially at night. Our room was spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was equipped with high end amenities. Every detail, from lighting to layout, made the stay relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding. The staff were courteous, professional, and genuinely attentive to every request. Check in was smooth, and the team made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast at Mövenpick was a highlight, a beautiful buffet spread with a wide range of Turkish and international dishes, freshly baked pastries, and excellent coffee. The restaurant staff were always friendly and made dining a pleasant experience. Overall, Mövenpick Bursa combines Swiss precision with Turkish warmth, offering comfort, great service, and luxury in one place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return on our next visit to Bursa. Highly recommended for families, couples, or anyone looking for a peaceful yet luxurious getaway!

Our stay at Ceylan Splend'or Uludağ was truly unforgettable and exceeded all expectations. From the moment we arrived, the experience felt luxurious, peaceful, and perfectly designed for relaxation. The hotel is brand new, beautifully designed, and located in a stunning mountain setting. The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. It was a nice hotel in a nice location we were there to enjoy ski in Uludag but we wanted to stay in city and had great access to restaurants and malls by 5 minutes walk staff were nice and I prefer bursa to Istanbul and this location was great , moreover valet service was great and concierge was so helpful

Merhaba Otele rezervasyon yaptırırken spa şeçeneği ile birlikte rezervasyon detayımı tamamladım fakat oteli ziyaret ettiğim de giriş için spanın tadilat da olduğunu ve hizmet vermediğini belirttiler , bunun bilgilendirmesini daha önceden gerçekleştirmiş olmalarını talep ederdim sorun etmeyerek açık havuzunu kullanarak devam etmek istedim fakat havuz inanılmaz pisti içerisin de ölmüş bir sürü arı ve sinek barındırmaktaydı . Bu konu daha hassas davranılamasını talep etmekteyim .

Из минусов: отель старый, в коридорах нет ковров и соотвественно слышно буквально все, дверь в номер такая же как межкомнатная. То есть никакая. Номер требует обновления . Поспать и отдохнуть толком не удалось, слишком шумно. Шторы тоже обычные, свет бьет утром в окно. из плюсов: хороший завтрак; прекрасная спа зона и бани; прекрасный персонал!
