Good location near the airport (we were flying to Kolkata the next morning). Dinner and breakfast were good enough.

Everything that was mentioned at the amenities list was available, and the room allotted was clean, and the staff an the reception behavior were very polite and approachable. The hotel is good go choice.

I used to travel alot but this property 'The Rhino' will have a special place in my travel history. Location is offbeat to Guwahati as it is closer to new airport. Restaurant of this property is excellent. We enjoyed all meals. Room is excellently maintained, need not to worry about any aspect.

The property is at a prime location in Pan Bazaar. Staff were cooperative, check-in was quick and the room was allotted within 15-20 mins of arrival. Room amenities included AC, TV, Twin Bed, Wardrobe, Tea/Coffee making sachets. No dental kit was provided however after calling the room service, the same was immediately delivered. In house dining is available but the price is very high. Overall a decent stay.

The hotel is at a good location, the staff are well behaved, the rooms are good but it can be more clean and the washroom also, it's a good hotel but can be improvised. Experience was average. I called over phone and requested early check in as i had to appear for exam on subsequent days. They replied positively. But on reaching, staff said there were no rooms available. Provided with a very shabby room at first. Very disappointing. I began to search myself and found a room's door open and the room was better than what i was alloted. Requested and got the room but after much delay. Main staff behaviour rude at first when i requested to allot me a room quickly. But later on it was ok. Food quality is ok but costly. Overall average experience.

The location of the hotel was too good for us where the autos, rickshaws , cars were available and also the market where you can buy anything. What I liked a lot was the hospitality of the staff. Most of the hotels charge for early check in but they provide me both the rooms and also ask me to select the rooms. The breakfast was awesome with many varieties of food, desert, juices and fruits. They even packed the breakfast for us as I checked out earlier. I will definitely recommend it to others . When I visit Guwahati again I will definitely book this hotel only.
