This is our second stay in the hotel. The room was better than before, with clean couch. It’s spacious has large bed, thick mattress and balcony (but mostly for pigeons). The breakfast is good — you can eat something light, like toasts with jam or something more hearty, like meat and soup. For that price, it’s perfect place.
ผผู้เข้าพักSuper nice sea view , room look exactly like the photo . Room with simple cooking equipment that u can cook ramen or little snack . Dryer , towel all those basic things are provided. But 2 things u have to take notes , this homestay type of property doest not have reception or person incharge at the area , even during check in , so make sure u contact with trip.com to get the check in information before u reach there , or else if u can speak korean or u will need to at-least have a number that can call Korean number to contact property management when u arrive and tell them u need check in , i think simple English like “check in “ they can understand. If u don’t have any number that can call or did not contact trip earlier on to get the information, u will be there and wait and u can’t check in smoothly for sure . Secondly this location is far from the city area (like ktx/ bus express terminal and anmok beach ) this location is only near to sundubu gelato by foot about 20min. My suggestion is if u wanna stay here , prepare food and drink and stay whole day just in room to enjoy the view of sea and nice room if u did not driving . Basically for the view and nice room , I will come back again .
AAThe service surpasses our expectations. The staff are polite, efficient, and always ready to help. Special credit goes to General Manager Hong who speaks good English and would always walk an extra mile to give us assistance.
The environment is commendable. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a chic design. The room is brightly lit and spacious. We appreciate the practical design, such as power points conveniently equipped right in front of the working table.
We like the cozy meeting area on G/F where we can gather for a chat and savor a cup of complimentary tea or coffee. Besides, we recommend the Italian restaurant, Brother & Brother, on the 9/F. The menu mainly offers pizza, pasta and risotto. Breakfast, which must be booked in advance, include orange juice, coffee, cereal and a sumptuous sandwich fully packed with healthful vegetables, egg, ham and cheese. Anyway, the food is delicious, sometimes with a Korean twist. It is good value for money. The restaurant also has a good view overlooking the mountains and the wind turbines from afar.
Overall, we are very satisfied with The HongC Hotel. The stay was pleasant and happy.
BB__WWe had previously stayed at this hotel and came back because we loved it. However, the style of room we booked earlier was unavailable, but the Junior Bella Suite looked inviting, so for more money than we previously spent, we booked it. Upon checking in, we were told that our family of four could not stay in the room we booked. After much back and forth, we had to pay more money to get extra bedding to bed someone on the floor for the night. The room we got was advertised on Trip as a king bed and a sofa bed, but Bella doesn't consider the sofa to be a bed, so they don't provide bedding for it. It seems there has been miscommunication between Bella and Trip, which is unfortunate. The hotel is a good one, and the room was clean, large, and well-stocked. It would have been a great experience had we felt welcome rather than confused and frustrated, with a bitter taste in our mouths. We would still stay here again, but next time, I will be extra careful, contact the hotel, and make sure a family of four can actual stay in the room as advertised.
곽곽윤관It was my first business trip to Chuncheon and I arrived late. It was great to have a quick check-in and a perfect facility to use alone.
It was especially nice to have a washing machine.
