Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Amritsar, Mall Road was outstanding in every way. The service is truly way above expectations — warm, attentive, and consistently professional. A special mention to Mr. Raghav Mehta and the entire Front Office team for their exceptional care and leadership. The restaurant staff were equally impressive, and the bell boy and security team ensured we felt welcomed and well looked after from the moment we arrived. The rooms were extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, and thoughtfully prepared. After a long journey, we had the most refreshing snooze — exactly what we needed. The food was excellent, and the gym facilities were well-maintained and convenient. An all-round 10/10 experience — we highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Amritsar.

ITC Raja Sansi is a wonderful property and our stay was good. The staff was professional and warm. Food was good too! Access to the room and privacy needs significant improvement. The ground floor rooms are unable to sit with curtains open. Even with the sheers closed, there is complete.visibility inside. Further small housekeeping gaps like mini bar not working and not stocked, just one towel in the bathroom despite double occupancy etc were some gaps.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลยุทธศาสตร์ ฉันเช็คอินตอนดึกและมันก็ค่อนข้างไม่เป็นที่นิยมเพราะเจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกกําลังเย็นอยู่บนโซฟาจนฉันต้องโทรหาพวกเขา ฉันยังโทรหาเจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกสองครั้งเพื่อช่วยฉันขนสัมภาระ แต่ไม่มีใครรับโทรศัพท์เป็นเวลา 4-5 ครั้ง และเมื่อฉันตอบไม่มีใครมาช่วยฉันจริงๆ จนฉันเดินลงไปและแจ้งพวกเขาอีกครั้ง ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า แต่โดยรวมโอเค

This is what i would call a perfect hotel if i can call one... Nothing was amiss and stay was comfortable beyond our expectations. Be it room, be it staff , be it buffet , be it location...just what anyone can expect. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here again

คนไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรที่แผนกต้อนรับเนื่องจากไม่มีข้อมูลให้เพียงพอ พนักงานต้องอบรม คุณภาพอาหารดีและพนักงานในห้องอาหารดีมาก ห้องพักดีแต่ขาด ***y ของใช้อํานวยความสะดวกอีกอย่างซึ่งเป็นปกติสําหรับโรงแรมแบบนี้ ทุกครั้งที่จําเป็นต้องขอสินค้าที่ขาดหายไปบางทีผ้าเช็ดตัวและรองเท้าแตะซึ่งหงุดหงิดมาก นี้เกิดขึ้นในตอนก่อนเข้าพักด้วยและเค้าส่งเมลล์ขอโทษแต่ไม่ได้ทํางานผ่านข้อมูล

We stayed here for 2 days and booked total 3 rooms. Overall experience was amazing. Rooms are big and beautiful. They were clean and well organised. Each and every staff member was humble and helpful. The pool experience was really good. Best thing for my boy. He was very happy. The view from our room was amazing. Even from roof top you will witness thee beauty of Amritsar. We had breakfast here and special appreciation for food/restaurant staff. They were a great host. Again it was a great experience. I totally enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back

Самый комфортный для меня отель в Чардигархе. Щаботливый сервис, в номере все есть , даже весы. Шикарная кровать и белоснежное белье, не хочется вылезать. 24ч фитнес, и бассейн, хоть и небольшой но приятный. Много сикхов при входе в нарядных тюрбанах. Люблю сикхов

Front office not welcome only follow me and friend and requested us to do the hotel reviews service . I'm stay 2 night they not clean my rooms .food good restaurants good .
