Excellent stay! The rooms were spotless, clean, and well-organized. The service was impeccable, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh local fruits and sweet bananas. A special thanks to Assumpta at reception for her professionalism, kindness, and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

This little resort has simple, but comfortable rooms, very friendly service and a good kitchen. In total, they offer very good value for money. The view from the terrace before the rooms on Lake Kivu is superb.

為數不多的好酒店，各項設施服務都一流！晚上還提供熱水袋！就是餐廳一位服務員晚餐後收錢轉天竟然找來説20元美金有問題，不可以理解！One of the few good hotels with top-notch facilities and services! Hot water bags are also provided at night! However, it's hard to understand why waiter in the restaurant questioned a $20 bill after dinner and came back the next day to say there was an issue with it.

I had a great time here because the service was nice. I had some issues and the manager sorted into it and was so nice. Recommended. The lake is just across the hotel.
